For some reason, the machine just would not work for me. They just put in a whole new different system, then what I was used to. I had five papers to fax, and tried multiple times! The staff helped me patiently! Finally.. after helping me, and not being able to do it either.. the girl working there just took it up front and finished it for me! I was very thankful.
I just went to this FedEx store to drop off a return that was already ready to be shipped. I walked in without a mask and a rude employee made a comment. THERE ARE REASONS SOME PEOPLE DONT WEAR MASKS.. Im almost 9 months pregnant and it is hard to breathe because of less lung space. So stupid especially because I was in the store for oh about a minute. Definitely dont recommend..
Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. I would highly recommend going to any other fedex store you possibly can, or better yet, use UPS.
Staff is long-term and experienced. Plus they are friendly and efficient and FedEx print shop offers all the print and graphic media products i need
This lady with brownish blond curly hair pulled back with glasses is VERY unfriendly.
We had business cards made and my husband put our home address on them which I was not comfortable with and they wouldnt redo them without charging me another set up fee even though it only needed a lined taken off and they already had it on the computer. I explained to them that it was a mistake and they were more concerned with getting another 15$ from us than keeping us as future customers. I recommend going to copy cats they are much nicer and care about their customers and whether or not they return and they are also much cheaper!
Over the nearly 20 years of working with the various managers and staff at this office, I have experienced only two mistakes in my orders. In both cases, the staff worked quickly, hard, and with generosity to make my order right before my deadlines. Most recently, Sylvia, Seth, and the rest of the crew worked tirelessly to build, bind, and ship books all over the United States in spite of my clients confusion and inability to deliver addresses in a timely manner. The result of the FedEx crews professionalism made me look great and satisfied my client. I cannot stress enough how often this crew has supported me in my work over the years and how often they have gone above and beyond.

I have done a lot of eBay shipping since 2003. I used to use this place and they were good until their management changed and then they started telling me that my packaging was not good enough and that they needed to pack it or I couldnt send it through them. BTW they use peanut foam the worst stuff possible to pack with. I read all these reviews and so many other people have had the same experience. I am surprised they havent fired the manager. The one in Kaiser is great and the Copy Cats are great so for several years I have avoided this store and will never return.
I had a print done for my husband for Father’s Day and Seth did amazing. It was done 2 days early and he called me personally to tell me. Once I arrived all the staff were very friendly.

Great customer service! Very convenient! Quick self help services! The staff is eager and quick to help. Very knowledgeable with all their services and quick to find an answer if needed. Though i seemed to have gone during a busy time of day FedEx did not seem to be under any stress and managed their time with all their customers well. Kudos FedEx!
Very short and snappy when asking questions. Saw a employee older heavy set Hispanic gal very rude to a older gentleman who was asking how to use a machine and she just kept telling you use a debit card over and over and over! Then finally she listened to his question and got him a card to use. Also they are not sanitized machines between each customer
Went in to print 30 copies of a flyer, i went here thinking it would take 5 minutes, I went to do it myself at the kiosk and it wouldn’t load no one came to help me either. It took 25 minutes before I was helped. Other people were struggling and there were multiple workers not helping any of us, very disappointed and won’t be going here again.
My favorite place to ship items! However all customers should beware of the mexican assistant manager lady! She will try to exploit money if she trys to do it to me again I will open a lawsuit against fedex! She trys to Jack prices up

I am amazed at the customer service I received at this store. They finalized designs according to my request and their service was fast and executed exactly. But I cant believe how the staff remembered me from a previous visit and asked how ky product launch was going. Sylvia remembered my specifics in amazing detail. This was a remarkable customer service experience that really stood apart. The product is very good at a great price. These folks are doing it right.
Beware of assistant manager here she is extorting customers. If she trys to do it again to me i will open a lawsuit against fedex.
I went there last night to use computer and print. There card scanner would not work for my card so I waited in line. I explained the problem and she said no worries, it happens a lot and gave a card to use and said I can pay when finished. So I have all my stuff open and Im working and all of a sudden I am logged off, computer locked and I am told to see cashier. I go back and wait in line (she is still working with same customer for over 30 minutes and line is huge, she could have at least helped some people while also helping that other). So I finally get to her and tell her the problem and she says oh yeah, that card isnt meant for that long, you should have used cash. I would have had I know this was going to be a BFD. So she says she will reset the card and hands it back. So I go back and the computer is locked out. I go back to tell her and see if she can do something real quick. She tells me that its lock and I have to use a different computer. All my stuff Im working on is on that one, she looks away and continue helping that same customer that has been being helped for 45 minutes now. That place is screwed up and she had no customer service skills.
I have only been to FedEx twice. The first time the customer service was outstanding. I was so pleased I returned and the customer service had soured. As a side note on the second trip my truck started to roll down the steep parking lot and into the street. So I got a dirty look from the mean lady behind the counter and also an eye roll when I asked her for help.

