Great service! Had an issue with self-sourcing parts during the pandemic. Mike offered to give it a try / figure it out after I had exhausted my efforts. Problem solved quickly. Appreciated the “we will figure it out” attitude… and then they executed.
Cant thank these guys enough for their prompt service and support. Mike helped me with my bike fitting and I couldnt be more comfortable. This shop has taken great care of my bike
Chris was so helpful, kind, and patient with my daughter! Shes so excited to finally know how to ride her bike!!!
I came into the shop to get new brake pads, Mike was awesome and friendly and was able to install the pads while I waited, only took me 30 min. and out the door. Great shop!!
Stopped in to just look, but ended up finding some gear. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They had all the answers to my questions.
The staff here is awesome! Great shop with outstanding product lines and service. They went the extra mile to make sure my setup was dialed. Definitely recommend Hanger millcreek!
Mike Hanseen (sp?), you are the man!! Had a bike fitting yesterday…I believe you called my handlebars a “hot mess” 😂. Rode a century today with over 8000 feet of elevation gain. My upper body isn’t sore at all. Thanks so much for your time!!! I will be referring all my cycling peers to you!!
15min turnaround when we needed a new rear wheel while driving thru. Guys in the shop were courteous, efficient, and knew what they were doing. Thanks!!!
Not the most cost effective, lots of deals online that are 10-35% less, but the staff is extremely nice and knowledgeable.
Quick and attentive service from the great crew at Hangar 15 in Olympus Cove!
I have been going to Hanger 15 for years. I have bought five bikes from Hanger 15 (and what it was called before) over the years and set-up/upgraded/fit may more through them. Why? Well, when they can get my cheep bike to feel like a $10,000 pro set up, I think it is money well spent.I have told all my friends this so I assume it would be helpful here… Of course they service and sell bikes, anyone can do that. But Hanger 15 is filled with individuals that live for biking, racing and matching people with their next obsession. Who do you want to help you with your bike? Some sales person or someone who rides races the very bike youre looking at. Who do you want to get a bike fit from? Some dude that adjusts your seat post or a guy that has done more UCI pro fits and has more experience than anyone (yes) in Utah. Hanger 15 is awesome! Millcreek is the next level in chill bike passion. The environment is laidback and comfortable (no stalking), yet their team knows everything there is to know about getting you on a bike you will love and be comfortable on. This is totally a shout out to them, because I consider them my local bike story (lbs) and personal group of bike Gurus.
Mechanics are questionable; installed my near rear hub (that I bought from Hangar) incorrectly-Hangar denied it. I had it fixed by REI who told me that it was on the verge of failing due to the improper installation. It had less than five miles on it.Years later, in a forgiving and desperate move, I brought my bike in to have the bottom bracket cleaned, the brakes bleed, etc. They charged me for everything and completed ZERO work. I publicly argued with them that my bikes bottom bracket was still covered in dried mud and that my old brake pads were still in place, not to mention the brakes had not been bleed. They refunded me... but argued that they were not going to refund me for their shop time/work. I laughed, and got the money back on that, too.Id avoid these guys. The mechanic at REI yelled back to his employee and said, We have another Hanger fix. I should have never gone back a second time. So much for trying to support the local shop.
Guy who sold me my bike just kept acting ike he didnt have time for me. They never did a proper bike fit for me and explained how road bikes and my model of bike work. There mechanic was very welcoming and nice but had adjusted my seat and when I got home I almost fell off the back of the bike because it was loose. Overall very unhappy with my bike and am now going to sell it and wish I never walked in here.
I’m all about supporting local shops, but if you need something fixed take your business elsewhere. One time I came in because of a problem with my bottom bracket. They had my bike for about a week and when they gave it back, the problem was fixed for about 20 minutes before it started to make the noise again. Took it to contender and they had it fixed in 24 hours. Same goes for a time when I had a puncture. Normally I’d fix it on myself but figured I’d give hangar another chance since I just sold my bike stand and needed a new bottle anyways. They “fixed it” and when I went out on a ride 15 minutes later I found it had already lost air and wouldn’t stop. Ling story short good shop if you know what you need and are just picking stuff up, but I don’t at all recommend the repair shop.
