Worst experience ever i called and Blake answered was very nice but then transferred me to Justin,Justin had me on speaker am expressing i can’ not make a payment today my due date but will be in on Friday i said will they be a late fee laughs and says well j think there’s Always a late fee when you don’t pay on time first of all dont laugh at a customer second i was clarifying it, then says what time will you be in if i said I’ll be there Friday there was no reason to have asked me what time if y’all open to a certain time common sense !!!Justin stop your negativity and work on your work ethics thank you !

Great customer service, friendly staff. Easy to take care of payments and such.

The absolute worst exprerience. They give you one price for a payment then call and tell you they want more money. Right after you make a payment and you clarify with them the next date your payment is due, then turn around and call you a liar when you call them out, I have never been more upset. I went to the distract manager to settle this because this is not the first time this happened but it will be the last. I wish i didnt have to give you a star because you all suck at this store except Rico and the manager. I really hope you read this.

The worst place to trust when it comes to money and getting into an agreement with, I paid them 300 upfront and then they kept calling telling me when I would pay aging that I was late and behind and it turned out one of their employees took my money to buy a laptop and headphones...I had it all in my bank statements they also never told me I would have to pay renters insurance they said 0% interest rate but I was still paying extra on the agreements,anyways please be sure that your money goes into your account and not someone else’s