Unbelievable, went to ship a box from the location. Never before have I been asked to open a box to inspect it. Once they opened it, they tried to FORCE me to purchase a different box and packing material or they would not ship it. She said it was her responsibility. How is it HER responsibility on how something boxed/packed. I took the box to the FedEx shipping center off of 25th. The guys said nothing was wrong with the box and they were also very cordial. Shame on the Commercial Street location.
If I could give this place a negative 10, I would.😡 I spent nearly $200 to ship a gift to my son who is in the Army, for his birthday. I specifically said I wanted the package to not only be insured but for my son to specifically sign for it (to make sure he got it).Not only did someone else sign for it, I needed to get the package picked up and sent 7 miles away. I was told by the head honcho there “We delivered it and THERES NOTHING ELSE WE CAN DO.....we can do NOTHING else, nothing”I went home and got ahold of FedEx and they told me that this was not true at all, they told me I could get a CALL TAG on it, meaning it can be picked up and redelivered, and that I needed to go back to this place IN PERSON to get this done. I returned AGAIN to only be told “we don’t do call tags “I was told by the call center, if they wouldn’t help me, I was to call back... fast forward another 24 hrs later, a call tag was ordered and it will be done NEXT WEEK sometime. Not by anyone working at this office. I will never use this office again for any reason whatsoever, they don’t know what they are doing. As a veteran who has worked in mailrooms around the world, I had more common sense than these people do.It took me three trips and 15 phone calls to get this done, but it got done. But not by anything this office did. They are incompetent and they don’t care.

The people are usually really helpful and things are easy to do self serve too. The only time that it isnt a good experience is if there is only one person and they are swamped.

The best place in town for Artist...They are always very helpful and happy to help me..They know how to achieve my vision for my work in black & white and amazing color...They always have a huge supply of interesting paper, canvas, and card stock...
I went to print out a paper from my USB drive and an older gentlemen helped me. He helped me through all the steps of the self service printer that i had never used before. I had customer service at a self service machine! Keep up the friendly atmosphere and customer service!!
Worst service I have ever experienced. They lost my package the day after I dropped it off and did not notify me of the lost. It took two months, and I had to call to find out the package was lost. I will never do business here again and I recommend no one else should. Your package will get lost with no notification. If i could I would rate this company a negative score. Dont bother calling customer service they will show no remorse of concern and you have to jump over backward in order to get some kind of money back for the lost item.

Ive used this FedEx printing center many times for various reasons, ranging from printing out school work to my resume. Ive had very positive experiences there, and unfortunately Ive had very negative experiences there.I went in this morning 1/25/16 to print out a resume and a cover letter, which I was expected to turn in at a certain time. I know the routine there, go in, use a printing kiosk, slide your debit or credit card, and Im usually on my way. This was not the case today. I was having trouble logging in to my Google drive account, I tried several different ways to access my printing material, but I couldnt get into my account. So even after I slid my card on multiple occasions, I gave up and went to the main counter. The staff was very slow and unorganized. I was being helped by two different people for a simple two page print out. Reguardless, I eventually made it out of there, and made it to my appointment LATE.It gets better though. A little while after I left, I checked my cell phone and I noticed I had fraudulent uses on my Google account!!!!!!! There were three different devices trying to log into my account, one user from Texas and one user in California!!!!!!!!!Unfortunatley, I have so much of my life connected to this account. If something happens to my identity or my credit, I am holding FedEx responsible. If they offer a service, such as being able to log into your Google account to print your documents, then they should provide as much protection as possible. Ive learned my lesson, and I wont be back.

First Time ever sending somthing through them, item already labeled and payed for. The lady tells me she has to cut it open to inspect. Then she tells me, there is to much room in the box, and next time they will have to charge me to fill open areas witb paper, even thing every thing is bubble wraped and i have full insurance on the package. Will never choose them to ship through again.

Normally, I would consider this location very good, at least when it comes to their copy and printing services. But today 5/8/13 @ 11:20am I was shocked when trying to ship a package. The clerk insisted that my projector was not properly packed and they would have to charge me to repack it. I explained that the packing was exactly the same as when I recieved the projector and it was previously delivered by FedEx. The clerk insisted that there was a shipping policy change only a week before and they could no longer ship the package. At that point I told the clerk he was a lier right to his face because the projector I was shipping was a damaged unit and just the day before that exact same box came to my house packed as-is direct from Epson via FedEx with instructions to use the same packing material. I left, went to the local hub down by the airport. Their they gladly accepted the package, did not need to repack and when I told them this story they said it was not the first time. It is clear that this location is trying to boost sales by charging for packing that is not needed. I will NEVER return to this location for shipping needs. As for copying/printing needs, I have always been happy so lets hope they dont try to rip me off in that area too.
One of their agents stood there and read my papers while they were making copies for me. Felt like a real invasion of my privacy. They werent even subtle about it.
I used lots of fedex stores aroung Oregon. This is absolutely the worst one. their employees needs more training. And Their managers are the worst ones you could expect. Their manager just want to show off their power over the litttle miserable employees and do not really want to help customers. I would prefer give them no star at all.
Ive attempted to send a package internationally through FedEx and it was the most horrible experience. After a month the package has not been delivered and no assistance from the FedEx team that....
Worst delivery service ever. They lost a valuable package by leaving it at someone elses house. They have ignored me since I informed them and now its going to be a alot of work to get a replacement! Screw these guys!

Horrible customer Service. No call to let me know package needed signature, on top of that customer service said to leave a note on door with signature to let them know to leave package at door, I did just that (I work 1:30 to 10PM) so there is no way I can be there for it. After leaving the signature note the driver still failed to leave package at door and did not even leave indication of second visit. Now I have to pick up at their facility on their time frame, absolute BS.

Every time I have tried to use this service, it takes the staff forever to get anything done. There is usually a line but they will let people cut in line and seem oblivious to the effect this has on other customers. It seems to take two to three people to do one project. I cant believe this place remains in business.
