We purchased a lawnmower from this store a couple of years ago. Our purchase was dependent on future service. We were assured that they would service the lawnmower in the future. Today we went to the store to set up an appointment. We were told they do not do service. I appears they will tell you anything to make a sale.

99% of the time they have wat u want but pricey

I purchased a Stihl chainsaw from NW Hardware a few years ago. After only using it 4 or 5 times, I couldnt get it started. I contacted the store to see if they did repairs and was told to bring it by and they would check it out. After a couple weeks, I received a phone call that it would be $85.00 to repair. I declined as I could purchase a new one for not much more. When I dropped by to pick it up, I was charged $35.00 for checking it out which I had not been informed of ahead of time. And I was charged a sales tax on top of the $35.00. In the state of Va., sales taxes arent due on checking out an item of personal property brought in for repair. I am extremely disappointed in the way this was handled. I am a senior citizen and every dime is tight. Shame on them.

Strange store. The staff all had communication devices and were radioing each other acting like they had to stay with people to not lose a sale like they were on commission. Uncomfortable like you just walked into a furniture store instead of a hardware retailer.

Tried to program a smart key for me very helpful and recut a couple keys for me for free they didnt work but they tried!!

I would not shop at this location I bought I shovel used it once and it rusted and I tried to return it and the assistant manager Micheal said he could not because it was used.Will post pictures.They sell cheap quality tools.
