I went with my daughter to get myself a sofa and her a sac as a surprise for a gift. We had a great experience. We didn’t have an appointment but the sales lady was able to help us along with others who walked in and answered all of our questions. I wasn’t sure I’d be able to make a decision that day, only because I normally take my time on expensive purchases, knowing I plan to have it a long time. With the few sofas they had in the showroom and the magnetic blocks the sales lady had at the desk; which she used to show us the different layout options for the sofa, she was able to ease my mind and help me make a decision within an hour. With all the accessories available; such as the cup holders, trays, sound system, throw pillows, blankets and many color and fabric choices for everything, you should never run out of Christmas gift ideas for the future.

We had an appointment scheduled and were a little bit late because of traffic, but the young man who helped us was cordial and very helpful. We originally decided on an uncommon color but didn’t want to wait 8-10 weeks for it. He had no problem with changing the order, and everything went relatively smoothly. I think he might’ve been in training as there was a mixup with the quantities of sides and seats, but that got straightened out. We can’t wait to get our new furniture!

Manny was SOOO HELPFUL!! He was so knowledgeable about the product and helped me to configure what would work best for my space. He was extremely patient and kind. Manny also informed me about the current promotions and financing available. It was such a great experience and it was primarily based on him. I wish I could add more stars. We went to the Salem NH store and was greeted by Manny. He was amazing. He actually helped us find multiple used covers from multiple stores. I was first surprised that he had used covers available. They had just changed out some floor models and was able to sell them to us for a great price. He didnt have enough prices so he spent more than a WEEK calling other stores and found the additional pieces we wanted. Manny thank you for your effort. The employees were very helpful an when I needed help expanding on my couch. I had called ahead of time to see if they had any floor models or old covers since my covers were an older rendition. They were able to locate some for me and set them aside for a couple days until I could come in. I also ended up picking up some clearance throw pillow covers that were beautiful and signed up for the credit card so I could get interest free financing. It was all very straight forward and affordable thanks to the financing, I’ll never do my purchases in here any other way. They were also very respectful of CDC guidelines during the pandemic. My partner and I felt welcomed and safe. We’ll definitely be back again when we have the room to expand again.

She definitely knew the product and after listening to the covers I had been considering she told me about the most popular ones as well. He was very friendly & professional, and answered all of my questions (including grid paper and 3D models that helped me fit the furniture to the room)-- couldnt have asked for a better experience. Purchased on a Tuesday night, scheduled for delivery that Saturday. Easiest furniture purchase Ive ever made.

My husband and I have had our eye on the LoveSac sectional for awhile now. While a bit pricy, the fact that it can all come apart to be moved is a huge selling point for us as were trying to get a comfortable and large couch into our finished basement that has a very steep and small spiraling staircase to get there. We finally popped into the mall to visit the store. We worked with Manny (Emanuel), who was extremely helpful! Manny was so friendly, kind, and patient. He guided us through all the options we had, made sure we were getting exactly what we were looking for, and then helped us through the ordering process. He also discussed all of the the upgrades and things we can always do at a later date, like adding to the overall layout, changing the color, changing cushions, and so on! It was all SO easy and relatively quick! He also made sure to give us space to discuss privately before we went ahead and ordered.*Update!*Five weeks later (which is the exact turnaround they told us!) our LoveSac arrived! It was easy to put together and looks GREAT in our space! Its also very comfy.

The modular system is the only way we can get a sofa through the house and into our media room. The Lovesac is well made and has a ton of options for the fabric. Our salesman, Jim was helpful and knowledgeable. Good experience so far!

Our visit to LoveSac during COVID was nothing short of exceptional. The store was clean, the manager, Manny, was courteous, gloved and masked. We were able to try out the sactional, in all three fills, the Sac and see all fabric choices. We ended up purchasing a sactional and a moviesac. Manny made us feel comfortable, answered all of our questions and was even available by text after the appointment! Great shopping experience. Can not wait to receive our LoveSac and lay in cloud like bliss!