Had my E-bike at the shop for a gear and chain replacement. Almost two weeks, 200 Dollars in parts and labor later, I got the bike back. The electric part of the bike was running fine before the shop visit. After the work was done, and I took it home and charged the battery, the motor no longer works. I called Hangar 15, brought it back, one of their techs took a quick look at the wires and told me it wasnt their fault and I should call the OEM. It was a bit disappointing since the place was highly recommended by a a good friend that takes his bikes up there for repairs. Not sure what happened, but I hope they train their people better.
I showed up to have a sticky bottom bracket removed. They did it on the spot and were super friendly. Im going to send more of my business to them.
I was looking for a specific bike that is identical to the one I purchased in 2007 for my first Triathlon. Mike, and his excellent customer service, found exactly what I was looking for to meet my specific needs. I am brand and business loyal, to the end, for those who earn it. I can assure you that Hangar 15 has my business forever! I will be there many, many more times. Great job, guys!
These folks are fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable, great customer service, good good people. Could not be more satisfied. Hit these guys up!!!!
Superb assortment of Bikes and eBikes for all types of riding, especially mountain. Located at the base of the Wasatch Front the Super knowledgeable staff know how to ride and will recommend products that you will need. Victor was fun to work with and has a lot of enthusiasm for what he loves...getting more and more people riding bikes! Highly Recommend.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Went in to buy a bike tube and staff was insanely rude. Several years back I was hit by a car, almost died, and have issues to this day because of it so I wasnt wearing a mask. Staff asked me to put one on and I politely explained that I have medical issues that prevent me from being able to. The response was Dont care, not gunna help you. I asked if he was being serious especially since its for a legitimate medical issue (even offered to show him the scars to prove it) and he replied Yep, I dont care. Im not going to help you. Bye bye. So I left. He then followed me out of the store and took a picture of my license plate as if I had done something wrong. Definitely will never support this shop ever again. Apparently this is what happens when you give a bunch of nobodys a little bit of power.
Very responsive and actually acts like they care about my bike and me as well.
Hangar 15 is the best! Chuck, Mike, Louis and the team are SUPER knowledgeable, attentive and most of all....communicative. They always call me to update me on whatever they are working on, and even check in to ensure I am satisfied with their service. Victor that has been there 19 years, and he treats every day like he just got his dream job. Best customer service in ANY industry I have ever experienced. Im a lifer...
It was a busy Saturday. Usually there might be a delay of a day or 2 before they can service your bike. I had a frayed cable but they took care of it right away. Really impressed. Thanks!
I have a 70s Schwinn that needed tires and tubes. Apparently it requires a special size that only Schwinn used to make. The store in Provo was able to put something together to get me by, and they were really fast and did their best to troubleshoot. I had to take it back to the store in Millcreek because the tires still didnt fit right. There was a technician there that knew what I needed but unfortunately Hangar 15 didnt stock those parts, and I was informed I would have a hard time finding the right tires. He did take the bike back and replace the tubes anyway and struggled with trying to get it functional for about a half hour. I offered to pay for his time but he refused. Just wanted to thank him for being honest about the situation and not giving me the runaround because I had work done at another store. Id fully trust these guys to be honest and not jerk you around. Theyll be the first place I visit next year when shopping for a newer bike.
Hanger 15 is the best bike shop(s) west of the Mississippi. About a year and a half ago I bought 2 bikes from what was Canyon Cycle. The purchase experience was EXCELLENT, and the service ever since is extraordinary. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and they actually care about my cycling experience. They advise me on the right gear for for me and my unique usage, and NEVER sell me something just because they need to sell something. Mike and his team have been a factor in my growing enthusiasm for cycling. The icing on the cake was the bike fitting. Mike not only set my bike up to provide me with the most comfortable ride, but he also gave me an hour and a half coaching session. I cam out with a spectacular bike, and far more effective form.
Victor is a joy to deal with. I was looking for a very specific Specialized e-bike that the Draper location of Hangar 15 had in stock. I called the Millcreek store and Victor answered. He had it sent to the Millcreek location which is much closer to my home and called me as soon as he received it. He made sure the bike fit me properly, ordered the accessories I requested, and made the buying experience a breeze. Victor is very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. a real asset to this store. Thanks!
Hangar 15 came through in the clutch! My son lost a bolt on his rear shock the evening before leaving for a long awaited trip to mountain bike at Lake Tahoe. We called around to several shops with no luck. The part needed was a special order, with no chance of being delivered in time. We didn’t give up though. We then called Hangar 15 in Millcreek. They said they could make it happen. Mike took the time to actually build the bolt himself and saved the day!!
