I went there to see if they had a recliner that my mother had seen, but apparently it was already sold, so I asked to see if they were going to have any more in stock and they told me that they havent received any shipments lately and were waiting for the next one. The people there were really good and helped me out the best that they could. Its a good place to find reasonable priced furniture.

Oh wow, I used to love Big Lots, but this location is disgusting! Not only is it gross, but my son and I got to watch an employee get chewed out by management! Great job, team! Yea, wont be back. Too gross for a picture.

Always look forward to browsing the aisles for unique, tasty finds at great prices. Staff are friendly, stores clean and today I was impressed as a very loud mouthed obnoxious crude person cursed his way through the store as he had come running and slamming into things tripping over making a ruckus 2 employees were quick to escort/follow him out the front of the store very calmly and orderly...made sure they got my recognition and thanks for being professional and calm.

The manager Kristin went above and beyond to help me find the right outdoor cushions I had been looking for. She was friendly and helpful to everyone around her. Great pricing and you dont have to look all over for the price that is stamped right on the front. Staff is real friendly. This was my first visit so i will be seeing them again and giving another review. They do have a restroom for the customers and im finding too any businesses that wont let you. And while we are on that, they are really clean as is the store itself. Like i said (kinda sorta)Ill be back. And definitely Recommend this store any opportunity I get. Oh yeah ! And they were pretty much in and out. Love that !

A good place to go for random gifts or cheap furniture items. Also a wonderful place to get inexpensive Christmas decor. They have a little bit of everything. Their prices rival Walmart but with unique items you wont find other places. Parking is plentiful and easy. A good place to shop.

A favorite store with good values. They also carry some items that I usually dont buy so shopping there causes me to try new things..

They have pretty decent things throughout the store but quite highly priced for low income people. Some things I went and got at Walmart and winco because they were the exact same thing for a lot less money and they have the same amount in the boxes as big lots. It wont keep me from shopping there of course because some of their clearance stuff is not too horribly bad...

Found the perfect birthday recliner for the better half. She was delighted.

Came here looking for an end table that was on their website listed as available in store and the furniture section was bare bones and didnt have what I was looking for. The whole store always feels very picked over.

Got there and was instantly asked if I needed help locating an item. Which I did! This guy was awesome he had knowledge of the product I wanted and even suggested that I come back next day cause price was gonna drop! That is awesome! Wish I got his name.

First time ever in. Store felt empty and diorganized. Could not find what i was looking for or person to ask. Looked like prices were decent though

If a negative star was available I would hit it. We PAID in full for a dining set in September and did not receive it until now...it is November..no apologies, no proper communication as to why it was delayed, no empathy to the situation to properly correct the situation and Shawna, Brian, Jeff, Brandon all had an attitude regarding their mistake and made zero effort in making the sale correct. We will NEVER shop at Big Lots again due to absolute zero accountability and the utter lack of true customer service.

Looking for end tables, not a very good selection.

My fiancee went in Big Lots, to get some movies and CDs. We both work in the healthcare field as caregivers. She was refusing to give us our discount and then overcharged us on top of it. And then she proceeded to treat my fiancee badly. The reason why she felt the need to treat her badly because she needed to get her card working was rushing my fiancee not okay. She treated my fiancee so bad that she left because she didnt want to do business with Big Lots by how the customer service was. Having bad workers in that ruining it for everybody else I dont want Big lots to lose business because some people dont know how to do their job. Cashiers name is Marisa I believe. We went to try again, today I talked my fiancée to try it out again the cashier Lorrie treated us how we shouldve been the first time. However we still didnt get the last two movies we wanted because of how Marisa acted. So as a result we lost a product that we wanted.

Always fun to check things out in this store. Love the options, great store. Spring coming and decorating dreams will be filled.

20 years ago Big lots specialized in buying low price lots of discounted merchandise. The stores were smaller than this one. The merchandise did not have permanent places in the store so it was quite a treasure hunt to go through the Big lots store and see which low price items were appealing. This marketing strategy appears to have been replaced by a well organized more or less standard home furnishings approach. We did find IBC root beer for half the price that it was selling for elsewhere. We bought the root beer but we were less interested in all of the home furnishings. We miss the chaotic nature of the previous marketing approach.

The store is empty of a lot of bit of product. Shelves are bare, almost seems like they are getting ready to close their doors for good.

Good selection usually find what I’m looking for. I have bought outdoor furniture and a portable bar with a granite top that I turned into a coffee station. Good prices and friendly staff. Location is not bad and there are restaurants near by along with a few more stores.

This Big Lots is my favorite new place to shop. Yesterday my friend and I were shopping for a couch and the Assistant Sales Manager Daniel was a big help. He was kind and such a genuinely great guy. Dont expect to get paid if you quit.My husband put in his 2 wk notice because 15 hrs a wk at MW is not what he signed up for. He found a good paying job with good hrs and they didnt pay him for his last day of work. Hes gotten the run around from there management and cooperate. Ya its 50 buck but still its not right!

This Big Lots was lotta disappointing!! Low to no stock, maybe just a sign of the times.

I feel like this big lots is a hit or miss.. 50 percent of the time i have a good experience and 50 percent i dont. So its up to you if you want to take that gamble .

Totally awesome staff Im the one thing I would say is I think theres too many supervisors and not enough staff but he still get the help you need because there is a lot of people there that willing to help you

Worst Big Lots Ive every been to. Bad customer service. Shelves pretty empty. Felt like I was shopping at a low-end thrift store rather than somewhere offering new products.Cashiers Shamed me for not bringing my own bags & then over packed weak paper bags that easily tear for 10-cents a bag.I spent nearly $100 & they cant shut-up about the stinking bags & pack them to hold your items without ripping & spilling?!!

They got some things, but they dont have everything.They got some deals, I dont know Im kinda split on it its an okay place...

I like coming here to see what they have. Sometimes theres deals and others not so much. Keeping that in mind before going in helps. The only draw back is sometimes the check out process is slow. Its a toss up to why. Shoppers have a lot, or are slow. Or sometimes the checker is. This time it was quick. I felt bad because they have a ton of questions to ask. Do you want the store card? Do you want the rewards card? Yet other stores have the same thing.

Amazing prices, friendly staff, awesome sales events, and a pretty good selection. Usually either a quick in, and out, or quick stock up. Check it out, the prices are the biggest thing that draws me in here!

Came in for cleaning supplies and an air freshener for my car. Store was clean, well lit, and the clerks were friendly.
