If you are looking for quality sewing products that are going to last a long time, Sloan is the place. Sam the owner is the man. He and his team are super nice, answered all of my dumb questions, and are more than willing to help solve any sewing issues you may have. I didnt have a huge budget, and they set me up with a super nice used Pfaff machine that is very high quality. Im very pleased with the purchase and their level of service and help. Thanks Sloan!!

Sam & Jamie are incredible to deal with! I’m super happy with my Juki purchase! Not only do they offer a fantastic price on industrial machines, but they know their stuff! So extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I spent over an hour with Jamie as he was teaching me how to operate, care for and use my new machine. He was so extremely patient and thorough. He’s a fantastic tech and teacher. I had a few questions the next day, and Sam answered them all and gave me a bunch of information and insight. He knows his stuff! They are honest, dedicated, and helpful-so refreshing! I’ll be filling my sewing room with machines from them only.

Sloan Machinery Co to the rescue - again! As the owner of The Seamstress Shop in Westford MA, my drapery workroom is extremely busy ramping up to the holiday season. This morning our blind hemmer stopped working while we were in the process of creating 9 pairs of pinch pleated drapes for a client to be delivered in 2 days! We called Sloan Machinery and spoke with Freddy an amazing mechanic who has been with Sloan for many years. Freddy tried to walk me through fixing my machine while on the phone but when it became apparent that I am not mechanically inclined, Freddy agreed to fit me into his schedule at Sloan that very day! Normally I dont mind the short wait to have a machine worked on, but I had a deadline that just wouldnt allow for that. I am so grateful to Freddy and Sloan Machinery for their great customer service. I wont bring my industrial sewing machines any where else. Now Im off to finish those drapes....