I’ve had the luxury of going to several bike shops in about 1 week. My wife and I have been here twice and the selection is good but they aren’t excited to help you. The day before we went to guthrie bikes and my wife bought a trek alr 4. She was treated like gold, she left really excited about her Bike and loving the shop and her salesman. I would have been sold there too but they didn’t have my size in the bikes I wanted. So I called around to a lot of stores in the valley looking for the diverge elite 5 or the trek alr 4/5 (I wanted a comparable bike to hers) . They were the only ones that had any, so I took off from work and rushed over. I was so excited to see it!! I got there, they showed me the diverge elite 5. I explained that I was comparing it to the trek and didn’t know much about the differences . It seemed similar but I wasn’t sure, to which they just said they didn’t know anything about trek but specialized is always 1 year ahead and downplayed trek. I thought the bike was good so I bought it. it seemed good and in line with the alr 4 and bikes are hard to come by at the moment. I upgraded the tires. ( I’m noticing that there are 2 big gouges in my rims). Then they quickly rolled the bike to me And sent me off without talking about any real benefits of buying a specialized bike or from buying from them in general.Today I found out that they had the model up with the future shock, they sell trek, they had a trek alr 5 available that I could have tried side by side . I think I got a good bike but I’m frustrated that I came in looking for help buying the right bike. They said they didn’t know about the other bike but their company sells it. I would have liked to know why you step up 1 line. I came home doubting my decision and it was such a contrast to the experience we received just one day prior at guthrie. They really helped answer questions, took time to thoroughly fit the bike, registered my wife’s bike and gave her material about her bike. I will get my first service done here because it’s included but I will more than likely take my long term service business elsewhere. I’m just annoyed that they sell both and they should have been able to speak to both brands and the next model up so that I could make a more educated decision. Maybe I would have stepped up.However, I still think the bike is a good bike. I Was just let down by the buying experience.Correction: After the companies response, I do see that they only offer the trek at the Draper location. That does make me feel better although I still think the associates should know a little more about the 2 since the company carries them both. However, they did offer to let me swap and they reached out quickly and I do appreciate that. I think the company does have a great selection of bikes and their prices are in line with all the other companies I checked. So I’d give them a 4 1/2 stars on selection and the 3 is just for my personal service experience.
These guys did a repair for me and I had to chase them around and call them three times, with no updates coming from them and the third time finding out that the bike had already been done for days and no one bothered to call. While a couple of these guys are pretty friendly, that little slick-haired Mr. Napoleon needs a serious lesson in not treating customers like trash. The world isnt out to get you, buddy.Youre better served going to a bike shop that actually acts like they want your business.
Love this shop. Had a couple bike fixes I needed done quickly the last couple weeks and they’ve been done within a couple hours...or even while I waited like today. Knowledgeable staff and very friendly.
These guys are the best! So many bike shops can be condescending and only care about high end bikes, but the Hanger 15 team at Millcreek is helpful, customer focused, and fun. I had a problem with a tubeless tire. They fixed me right up, and I enjoyed hanging out while they did their work.
They did a great job with my repairs and did so super fast - same day - even though I gave them a deadline three days out. They also noticed my wheel was jacked up and fixed it quickly. All of that done with friendly, never pushy service and for what I consider to be a very fair price. They made a vey loyal customer/client out of me.
Victor was AWESOME! He was helpful, understanding and took the time to really understand how to help me. HANGER 15 IS THE BEST! I love the after Christmas SALES too!!! I road Europe 3 summers ago, this is where I started, and Ill be back again soon!
Checked hangar 15 website for model of bike I wanted and it said it was in-store. so i go into the store and the staff tells me we only sell 2000+ dollar carbon fiber bikes here. not impressed with the website nor the selection!
I’ve had multiple great experiences with the shop. If you can get a bike fitting from Mike Hanseen he will change your life, and he’ll even help you over the phone !
My kids spend tons of time at this shop and this is where we have purchased all their bikes. The people who work here are incredibly kind and knowledgable. When my kids take their bikes for repair, the mechanics always teach them something cool about bikes. They do solid work and sell solid bikes. We love this bike shop and the people who work there.
