I had been all over town looking for an old fashioned spring mattress without the memory foam. I had found one for $560, but really didnt want to spend that much for just a mattress. Not only did he have one, but he had several for me to try out. I picked one out, paid for it, and he delivered it 3 hours later. $199. So much cheaper and I actually liked the $199 mattress better than the $560. I have slept on my mattress for several nights now and I LOVE it so much!!! Great customer service! Great experience!

I recently purchased an adjustable bed from here & I cant express how much I love it! It took about 3 days for my body to adjust to it, but since then I have been sleeping like a baby! Update: I’ve changed from 1 star to 3. We were contacted after filing a complaint and the issue has been resolved to our satisfaction. Be cautious on your purchases as all sales are final but you don’t know that until you’ve paid and look at the back of your receipt.Tested out mattresses on the showroom floor and thought we had found the perfect choice. Fast forward two weeks and chronic back and body aches. This mattress is not even close to the one on the showroom floor; hard as a slab of concrete. My husband returned to the store today and spoke to Rick who sold us the mattress. He informed us that all sales were final. Why isn’t this disclosed before taking someone’s money; very deceitful. When questioned on posted policy and how is the consumer informed, he said there was no policy posted or on sales paperwork. And to add more insult, he had the audacity to try and sell us a mattress topper. The store is misleading and we will be filing a complaint with Consumer Affairs as well as our credit card company. By law, return policies must be posted or listed on the receipt.

I have been hesitant to leave this review but I have reached out on three different occasions to the owner with no response.I bought a King mattress set from this location in September and the set I had purchased had a giant hole in when they went to remove it from their trailer parked outside. The salesman then talked me into their memory foam king set that was suppose to be just as good but cheaper, I have had nothing but issues out of this set since I bought it and my wife and I wake up every morning feeling extremely sore . I have reached out to see if they would do anything to help out towards exchanging it out but was told all sales are final. I was also told they would be happy to sale me another king set but once again all sales are final and they won’t stand behind their product .I asked to speak with the owner and was told he would return my call three different times but haven’t received a call from anyone. It’s now probably been too long to do anything so I will be out this money and have to shop elsewhere. I understand it’s difficult to please everyone in this situation but I at least expected someone to follow up with me.

After nearly agreeing to pay an arm and a leg for the mattress we wanted at a local furniture store, we stopped by mattress outlet to compare. We were greeted by Andy, A super cool guy who was friendly, patient, and honest with us. Nothing like the slick salesman in a suit who kept guiding us toward the high dollar products and frowning at our kids in the furniture store. Andy gave us practically the same mattress, at a fraction of the cost. He helped us tie it to the roof of our car, and off we went. No frills, no pressure, no hassle. We highly recommend Mattress Outlet, and will return.

2ND visit doing mattress shopping in our area and decided they had the best deal and glad we did. Hands down got exactly what we were looking for with no hassle and felt great leaving knowing that Brandon hooked us up with the best deal we wouldve and have found anywhere.

I like this place because they got variations of mattresses (expensive or affordable) that i could choose from. Both the guys that were there helped me get the best deal on the mattress i wanted. King set for only $450!! And its soft too. I would highly recommend anyone to give it a try at Mattress Outlet in Salem when shopping for affordable but still comfortable mattresses.

Browsing online looking for furniture ran across an ad for cheap mattresses sets, after a few quick messages I was almost an hour from home, with a mattress set loaded on the truck!! Horrible service and owner doesn’t stand behind their product. My step son bought a 700 king set and after getting it home and realizing how horrible the mattress was he contacted the owner and never got a call back.the set he originally paid for was 1000 and after he paid and they went to pull that set and it had a giant hole in it so they talked him into another set that was suppose to be just as comfortable. Manager should made the right decision and contacted the customer back rather he could or couldn’t do anything. Stay away people!

We went here because we needed a bed for a friend that day. Also, did you know if you buy a bed from Sears they dont have it in stock and you have to wait like 2 weeks. I didnt know that when I bought a bed from them a year ago. This place has some really nice beds, has some darn good prices and Aaron even helped me load the bed in the truck. If you need a bed today and you want to test out what the bed you are buying feels like this is the store to go to.

This place is AWESOME! My wife and I wanted a king memory foam/coil hybrid mattress and thought I wouldnt be able to afford one after doing some research. Most places charge between $1700 and $3000. Upon walking in I was a little discouraged after seeing the price tags until I was informed that those werent the prices I would be charged (theyre comparison prices)! We ended up with the exact type of mattress we were looking for, a frame,mattress protector, and delivery for $918 taxes and all! The mattress sleeps like a dream. The salesman (cant remember his name, sorry) was very courteous and informative. I cant stress enough how thankful I am for the great reviews here on google. I usually dont write reviews, but people need to know about this place! Thanks again, think Ill go lay down, lol.

I was searching for split box springs, which were not in stock in most stores and needed to be placed on order. They had them in store here. Additonally, they catered to a very short delivery suspense and even adjusted, and met, that suspense when the battery on the main delivery vehicle would not start. Very satisfied and would recommend to others.

Literally the worst place Ive ever been. I only went here to find a cheap mattress for my two year old. The man told me one price and wrote it on a card. I went back 2 days later and the guy told me he couldnt go that low. He called the manager who had offered me the lower price and the manager had no recollection of ever talking to me with that price, even though it was on the card I have . I wouldnt advise going there to purchase a mattress .

Went into the store today looking at king sets. We had shopped around for TWO MONTHS, looking for a realistically priced mattress set. Everything we found that we liked ( was not even the most expensive) was anywhere between 1100 and a scary 3000$ ! We stopped in on our way to another store in salem. Talked with Steve the area manager who was training his new guy Rodney( who was super nice) Steve hooked us up on a bed we literally compared to our favorite one we saw at grands( Who priced it around 1600$) Steve got us the king bed we LOVED for HALF of grands price, needless to say, we have two kids, we know where to go, would recommend these guys to anyone.
