We spent four hours visiting and discussing a project with Keith. We explained the project in detail, reiterated that we live in Boston, we recently completed multiple, larger scale projects (bathroom reno, deck rebuild, and three closets replaced), and that parking is not an issue. At the end of our visit, he asked us to send photos and specs of our home, which we did upon returning home that evening. Days went by and we didn’t receive a reply, so we followed up with him. At that time, he replied and said he couldn’t do a job in Boston. He could have told us that before we traveled to NH (called and spoke to offer the high-level details - i.e. location - in advance). What a complete waste of time. Very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time with this company - use a reputable company like California Closets instead.