Nice place, lots of inventory. Im walked in randomly to ask the crew there where they recommend for DH around the area. (Im here for a wedding from Mount Snow Vermont)They were all super nice and did not treat me like a tourist. Gave me lots of options and ideas. Talked bikes for a bit,, said goodbye, and that was it.These guys were super nice and knew their stuff. Thanks again for the help!
They helped me get a great bike so they get a little credit, but the service and quality of the mechanic(s) on staff was poor. The bike I ordered was a track bike and I use it for commuting. I dont know if they rushed or assumed I didnt want the brakes put on correctly, but both brakes did not close on the wheel evenly and all four pads were not lined up with the rim of the wheel. They closed onto the tire! I mean there really wasnt much to do to get a single speed ready for the road and they messed up a pretty crucial thing. Personally I do want brakes, Id rather be able to bike away from close calls with cars than trust a skid stop to save me. Thankfully I noticed, but getting a bike tuned at a shop you want to trust that they did a thorough overlook before handing it off for you to ride, after all that is why you pay for the tedious tune instead of doing it yourself.Other times that I have come in the store employees have been unhelpful and even condescending. This attitude pushed me away quite quickly.Overall I would not trust going to get my actual road bike tuned there because there would be too many things for them to neglect. If you want to buy a bike, yeah they may have a deal or two, but steer clear of getting your bike tuned.
Just a good vibe, from my initial phone conversation with Mike through the process of having my bike assembled from being shipped cross country.Very pleased with the service and staff.Appearance of the bike shop is first rate.I will be back.
My wife and I are mountain bike shopping and stopped by Hangar 15 to potentially buy two Specialized mountain bikes. We wandered around for about ten minutes and finally approached (and waited for several minutes) at the counter. The two dudes working there looked at us a few times but were a bit too busy building bikes to acknowledge us let alone ask if we needed help. Store owners wonder why brick and mortar stores are failing, this is precisely why. Customer service and expertise is the only thing separating you from Amazon. Just saying.
I love this shop. They sell great products and they have so much knowledge about all the aspects of riding.
I broke the brake lever on my Avid Juicy 7 hydraulic disc brake system and went in shortly after to see what could be done. I came in to get their opinion on whether they could simply replace the lever itself. The employee who spoke with me immediately dismissed the concept of replacing the lever stating the entire brake system would need to be replaced, a likely $200 fix. He did not even look at the bike. He didnt offer me anything, not even to replace the brake system. I went home, found the part on ebay, and had it replaced myself within 15 minutes for $15. I found the employees closed minded and incorrect attitude a turnoff. Offering to do a little research or asking another employee for confirmation would likely have netted them my business then and in the future. He obviously wasnt very interested in my business since I wasnt buying a $4000 bike.
Great hours - Open until 8 in the summer, wish all bike shops would do that. Sean is super friendly, and theres another guy there I also really like. However - been there a bunch of times for service and sometimes its great, other times its a clown show. Last straw was a fork install last week - headset was really loose, had a 1/4 gap and was flopping all over. I have friends that really like this shop and buy all their bikes here, but Ive heard the same thing on inconsistent service.
Mike and his daughter are incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. Their customer service and sales approach are first class and they go above and beyond to deliver fantastic results for their customers. I highly recommend you stop by and take advantage of all that this shop and team have to offer.
Mike was bee knowledgeable and professional at my bike fitting. Thank you so much!
Scheduled a professional bike fit with Mike. They got me on the schedule promptly and finished my appointment in the time they said. Mike is an absolute professional at his trade. He came highly recommended and youll know why when you work with him. Thank you for your help Mike!
We were waiting to eat next door and wandered in here to look around. My 2 year old was in love and an employee got a small bike down for him to ride on. She told me all about the bike and was very knowledgeable. WEre going back to get something for him for his birthday. Service was great and an amazing first impression. We looked like we were obviously just killing time, but they treated us like anybody else.
Thank you Scott for warranting my leaking Osprey reservoir. I bought it in SoCal and it started leaking at the seam on my road trip. I called Osprey while I was in the Millcreek shop and the guy in the warranty dept. said I should ask if the shop would swap out for me. They did and I really appreciate it!I can ride tomorrow without my bum getting soaked!
Big Mike, Olivia and the staff are the bomb! Everytime I go there I am greeted with a smile and my concerns are handled with a high level of professionalism! Olivia is the best, she offers great, great, great customer service and Mike and his crew have my bike dialed in tight keeping me on the road!
