Keizer location. Customer service was exceptional! The salesman who assisted me was friendly, knowledgeable and provided me with various options. At no time did I feel forced to make a decision and upon selection and checkout, he looked for every opportunity to save me money; in which he did (almost $500). They were very sweet to me and the man that helped my fiancé and I pick out a base was fantastic. He was friendly and let me know about all of the deals. He helped me with everything I needed and I had no issues at all. He even waited for me after he had already been closed for 5 minutes and I really appreciated that a lot. Nobody’s ever done something like that for us. The delivery men were also fantastic. They got the base in our room and completely set it up for us. They didn’t complain or get frustrated which was nice. Overall my experience with this store was more than just 5 stars. I appreciated all of their help. :)

Mattress Firm have a good selection of quality mattress to choose from. The sale person was helpful to me in making the right selection to meet our needs.

I had previously been in and had picked out a mattress. I was greeted at the door within a minute of walking in. I had worked with a woman my last visit and was politely handed off to her. Process was efficient and had everything done in about 30 minutes

I would like to let everyone know to not buy a pillow at this store. They have an incredibly unfair policy to not return a pillow but they will take back a mattress. They say they can sanitize an entire mattress but not a small pillow. They make you sign a waver saying you cannot return the pillow. Dont make my mistake and dont buy from this store! They have TERRIBLE customer service. The pillow I bought is painful and makes me miserable after 30min. Im all for supporting brick and mortar stores right now but I wont ever support this store ever again.

I needed to purchase a Box Springs to go with a Mattress that I already had. The salesman from Mattress Firm at Keizer Station was extremely nice and helpful in getting just the right Box Springs to match my Frame and Mattress. I couldn’t be more pleased

James went above and beyond to meet my last minute needs. I needed a certain pillow prior to a trip and he ordered it from two places just to make sure it would arrive on time. He returned calls when promised and was polite and friendly.

Paul was so friendly and kind. He took the time to bring me every pillow in the store and try it on my mattress to make sure I knew how it would feel at home. The pillow shield was great. It made me more comfortable, I really didn’t want to lay my head down on a used pillow. This store really goes out of its way with customer service!!

Great place with a nice selection. The sales people are friendly, well informed, and no pressure like other places. Main reason of choosing this store was that they had all the Purple mattress on display and they matched the deals that the manufacturer had online.

Wow, I really appreciated how virus safe the store was from limiting shoppers to clean pens! The salesman was so sweet especially given I was just buying a platform frame. He treated me so patiently even though (sorry folks!) there were others waiting...and to top it off, he carried the frame all the way out and put it it my car (it weighed a ton!). Just all around great service.I put the frame together today and it’s great. I might have been able to get a more attractive frame online or a simple frame like I got only cheaper online but this frame is nice and strong and I was able to bring it home set it up with out having to wait for some thing to be shipped. It was a good trade-off!

Tabitha was super helpful and patient. We didnt know what we wanted exactly, so she let us try pretty much every bed to figure out what we needed. They literally moved mattress so the one we wanted was on an adjustable base so we could see if thats what we wanted. Made the experience so easy. Thank you again Tabitha 😊👌

Tamara was very helpful in helping us select a mattress. She paid attention to our budget, and made sure we tried each mattress we liked again so as to be sure. The only reason I didn’t give her a five was because we went over budget a bit and she needs to work on her “how to communicate with seniors” skills. Young people talk very fast and we oldsters don’t hear as well as we used to. Not complaining, just offering a hopefully helpful suggestion.

This was the best experience Ive ever had mattress shopping! They didnt hover or harass us like car salesmen, they gave us protective sheets to lay our heads on, so we wouldnt catch anything from testing the beds. They helped us get started in the right direction, and just let us check things out. They came to check on us, and offer assistance every now and then, and they were very happy, friendly, down to earth people. Our new sleep system comes on Friday!

I had a broken box spring, and was desperately seeking an affordable option. I found a bed frame that can be used as a box spring, and it was a great price. I went to the local store to see if they had it there, and they did. Was a super friendly and easy transaction. And it was the only one in stock in the whole state. At least that is what he said. Very happy. And I sleep much better.