We walked In having an idea what we wanted but we were told so much more information that we didnt even know about. We ended up getting a lovesactional and got a huge bonus package full of goodies to go with it for a super great price! Thanks to Ben, we went to the rockingham mall to purchase but Ben is located in the Maine location . If you want a great deal, great idea for a setup to save on space and great customer service go see Ben in Maine at his store.

Wow, it was a great experience. He was very professional, courteous and extremely helpful. He went beyond to help me with my purchase, very patience with all my questions. The store must closed at 9 pm, he stayed very late with us more than 30 min after close, smile never left his face. Lovesac is one of the most amazing companies I have ever worked with and worked for. I am currently an employee, and recently purchased a sactional from the Rockingham Location. Despite being an employee, the process is easy, seem-less and the product is unlike any other! I know I made the right purchase, and with the lifetime warranty and washability of the product I know it’s something that is going to last forever. The Sac is so stiff and not comfortable, but my biggest complaint is I returned a blanket and have YET to receive a refund. It’s been almost 5 months. DO NOT buy anything from this company.

I have wanted to purchase furniture from lovesac for years now and just could not afford it. Yesterday (4th of July) I decided to go into the Salem Mall location and just sit and wish I could purchase a new couch. There were two women there, one was the store manager Fallon - helped me... in any case she asked if I needed help and provided me with the sales details. To fast forward I was able to buy a gorgeous sectional and other items as well! I loved how attentive she was to my desire and how excited she was to provide me with what I needed and more. I’m super super excited and can’t wait to get my sectional. I want to express how impressed I am with the customer service I received there by the store manager!!!Thank you!!! Thank you!!! Staff was great but disappointed that 99% of sale merchandise wasn’t available in store!! All had to be ordered and 1-3 weeks for delivery. Needing it immediately I even offered to pay the difference in price between sale & non sale items but manager said lovesac doesn’t do any negotiation. For such a high priced item & the fact they don’t stock what’s on sale they should accommodate customers! After all without happy customers your business is worthless!

I went to the Lovesac store in Salem, NH and it was a wonderful experience. We had been looking online for a couple of months, requesting swatches and measuring to see what size we needed for our Sacrional. We drive 1.5 hours to sit on our Sactional and decide on what type of cushion. As soon as we walked in, Manny greeted us and was so helpful. He explained the 3 types of cushions and encouraged us to try out each one. He didn’t try and push us toward the most expensive, which was refreshing. He went through all of the colors and explained the price points of different covers. He answered all of our questions (of which I had many) quickly and pleasantly. He explained the delivery procedure clearly.We purchased our Sactional and can’t wait until it comes! If anyone is on the fence about a Sactional, I would stop by the Mall At Rockingham, NH, talk to Manny and buy it!

Product pricing is a bit high but we are extremely pleased with our GamerSacs with Fox Cut Phur covers.

My daughter left big LoveSac at my home when she moved to Colorado. I work all day just waiting to have a few hours sitting in my LoveSac. I will Design my next house so I can have more of them for friends and family to enjoy. The LoveSac wasnt so big I would travel with it!

I guess burn me once shame on you, burn me twice shame on me.I bought a full movie lounger sactional and pillowsac. I ordered deep u-drinks, started paying for them, didnt see them for six months. The lounger looked too much like a bed in my living room so I re-arranged it to make a chaise and sofa, but I needed to buy another $300 worth of stuff to make it work. I was reluctant to order a deep side and cover based on the last experience, but the salespeople assured me it was an isolated incident and it wouldnt happen again. Ive been paying for the deep side and cover for almost six months, but guess what, I havent seen it, and no one can give me any tracking info. Big surprise. This is how they do business. Then the stuff that I did get was defective when I finally got it. Im on my third squattoman cover, because they keep ripping in the first month. What the heck? In their defence, this third cover does look a bit more durable than the last two and has lasted a few weeks so far. The rest of the cushions on the sactional are starting to flatten and warp after 18 months, and they dont fluff easily. The pillowsac is holding up well though.My husband really likes it, but I dont see whats so great about it for the price, and the fact that it hasnt been a complete set in a year, and doesnt have the durability it appeared to is not a good value in my opinion.
