ENSO generally just feels like a shimmery little spot. I’ve gotten two helix piercings from this studio, and both were great experiences. It is clean, they have gorgeous & very high-quality jewelry, and the staff are kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. The energy is all-around good, and I felt safe and like I was in capable hands. I would trust Dustin with any piercing—what a lovely person!Prepare for the jewelry to potentially seem expensive unless you’re used to high-quality stuff. But I’m glad I paid the higher price for my most recent one—it’s got a unique elongated shape and a stunning color and is even more amazing than what I could have hoped for.

Everyone here was so incredibly kind, and the shop is easy to contact. Jake did my two piercings and he really helped ease my nerves and also answered all of my many questions and provided fantastic insight for what would work with the shape of my ears. I have 3 other piercings that I want to get and honestly Ill probably just let them do whatever they want with the other side because I trust them that much. After going to multiple piercing studios in SLC, a friend recommended ENSO for my septum 4 years ago and I haven’t gone anywhere else since. Dustin and his team are so professional and helpful, the studio is always spotless and sanitary, they are very inclusive and welcoming when you go there. They take care and do maintenance on your piercing for as long as you have it. When my septum piercing wasn’t healing properly and was very red and irritated, it had to be taken out to allow it to close and heal for a few weeks, and they did the second piercing for free. You can tell that they truly enjoy what they do. I love supporting a locally owned and operated business, and I can’t recommend ENSO enough.

Always a great experience at Enso. I have been in several times with my wife so she could be pierced and buy new jewelry. The staff is always very kind and helpful and whats most important, they take pride in their work. Their new shop is extremely clean and well maintained. In light of the pandemic, they dont accept walk-ins. Everyone who enters must wear a medical-grade mask and use hand sanitizer. This way, everyone stays safe. Dustin is extremely skilled at what he does. I would highly recommend Enso for all of your piercing needs.

ENSO employees were super fast and very helpful. Great customer service. My piercer, Dustin, was ready and able to answer any questions I had about my piercings and was very understanding when I got nauseous and felt like passing out. He just had me sit down until I felt better. And the piercings were done so quickly!! I felt hardly any pain at all. After my piercings were done, I was able to talk to Tara to get all the things I needed to take care of my piercings as they healed.

I have been to Enso a couple of times now and both times I have been impressed. The first time, I took my 5 year old daughter to get her ears pierced. They gave me grief for 20+ years until I finally got them re-pierced at a professional piercing studio. You can Google endless info on why mall piercings are a bad idea. I knew I wanted to take my girls to a professional piercer. It’s more expensive but absolutely worth the investment. This is a permanent alteration to my daughters’ bodies and I wanted it to be done right. When you think about it in those terms, it’s a no-brainer. My brother’s girlfriend has gauges and lots of piercings, and she recommended ENSO. I’m glad she did!BOOKING was super easy! You can just do it all through texting. They were upfront and honest about pricing before I booked, and told me exactly what to expect during the appointment. Excellent communication.LOCATION is fantastic! Soooo clean and really fancy feeling. They even have a brand new kids room. My kids loved it and it helped them to relax before their piercings.CLEANLINESS AND SAFETY is clearly a priority here. Both the receptionist/cashier and the piercer were very friendly. The piercer was professional and very knowledgeable. The shop is extremely clean. I felt like I was in a medical office. My only critique is that its a little hard to find because they dont have a sign out right now and the photo of the building on Google is brown, but the building is actually white. Look for a white, bungalow style house with a covered porch.

My lobe piercing hurt for two weeks... Like really really badly. The piercing itself was more painful than any other lobe Ive had (I got my triple done, so I know what to expect with lobes). It felt like the needle was dull when it was going through my ear as well... It didnt get infected at all, so that is good. But everyone there is amazing, the atmosphere is wonderful and the people are great. I probably wont go back because something was wrong with their supplies, but I did enjoy my experience. I almost fainted and they gave me a coke to help me come to. I really appreciated everything they did and how kind they were to me and my friend.

ENSO was amazing. ENSO felt like a hip, high-end medical spa for piercing! I brought my 7yo to get her ears pierced, and they made her feel comfortable and helped her pick out medical grade titanium studs. It costs a little more than Claire’s, but totally worth it. What a welcome change from the mall piercing of my youth! Will return!

I was referred by a couple different people and also found that they were certified with the APP (Association of Professional Piercers) through some research. I got the “daith” piercings in both ears and wanted to be very careful to do everything right and get quality work and jewelry. The place is very clean (they showed me the sterilization test strip) and beautiful! Both the lady up front who helped me pick out my jewelry and the piercer (I’m the worst at remembering names!), were very knowledgeable, kind and professional. Got both of my Daiths done here about 2weeks ago now and the experience was great. Very welcoming and helpful as well as knowledgeable and professional. They offer drinks and snacks for their customers to help them with any shakiness or dizziness that the customers may experience and are very caring about their customers well being. I was extremely shaky and lightheaded after the immense adrenaline rush that I had from getting both of my ears pierced that I needed to drink some water, my piercer Dustin was happy to provide water and make small talk to make sure I was all right before I left. I recently returned to see him because I injured one of my ears and it caused the piercing site to get infected he cleaned it up and set an appointment for me to return again to double-check the site and make sure that it is healing. Again he was very helpful. I definitely recommend getting piercings from here.

I just went in today for a piercing appointment with Kenzi and it was an incredible experience. To start, I spoke with Kandi over text a few days before I set up an appointment and she was extremely informative, kind, and overall gave me some great positive vibes. After a few days of speaking, I finally was brave enough and comfortable enough to book an appointment. I went in today and Devon (sorry I never caught the spelling) was nice and welcoming. She knew I was nervous but shared words of wisdom and comforting advice. She gave me a lot of information about the jewelry (which I highly appreciate) and explained the sanitization process. Which by the way, they sanitize everything. EVERYTHING. Which was really nice especially with COVID. It felt like a safe space to be in. Finally, Kenzi was the one that pierced me. Like I said, I was extremely nervous about the pain ( I got a sensitive piercing) but Kenzi made sure I was comfortable, all my questions were answered, and she communicated with me very well. Every step she communicated to me and there were no surprises. Piercings hurt and they’ll always hurt so I can’t say they’ll magically take that away but I can say that they make you comfortable enough that it’s bearable. Plus, she’s really caring and kind through the process so she’ll take really good care of you to ensure it’s a smooth and positive experience. Overall, I highly recommend them.