The man who helped me and my daughter was named Freddy. He was absolutely amazing. Not only was he professional but also more than a salesman! He helped us fit our needs and was not pushy at all. He listened to what we wanted and was extremely patient while we decided. Not only that, but he joked around with us, laughed with us, and made the whole experience much more enjoyable!! I love it when someone can be professional but also more like a friend than a sales rep. Because of this, I ended up buying a nicer mattress than I had originally planned. Initially I was hesitant to look for a new bed because of past experiences with sales associates and not hearing the needs of what it was I was looking for. When I mustered the courage to go to a Mattress Firm to begin the hunt for a new mattress, luckily Tamara Reed quickly obliged to help. Customer service is by no means lost with her. Not only was she excellent with asking specific questions to retrieve more information for what mattress set I needed, while also developing a trust based conversation at the same time— this was very refreshing in a sales environment. Tamara navigated me through all kinds of information in regards to mattress brands, types of materials, firmness variations as well as the multitude of options that were also available with the adjustable mattress frame. Without her expertise and her willingness to cater to every need and option I’m sure I would’ve ended up at another mattress warehouse with an item that was mediocre. I would most certainly recommend Mattress Firm because of Tamara Reed and I’m certainly sending anyone I know her way. Bravo.

EDIT: we received the mattress today and it is covered in stains. the one we got is nonrefundable because someone else had it and returned it within the 120 days, hence our good deal. The salesperson said it would be sterilized and cleaned, and had to have NO stains otherwise they would not even take it back. I’m super upset because this literally has dirt and stains all over, and we just unpacked it from the bag so we could have a good nights sleep. I don’t even know if there’s anything we can do because it’s non refundable but this is not at all what I was expecting. Extremely disappointed.My boyfriend and I went to pick out a new mattress after seeing a bunch of commercials for Purple, and desperately needing a new one since ours is probably 10yrs old. We went in and Tamara helped us, we told her we were interested in Purple so she had us try out those and then also a couple other brands just to see what we liked. After testing them out, we decided on sticking with the Purple mattress. What we especially appreciated about our salesperson was that she wasn’t at all pushy about which product to choose or extra add ons, like the base or mattress protectors. She mentioned the features of the extras but didn’t try to pressure us into buying it, which is unlike any other sales experience I’ve ever had. It really seemed like she genuinely just wanted us to get what we wanted and she was there to make it happen! It was also nice that she gave us space to talk about our options without rushing us. And at the end she got us a great deal on the bed we wanted and it was cheaper than we expected. The whole experience was really pleasant and way easier than we thought it would be. The mattress I was originally seeking was not available as quickly as I was hoping, but the mattress they recommended that was in store, I LOVE so far!!! Woke up this morning feeling like I slept on a cloud!!! No pressure on my body at all, yet very supportive!!! LOVE this 10” Plush Sleepy’s Gel Memory Foam!!! Did not toss and turn as I’ve been doing on previous mattresses for so long! If you are sensitive or have aches & pains as I do, this mattress is unbelievable! (Reviews I saw sold me on trying it...hoping they were true...They ARE❣️) No sinking in, no edges that make you feel unstable on it & actually fall or in my case, bounce off! (I have on previous bed which LOOKED comfy...but was awful! Broke my ankle cause edge bounced me off, I’m 5’ 4” & light...long story🙃 and reason for purchasing this mattress.)This Sleepy’s Plush Memoryfoam is very stable! Great for anyone who is dealing with physical, balance issues, where you need your bed to support your movements, yet of course still want plush, cushy feeling & relief of any aches & pains. Finally after 4 years of a Sealy pillow top bed I bought on Groupon for 500$ I was ready to buy a new bed. James at the Mattress Firm in Keizer helped me and my wife out for 50 min trying out different beds and providing us with the pros and cons between the bunch. James knows his stuff. Please if you are ever in the area and need a bed go to James. Oh and I ended up getting the Tempur-Pedic Luxe Breeze. Amazing bed can’t wait to get it tomorrow!

Easy to get the bed of choice when they reassure you can exchange anytime within 120 days. They DID NOT say there would be additional fees. We wanted to exchange for a softer mattress and we are being charged a 10% “restocking” fee for our used mattress and $100 for another delivery. They do not mention any fees for an exchange and this is deceiving to say you have 120 days to change your mind. So to do an “exchange we had to pay $250. I will never refer them.

We went with a budget of 1000 and purchased a bed under 1000. And still got protective cover for under 1000! So thankful for james. He made sure we got what we wanted. Thank you for being so professional. Great service. Great price. Loved the experience.

Great service is measured by service after the sale. I had to exchange some items and was told it would be 3-5 days. I am happy to report James called me on day 2 to pick up my items. James is easy to talk to and is an active listener. Good job James!!
