Dealt with terrific sales staff. Knowledgeable and great personality!We bought elsewhere (took us 3 weeks to look around and decide) because they were unable to provide the remotes for us..had no idea when they could.Did not want to download an app for our phones.

Great experience with the store. Ali was incredibly helpful, and my wife and I ended up with a bed we really enjoy. Since getting the bed we are incredibly happy with it. Would recommend to anyone looking for a premium bed.In regards to the poor reviews regarding pricing, I can understand the frustrations. The prices are less than clear for all that is purchased as part of a complete bed, but I did not experience any issues with the staff at the store. I think the issue stems from corporate rather than the local store. Ali was very straight-forward on what everything costs, what the return policy was, and was very patient. I neither work for nor have any stake in this company; simply trying to help clarify other reviews I read that made sense to what I saw.If you are in the market for a Sleep Number bed, this is a fantastic place to start. Would purchase from this location again!

The store manager, Ollie, is quite the liar, and not a good one. Save yourself a ton of money, get a better experience and a much better bed with an actual warranty and go across the st to Denver mattress.

Salesman was very knowledgeable and the store was clean. Everyone practiced social distancing.

The buying experience was low key and sales person was very courteous and accomodating to our needs.

Our Sleep Number store in Salem, Oregon is one of our favorite stores! Not only is it easy to navigate, my husband is in a wheelchair, but its spotless! The BEST parts are the Sales Associates, who were able to answer every question we asked, and kept in contact with us when a delay in the delivery of our bed occurred. We love our new bed, and highly recommend Salems Sleep Country Store on S. Commercial, across from The Fussy Duck.

Nick was extremely helpful and he knew his stuff on the beds! He was also very patient as we had two kids in tow with us. Looking forward to getting our bed delivered and sleeping in it!

No pressure at all. Tried 3 different models according to what the computer model computed. The bed chose us. The waiting is going to be the most painful part. Weve been researching since the summer and thought we wanted the instant comfort q9... turns out we were wrong.

On 10/13/18 my wife and I went to this store based upon a referral from a friend. We are ranch folks and we are not furniture experts. We met Ali and Cindy and they were knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and very helpful. We can recommend them without qualification. And yes, we did buy a Sleepnumber bed after many years on a temperpedic.

Most uncomfortable bed me and my wife slept on, we both ended up sleeping on couch half the time, back always hurts from sleeping on this bed. Also now I have to pay an additional 200 to have them pick it up so now I owe them 700 that they won’t refund me 😡(pillow mattress protector and install delivery)

Sneaky advertising the cost of the mattress thats on sale is not the mattress that was shown to me the sales person told me that I wont like that mattress that was on sale
