I literally drive across town to come here to buy my office supplies. Staff is knowledgeable and very huge selection of things you cant find in a office supply store 4x its size. Also I love that it feels kind of like a Time Warp when I step through the doors. Amazing and decorated windows are a throwback to Old department stores and offer a personal touch its a personality too what could have very easily been just another place to buy paper. Theres a reason its such an institution in this town...

I always like doing business with them and have been going there for many years!! This last trip was to pick up a pocket calendar that they carry...and I consider a necessity. I forgot as usual to get one before the end of the year. I called them and they still had some. They set one aside for me. I could not get into Salem until the first week of February...and they still had it set aside for me. Much appreciated!! Great store!!

I love perusing this little shop (actually, its quite big for a downtown spot!) and they have a great selection of art and stationary supplies. Definitely my go-to in Salem when I need to restock on micron pens, journals, and little things.

Service in this small business was efficient & helpful, though it didnt come with a smile. Perhaps I was there on a bad day. A wide variety of products makes it worth a return visit.

More than just a stationary store, Cooke stationery is a part of Salem history. Great selection of pens, and even detailed coloring books. I like to just go in and browse but I always end up leaving with something :)

This is a Salem gem. I love all the pens, the stationary sets, the log books, and all of the office supplies in their little boxes. They also have wonderful gifts and art supplies. In the back of the store is the Map Room with an extensive collection of local, national, and international maps. One of my favorite places to be Salem.

The absolute best! I take in my dead pens and they find and install refills for me. Great place to find gifts for all ages. Dont miss the little museum of old time stationary supplies.

Great selection and good prices. It may be one of the only remaining stationery stores left in Salem, but they do things right. I will definitely be back to grab a pen or handy pad in the future.

This place looks adorable from the outside, but dont be fooled into thinking its too small to carry what youre looking for OR that youll pay way more than at a Big Box. They arent and you wont. We get all our office supplies for home and business here and are consistently impressed by their customer service, affordable prices, and wide selection. Best of all, any order over $25 is eligible for free delivery! If you want to feel good about buying local, forget the Big Box and shop for office supplies, gifts, and goodies at Cookes! Were huge fans, can you tell? :)

This is the only place I could find in town that had .3 mm lead. I went in to grab it and was amazed by the selection, not only did they have the lead, they also had it in multiple different hardnesses. Ill probably be doing my office supply shopping here from now on.

This is the place for hard to find stationary items. Its the only place in town where I can find some things that I use quite often. And, oh my, the pen section is awesome! Nabbing a parking space can be a problem, but its worth it.
