Robby and Cal are great people, great mechanics, and have impeccable service. Robby went way above and beyond to ensure my safety after breaking down twice on the side of the highway. Both were patient, understanding, knowledgeable and had excellent communication. They were very timely, very thorough, and reasonably priced. They had access to order parts quickly, and work with the manufacturers as well. They are also very familiar with the Ural Community. Ural is a different breed and they are true to their Russian decent! It takes a special passion and fineness to work on these specialty bikes and I felt at home with them. My dog and I live on our bike so it is more than just pleasure riding, and I feel safe and confident taking it to them. Customer for life!

Raceway Ural provides the level of Service rarely seen in a small shop.We used to have a Ural service center here in Portland but no longer. Had i been aware of Raceway Ural and experienced their incredible level of customer service i would have been a customer long ago. For most Folks i believe Raceway is the only Branded Ural service in the Immediate area. So we made the short trip down to Salem where they met us on Saturday to take the vehicle in. they are normally closed on Saturdays so huge Kudos for being there by appointment. They took care of the work we needed and found out the rear brakes had completely worn out. they replaced the pads and only charged me for the pads themselves...NO LABOR ? Im astonished how fairly priced this shop is. When they called that the bike was ready we came down the following Saturday and once again....they met us at the shop to complete the transaction. I work in a car Dealership Service Department so i know what im talking about regarding high levels of customer service. believe me when i tell you this shop is the real deal. thanks Guys

This is the place to go for Ural enthusiasts. Bought a Ural gear up from them last year and have returned twice for parts and repairs. The staff is knowledgeable and will do whatever it takes to make you satisfied. They recently installed a new exhaust system while I went to lunch and made warranty repairs. My initial purchase was perfect and all follow up visits as well. Don’t be fooled by shops location or size. No fancy showroom means savings to you. Thanks guys.

I bought a 2013 used Gear Up from them a few years back. It only had about 1000 miles on it. I evidentially had a bad crank or wrist pins as the motor seized after only a few hundred miles. I purchased the extended warranty and it was rebuilt. Jim the former owner was only working part time at the shop during that time. Jim has since passed and the shop has not been the same. I previously had purchased two other Urals from Jim so I know what I am talking about. The shop has never been the same.

All are nice guys, but the shop is disorganized, poor attention to detail, lack attention to detail. yhey either have poor workmanship or they just dont have pride in their work/dont care, Im not sure. If you have to have a Ural, probably fine to buy from. I would not take my bike back for repairs however.

About 3 years ago, i bought a customized motorcycle thru Raceway services. Spent about $9000 on a bike that has had one giant defect after another. first, the bikes entire electrical system was shot. second, the transmission wouldnt shift right. third, the head cylinder leaked like crazy. tires and rims too small, muffler positioned where it burned the legs, bad sensors. last straw was a bill for $800 to move the muffler. Raceway is good at taking your money and gets a F when it comes to a quality product. Avoid this business.

Purchased a 2003 Tourist. Highly recommend this dealership.
