Im new to the area and took my Honda there to have it inspected on 10.15, while they only work on Harleys they were really awesome, helpful, and kind - also gave me a referral for a repair shop. Thanks!

The gentleman at The Shop are top notch. From Rhetts incredible memory of specific part numbers to Jason and Garys mechanical and technical expertise. There is no where you can go in the valley and receive this type of care. Also they are the only place that has parts in stock when you are in a pinch. This is a no nonsense genuine establishment that is straight and to the point.

03/05/21 Friday - Brought my 03 AIH Slammer SZ to get some adjustments and fluid changes. (( Folks always request an itemized work order of REPAIRS & get a Copy - ITS THE LAW !!! ))They said they would call me with an estimate before they started work on it. And I Think they are booked up until next week before they can start on it. So I will up-date this Review/feedback when I get my bike back. 🔧🔧 (⭐ UP-DATE 03/16/21 ⭐) Last tuesday went to The shop for up-date - talked with Owner Jason & got Estimate of $1000 ( Holymoly !! )After some talk and changes I Told Jason just to change oil & filter & lower oil line - I brought the oil & filter & oil line/ fittings - also to tighten gear shift lever and replace its seal - that should have brought cost down to half the Estimated cost or around $700- he said he should get right on it Monday 03/15/21 that he was behind in his work --***Vet Disabled***-- WILL UP-DATE ON PROGRESS SOON. ⭐️⭐️(( UPDATE TODAY APRIL 11-2021 ))⭐️⭐️ PICKED my AIH up 2 weeks ago - JASON AND TEAM AT THE SHOP DID AN EXCELLENT JOB - put on Gear leaver seals - transmission shaft seals and main transmission seal - adjusted the the Gear shifter !!! Jason Sold me a battery but did not tell me - found it on my $750 bill 👌 - but just installed Die-Hard same day I dropped off Bike for repairs 💁 Jason told me when I ask about the New Battery that the Die-Hard was junk not for this big bike - SO I RETUNED IT TO ADVANCED AUTO FOR FULL REFUND 👍. Got on my AHI BIKE but it would not start (( NOTHING )) They rolled it in the Shop and used a wire from starter to battery and it fired right up. They turned it off and on several times and it fired right up. Headed home - it quit running near the Arsnel - had to trailer it Home !! Went over all connection but could not find problem 👎 - Finally gave in and 🙏 prayed the Bind up all Devils and unclean spirits prayers. PRAISE GOD !!! I Then remembered that I had my starter relay replaced a few months back - so I checked it and IT WAS LOOSE ALMOST OUT OF ITS SOCKET - used electrical tape to secure it in its place. ((I think it being loose made it a hit and miss relay)) BUT NOW WORKS 100% !!! Thanks to JASON & The Sop Team & All who made suggestions & Thanks to God !!🙏 JUST ANOTHER AVERAGE DAY !!!! HOLYMOLY !!!!

I was traveling through and realized that my rear tire was showing the wires. I called and told the guys that I needed an emergency repair and asked if they could get to me that day. I went by and they took another motorcycle off of the rack to get to me. Shortly after I was back on the road. GREAT SERVICE and friendly staff. Thank you for taking care of me!

Always great service with my Harley. Been going to them for a few years now. Stopped by one day to get a an inspection done. They did the inspection and afterwards when I was getting ready to leave I asked the mechanic if it was normal to have so much play in my throttle. He walked over took a look at it and said nope needed adjustment. Asked me if I wanted him to adjusted it and I told him to go ahead. Figured since I was there let them fix it. He started adjusting it and determined that something else was wrong because the throttle wasnt opening and closing all the way. Well after a few minutes he fixed both problems. I asked him how much for the repair so I could pay and be on my way and he said no charge. Now thats customer service.

I can not say enough good things about Jason & his team. Ill let the pics speak for themselves. Its the only shop that Ill allow to ever touch my Harleys.

Very pleasant visit,went just to get a brake light switch,had my 10 year old son Darrius with me,we walked around the Shop and checked out the Bikes that were for sale and in very good condition,and my son saw a Basketball goal there on the lot,there was a truck in the front of the goal, one of the mechanics saw that my son wanted to shoot a little so he searched for the keys to that vehicle moved and we had the pleasure of shooting some ball while we waited,, 30 minutes around or about,they took very good care of us,happy birthday the service,,Thanks Fellows,FDStuartSr.

They do a great job at a fair price. If you need something custom and unique done to your bike, this is the place to go.

We were travelling through VA via I 81 on our way back to Louisville and blew a back tire on our Harley. Called Jason and his team and were immediately connected with towing service and they were waiting for us when we arrived. We were back on the road in no time and treated like family. The Shop is an outstanding place to take any bike but their specialty is Harley D. Thanks again Jason, you can be proud of your business.

Inherited a coupla trikes a while back. Both had been sitting for over a year. Jason, Rhett & crew went through both and brought ‘em back to life. Sold one immediately and kept other for myself. Being used to 2 wheels for 50 years the steering was wearing me out. They suggested raked trees as a solution. Just picked it up today and put about 100 miles on including some good WVa twisties. What a difference! They also fabricated a luggage rack, changed out the passenger seat to include a sissy bar/back rest and a few other things that i wanted done.Great folks, excellent work, quick turnaround and a reasonable price. Will continue to use them for my needs and would recommend them to anyone. GREAT JOB FOLKS!!

Originally the mechanic estimated it would take him about a week to fix my motorcycle. It ended up being 3 weeks total. Also after I got it back and had to pay over 500 dollars, it was still having the same problem. The issue seems pretty complex so I will give them the benefit of the doubt on that one. Not terrible service, but I should have just done it myself.