Fair pricing on all repairs and components, and I dont trust my bike fit to anyone else other than the crew at Millcreek Bicycles. Theyve gotten my cousins great buys on entry level Specialized road bikes, and theyve gotten my in-laws great deals on 29er full suspension mountain bikes.
Ive known the manager there named Mike for many years and he is an amazing friend and manager at Canyon! For an excellent customized fit and great service go in and see him!! Very knowledgeable and helpful! I go to no one else but Mike at Canyon Bicycles for all my biking needs and questions! 😊
Amazing customer service, took my bike in. Zach absolutely crushed it getting my fork in absolute perfect condition. I didnt know a fork could feel so buttery snooth. Ive now nicknamed him the bike wizzard because nothing short of a magical spell could get my fork feeling so good.
Great service and care for their customers. Its great to have good people you can count on. From the fitting to set up they are always willing to go the extra mile!
I just had ANOTHER great experience with Hangar 15 Bicycles and Victor. Victor has been our favorite sales person for years and his knowledge about Hangar 15’s “top of the industry brands” including mountain, road and eBikes is second to none! I had waited for almost a year for Specialized to release their 2019 eMountain Bike line up! It was worth the wait and if this is even a thought, DO IT! The eMTB’s are so much fun! Victor kept me up to date with the release date, any updates or news and shipping. When the 2019 bikes arrived, there was no pressure to buy… just come check them out and take one for a test ride up some Olympus Hills roads. Victor road along on an eBike as well. For this ride, he personally adjusted the shocks, aired up the tires and made sure I was close on the fit. Now the bike is part of our stable. While talking about this bike, the NICA race season for Middle and High School kids came up. I mentioned my boy needed a new bike before race season. He pointed out the sale that was coming in a few days and said he wanted to check inventory. I like Hangar 15 because they have other locations and Victor checks the other locations for bikes and even accessories. This can be very helpful when you have an event or deadline. Same story, he got a bike there for my boy to test ride and we added it to our stable as well. While in the shop, I have met other sales and service employees, ALL have been professional and very accommodating. Victor has always helped walk the bike out to my vehicle and help me load it in the back, on the roof etc. Thanks to Victor and the crew at Hangar 15 Bicycles for always making my visit to “my local bike shop” a good one!
Just talked on the phone with Chuck (I think it was) who spent a good amount of time helping me with questions about a bike I was looking to buy on KSL that was bought at their store. I really appreciated his time even though it wasnt going to give him a sell.
Really high quality customer service combined with high knowledge of products and great advice. Cant go wrong doing business with these people.
Listened, and then sold me a bike I wanted to buy, my decision with Mikes suberb knowledge of what is available . Comfort, fast, commute quickly and still get a workout with in my budget. Bike fit was a bucket list to avoid unusual pain and to know the bike is right as it can be, optimal and pain free. I appreciate that purchase with direction and fair price and free asceriories. Thank you. The bad is not them its ride to be seen on safe roads away from people who dont stay in their lane because their on a phone. Case hardened tires with slime or Stans or equal in the tube because I still dont want to stop no matter how fast I get at changing a tube for road bike. Sit bone pain. Some or many saddles seem wrong. Its not friction and I dont think its suspension. At 155 lbs. And 6ft 1 its not over weight. What weight we have likes to be seated, mostly. For me its easy seat but it adds pressure to palms and arms. The seat specialized put on that bike was unbearable. My first ride was 28 miles and painful . My second ride, two days later I went 7, miles and had to turn around. It was unbearable, and felt lucky to get home. Is there turbo comfortable saddle in the future for specialized or is it on us to figure out? Am I the only one with this sit bone pain?
I first came in to the shop just to look around as I had decided to quit cycling do to a back injury. I started talking to Mike telling him that I cant ride bikes any more because of my bad back. He informed me that bike riding doesnt have to be uncomfortable and suggested a fitting. I was hesitant to spend the money on the fitting but I went for it. This was 10 years ago and I am still riding bikes.
