Came in looking for a mattress and were planning on making this a financial investment if needed. We worked with Dean, who was absolutely phenomenal! He took time to ask us questions that would help us find the best bed for us. Not only that but was patient as we spent time testing out multiple beds, evening suggesting we lay there for an extended period of time. Dean was knowledgeable, answering all of our questions...sometimes twice. Everything about our experience was awesome, right down to the financing and signatures. We are excited to receive our bed and frame this weekend. If we need another bed, we will be back!

The Sales staff were very professional, at no time did I feel pressured to buy a product. The staff also let me wander around the store without hovering over me. Then when I had an idea of what I was looking for, they were right their to answer my questions. The purchasing process was simple yet thorough, the staff explained the price in detail. Also they offer free delivery and set up and will even haul away the old mattress, overall an easy and stress free experience. How wonderful not to feel rushed or pressured! I took my 12 year old daughter in to select a new mattress. I feared this would be a teeth gnashing exercise in patience and compromise. However, Jessica made us feel at ease and was able to tease out what my daughters hopes and wants were in a mattress then provided options based on her responses not price. When I walked in I was instantly greeted by the lady behind the counter. She asked me what I was looking for and went from there. She showed me the basic but then she showed me ones that were really nice and in my price range. She worked with me on everything to compare prices from her store to another so that way I knew I was getting the right deal. She showed me multiple options for bases instead of just trying to sell me the most expensive one. She never once made me feel pressured into buying she just gave me the options and told me what they had. I definitely will be back for my own bed. This time it was just for my son and I got an amazing deal and free delivery.

She was incredibly helpful showing us many options and their differences in quality, features, and cost. She stayed with us the whole time until we were able to make a decision. I had done some online research but wanted to lay on what I thought I wanted before purchase. The Lady that helped us knew all about the mattresses so asking questions and getting a clear, fast answer was easy.We were in and out (testing, questions and purchasing) in 1/2 hour.I am confident that my purchase will be amazing and have a return guarantee if not.I would recommend this location.

My wife and I bought a bed with an adjustable base(300) model. 4 weeks it stopped working and we would unplug it and reset it. It would even click under our mattress, waking us up in the middle of the night. I called and a male gave (4)four different warranty places, one number was to a Spectrum customer service hotline. Along with two different websites who didn’t even carry that warranty on the base. At this point, I called the store one more time and spoke with the manager. I finally got somewhere. Four and a half weeks later! Until I get the new replacement, I not upgrading any review until they honor it!

Awesome savings! This was my first time shopping for a new bed as an adult, and by myself. I was nervous what my experience would be like, and I’m seriously so happy I came to mattress firm. I met an associate named Declan R. He was a great listener, patient, and of great assistance. It was a fairly quick trip. With his help it probably only took around 30-45 minutes for me to shop, test out mattress, and finalize my quote. He found me the best deal I’ve ever had, an entire new bed set, within my budget, free delivery, AND I got to donate to the Mattress Firm Foster Kids program. Super cool! 10/10. Would recommend. Mattress firm is very lucky to have Declan on their team. 😁 Only constructive criticism I have for this store would be to make the interior a little more interesting. Perhaps add art work, some pops of color on the walls, and maybe play some music. 😊

Went to mattress firm to look around for a new mattress, Declan worked with us and he was so great and helpful! Not pushy like other sales persons and very transparent. He guided us with trying out different mattresses based on our liking until we finally found our perfect mattress. My favorite part was the “sobering part” where he had us try their hardest and softest mattress to sober up from trying so many mattress and then go back to the 2 top we liked and we could make the final decision, let me tell you, this part helped us a lot to actually feel the difference between the 2 mattress that we thought felt about the same. it was a great and fun experience! would highly recommend to anyone. And we would definitely go back because of him.

This was the third and final stop on our mattress shopping journey. Jessica was our salesperson and she was super friendly and helpful. Didnt have exactly what we wanted in stock but instead of giving up there she checked to see how soon she could get one for us. Also gave us some options in the same price range with no upsell pressure. Based off the information she gave us we did choose to upgrade a little and glad we did. Plus we got $200 off our boxsprings and the mattress was already $200 less than the before mentioned store.All in all an incredible experience.

I went into the store dreading it. In my experience, mattress sales are worse than used RV sales. I was pleasantly surprised by Barbie. She was upfront, honest, and you could tell she cared about what she was doing. She got us a great deal on a Purple mattress and a fully adjustable base. We had several problems with delivery and it became very frustrating. Barbie was in communication with us through it all and fought on our behalf with the distribution folks - who by the way, have terrible customer service. Overall, there were delays and frustrations but Barbie did everything she could to make it right. We were appreciative and, in the end, very pleased with the price, accommodations, and above all else the customer service. And, we LOVE the Purple 4 paired with the adjustable base. I highly recommend going to see Barbie and the Lancaster Mall location. Even if things dont go as planned, at least you have an advocate on your side to make it right.

Absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end. I have been researching and window shopping mattresses, looking for the bed that was just right for me. I have looked at several retailers both brick and mortar as well as online. Mattress Firm presented the best products and features for me. When I made the trip in to finalize my decision, I first worked with Mike. He was extremely patient, kind and cared about my wants and needs in a mattress. I, being a responsible consumer, wanted to sleep on my decision (no pun intended 😊) So I worked with Mike over the course of the next two days, narrowing down my choices and deciding on the final options and financing I would like to choose. Awesome experience. I was immediately greeted by Declan. I went in wanting the bare minimum. By the time I left I had spent well over double. Funny thing is I feel good about it. Thats how you know youve had a great salesman. Declan was knowledgeable and courteous. I didnt know what I wanted so he helped me make an informed decision. He was flipping mattresses for me to try left and right. He even went under a bed to grab my sunglasses that had fallen off my head while trying a bed out. He was funny, witty, and informed. Coming from North Dakota he helped me make an informed purchase based on the weather differences. I didnt even think of the difference in moisture. He explained everything thoroughly and thoughtfully with my needs in mind. Including calling other warehouses in the area to check on availability of products. Its really hard to find people passionate and knowledgeable at their jobs these days. Not here and not with Declan. This young man possesses a multitude of great qualities. Any store that has that individual is truly special. Making this store uniquely in that category. Overall it was a fantastic experience.

I was honestly looking to price and get a feel for the mattress I want and needed. Barbie had me try out a wonderful hybrid plush mattress with a wonderful adjustable base. With the back issues I have that was the right choice for me. They were able to match mattress prices and get me into what I needed for an affordable price. Barbie was very nice and tentative. They were able to deliver my bed the following morning and the delivery men were also professional and courteous. Altogether a very good experience!Two years later-3/17/21 came back and purchased an adjustable bed base. Once again had a very good experience. Jessica P was knowledgeable and super helpful. The base will be delivered tomorrow morning; once again a good experience.

We dealt with Jessica at the mall on Center and Lancaster in Salem. She bent over backward to make sure we were well informed and suggested we shop around which we did. We came back and bought from her. We were looking for a Nectar boxed mattress and she looked up who in town carried them and we went and looked at them. We were not impressed. We ended up purchasing a Sealy and she got us the best terms and length and payments were affordable and 0% interest. Greatly appreciated!We will and have refered friends who are in the market for a new bed.Very pleased with Jessica and Mattress Firm.That was before the delivery process. Mattress Firms warehouse has dropped the ball repeatedly. The promised call and delivery did not happen. They (the warehouse) said the mattress was back ordered and not in stock. So the delivery was rescheduled for this Friday. Jessica was told that it was in stock so what happened from the time she was told and time for delivery. Did they sell it out from under us and then lie about it or did they lie to Jessica. Either way they did not hold up their end of the contract. I an awaiting the robocall to state the delivery window for tomorrow. I am not going to hold my breath. I am very upset with the delivery process. We have to drop everything and wait with baited breath for them to get it together. If they do not come through this time I am looking to get legal representation and sue them for breach of contract. We want the bed and mattress but if they are going to jerk us around...

I went into the store knowing only one thing for sure and that was that I needed a mattress and sooner rather than later . This was my 4 and last place to look. Barbie immediately put me at ease and encouraged me to try as many mattresses as I liked and she was very well informed. I was especially happy when I saw a brochure on the desk that they support foster families . Then I knew I had found the right place, as I have been a foster mom for the last 5 years.My mattress was delivered on time and I think, through no fault of Mattress Firm, the delivery guys, who speak limited English, had not put the fitted encasement on the mattress to protect it. Barbie and her husband came to my home today Easter Sunday to put it on the mattress for me. Wonderful customer service and it has been a very happy experience for me and I highly recommend their store .

We came in last night to just look around because we have needed a new bed for awhile. Declan greeted us and he was so wonderful to work with. We ended up going with a very comfortable Serta and an adjustable base that will hopefully help my fiances back issues. Prior to coming to this store I had checked out many others in the area but I was none too pleased with either the products or (mostly) customer service. On my first visit Mike helped me and he was very knowledgeable, informative and patient - Mike cares that you get the right bed for you and it shows.So the following weekend I brought my wife and three younger boys in hoping to see Mike but he was not in. Barbie helped us instead and I must say we were not disappointed! While my wife and I looked around at beds together Barbie played with our boys, gave them snacks and kept them busy while still helping us find the right bed.
