Did a fantastic job on John Dear. Tune up sharpen blades change oil. All work was done at my house.

We needed a gasket for our lawn mower but it was not something they carried so we had to order it. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The equipment I rented did not live up to expectations, however, Mid-State Equipment was more than accommodating and rectified the situation. I would gladly rent from here again and will tell others to do the same.

Purchased a three-year-old John Deere lawn more from a seller who was told that the transmission was blown on his machine. He told it would be $800 for a new transmission. He could not afford the repairs. Sold it to me for a major discount. Was able to repair the transmission with 2 new seals ....a total of $14 and 2hrs of my time. Contacted the seller to inform him of the dishonesty. Shame on you! You give small business a bad name!

I have been here three times to get parts for my tractor. Each time was successful and easy. I drive down from Racine because of the friendly people and they always get what I need. Well worth the trip.

What a wonderful buying experience! Everyone was very nice and helpful. The salesman Bryan made it feel fun to buy a mower being very straightforward and considerate of our time even helping load the mower after the sale.

Called to rent a portable lift on a Friday morning. Was told the 45’ lift was available and gave them my name and told them I would be there shortly to pick it up. Arrived to pick it up about an hour later and was told it was just sent out with someone else. Great way to run a business....

Worked on my Dads tractor, did not fix it, and to top it off sent him to collections. Beware of this company, shame on them.

Horrible. Did not perform services requested then sent me to collections. I filed a dispute but the BONDED COLLECTORS chose to put a disputed item on my credit report. BEWARE, dont use these guys!

Not happy at all. $120 to install a belt, and it doesnt work! $160 for a new battery, and it wasnt even charged! Will never go back.