I got my bike repaired last March by Millcreek Bicycles. When I dropped it off, the guy who accepted it didnt really seem to know what he was talking about, but suggested some problems that werent even relevant. Regardless, we came to a service plan and I left my bike there to be fixed. I picked it up and went to Moab. I immediately started having problems with the bike and my trip was all but ruined. I returned to Millcreek to have them look at it and they accused me of a whole slew of things that I did not do. They acknowledged no mistakes, and the guy (same guy who accepted the bike to begin with) said Id have to pay to have it serviced again, and even admitted that the mechanics dont test the bike they work on, thats insane! He offered no solutions, and could not care less whether I left or not.I am bumbed because I live so close and wanted a trustworthy neighborhood bike shop, but will now drive to any corner of the earth to avoid this one. I suggest to everyone to do the same. Basically, I got the feeling that if youre not there to drop $10,000 on a road bike, youre not worth their time.
Very helpful and knowledgeable-- at least at the Millcreek shop where I always go ( and have gone for years when it was Millcreek Cycles).
Great shop. Sean and Chuck helped when I broke a cable. In and out in a flash. Thanks guys!
2x weve come in with difficult situations but they have never tried to hard sell us. They just listened and provided the most reasonable solution.
Not sure what to think about this retailer. I went in and asked for a good set of cantilever brakes and was told they are all in the backroom. What brakes would you like? she said. Having nothing to look at I said perhaps a nice set of Pauls components or similar and she said no, we carry only shimano and sram. No offer to special order, no suggestions whatsoever. Not rude or anything, just completely indifferent. Talk about awkward...so I said thanksand left, receiving nothing in kind. Is this where all the bigger bike shops are headed? I can order anything online in seconds and at a much better price but am trying to support the local shops. Will Try elsewhere next time...
Went in for a bike fit with Mike the owner. He was very thorough & addressed all of my concerns about discomfort & lack of power. He made the proper adjustments to my bike & shoes & I have immediately notices a HUGE difference in performance. That night I shaved off over 3 minutes on my north Suncrest PR. The next week I cut 7 minutes off of my LCC full climb segment & I was the first one to the top on both rides. If you are wondering who to go to for a bike fit, go to Mike at Millcreek!
We ordered a new model that was going to have limited availability for months. Mike bent over backwards to find us the bikes we were looking for!
READ FOLLOW UP BELOW!Overcharged me $100 for a warranty frame that I was quoted $1200 for. Ended up costing me nearly $1400 after tax. Side note: This was a Specialized Carbon Stumpjumper that broke while landing a small jump. It should have had a lifetime warranty. Specialized would not honor the lifetime warranty and instead offered me a crash replacement warranty for, I was told, $1200, which ended up being $1389. Now I need $1000 worth of parts that are compatible with the new frame. Mike, the owner, did happily offer to sell me these parts but I prefer to go elsewhere where I know I will be treated honestly. I have dealt with 3 other frames and 2 other bike manufacturers warranties and only been left with a smile. So, in summary, I am out $2400 and 5 months of summer riding waiting on a lifetime warranty on a bike I originally paid nearly $5000 for. Not only that but I have no faith this frame will not break too. Anyone want to buy a Specialized Stumpjumper Carbon Hardtail? OUCH! Never again Specialized...Follow Up: Now they will not answer my phone calls and the inbox is full. Just fyi this is a business.
Sad to see some mixed reviews. I usually deal with Mike I dont know if he owns or manages the place but it seems like he is always there. I have a few older bikes and some guys at other shops make me feel like I am a dinosaur riding a relic, not millcreek. The only problem I ever had was my brakes where set with more lever movement than I like. The wrench showed me how to adjust the brakes and told me why most riders set them that way. He suggested I try braking differently the way the ike was set up. Now I wanted to tell him I have been riding since he was in diapers (I guess I am old) but... I tried it. The Kid was right and he improved my ride. Its not often I stop at another shop anymore (although millcreek is way out of my way) but for most of the stuff I buy they are cheaper. I also like the bike pedaler in Sandy, sorry guys faster turnaround and a better stocked shop gives millcreek the edge.
Scheduled a bike fit a week in advance, drove 40 miles to get there and was told we need to reschedule the fit, they had my phone number but chose not to call me about the rescheduling, I asked if they would knock off a few bucks for the inconvenience and was told NO! I will not step foot in this place again!
Friendly experienced staff and a great selection!
Best bike shop in salt lake
Lack of attention to detail.
Efficient, nice shop, nice peeps.
Great service staff
I think this shop should stick to bike fitting and leave the rest to another bike shop. They misquoted me, didnt call when parts were in and did a poor job installing components. Next time Ill go to another bike shop/dealer.
