Payden, who did my piercings, is amazing! Him, and his assistant, were very helpful with explaining every step of the process, and making me feel as safe as possible. The piercings themselves turned out fantastic!!!

I made an appointment with Payden. Before I came in Payden was very patient and kind with all my questions I had regarding the process and such. When I arrived he explained exactly what was going on. His piercing apprentice Kara was also there and he was showing her what to do and informing her while also informing me on my piercings. I will be returning for more piercings, and will request Payden. Great first impression he made. Its been about 2 weeks since I got my piercings, and Ive had questions along the way, and Payden has continued to answer them in a timely manner, and is very informative. I recommend him if you want piercings!

I honestly couldnt believe how communicative, honest and friendly my artist Ryan Crown was. I had been in search for months with to no avail and had many unresponsive artists, until Ryan! He responded to me quickly, had an idea of what I wanted done and he did it, beautifully I must add! I arrived early for my appointment and it was pleasing to see how friendly the Resolute piercers and artist are. Ryan let me know I can make myself at home, grab water, check out art, etc. He took the time with me to find references and talked in detail about placement and what details I wanted to stand out. The vibe was relaxing, good music, awesome art and great conversations. This is unlike any other experience at a tattoo shop in Utah. I didnt feel intimidated there, I felt welcome and appreciated. I loved the whole experience and I am finally able to say Ryan Crown is the artist I will be going to from now on!

Josh Dix was my artist. He was very pleasant to interact with and did an amazing job turning the 3 sentences I told him about what I wanted into a tattoo that I absolutely love. Awesome experience! Got my first ever piercing other than the normal ear piercings and I felt comfortable and informed the whole time! I got my septum done and they even have saline solution there to buy!! Payden was super professional and patient when I realized I forgot my birth certificate and had someone on the way. 10/10 I would 100% go here again for another piercing :)

I always have the BEST experience getting tattooed by Ryan Crown. He is my go-to artist and always gives me the best tattoo and tattooing experience. I can’t even imagine going to anyone else at this point. The shop is very clean and all of the artists have diverse styles so it’s easy to get anything done there.

A couple months ago, I was in the area and decided to get a spontaneous tattoo. Ryan was my artist, and he did a great job. When I knew Id be back in the area, I didnt hesitate to make an appointment with Ryan again. Easily worth the drive from Idaho for this awesome artist. The work he did for me is fantastic, and I will be having more art done by him in the future.

I really enjoy going to Samantha here at Resolute Tattoo. She asks questions before tattooing something on me and makes sure Im satisfied with my tattoo. She cares about all her clients and I love her tattoos! Shes really good at what she does. Im coming back to her for the rest of my tattoos.

Walked in to get a boat done on my forearm. Tattoo artist who took care of me was Nicoli. First I wanna say nicest guy in the planet. Super friendly and was really able to do what I wanted with no objections. He truly is a professional and will do amazing work. Ryan is my absolute favorite tattoo artist of all time. I love every piece he has done on me. I go completely out of my way to specifically go to Ryan. Not only do you get an amazing piece of art... but you also get some amazing therapy because he’s kind and a great listener!!Also resolute has an amazing vibe, they play real music, and you instantly feel at home!

The place is clean and easy to find. The release is concise and easy to understand. Judd was awesome! He told me what he was doing and really set my mind at ease (this was my first tattoo.) He was gentle, accurate, and worked quickly. He did a beautiful job, and I couldnt be happier!

Came in from New York to visit some friends and stopped in on Friday the 13th for some tattoos. Kato was super dope and did some awesome work on not one, but two tattoos I ended up getting from him. Would definitely revisit the shop for more work in the future and recommend to everyone.

This is my second tattoo from this shop and I definitely recommend them! Nicolai did an amazing job, the line work is beautiful. He always makes sure I am comfortable and even did a touch up on my first tattoo. The after care was wonderful as he used a newer product on it and had me come in the next day to make sure it heals correctly. I love his work and just him in general. If you need something done give him a call!

The place is clean and very open, giving it a welcoming feel. I got tattooed by Annalee, and not only is it amazing, but the experience was unforgettable. She was incredibly professional and sanitary, she cleaned EVERYTHING in between patrons. She was also kind and accommodating. We had to put the stencil on twice, and she kept saying that we can do it as many times as necessary. This is definitely the best tattooing experience I have ever had, and I feel quite lucky for it.

Was traveling from Washington and called about an hour before their closing time asking if they had an availability and they said that they could squeeze me in.  The artist that did my tattoo was Nicolai.  He was very nice and fun. Even though they were close to closing, he took the time to listen to what I wanted and didnt rush the process, which I appreciated very much. My tattoo turned out great.  It was one of the better experiences Ive had getting a tattoo.

Annalee is by far my most favorite tattoo artist of all time! She is so positive, and so down to earth. What I love most about Annalee is she isn’t pushy like a lot of tattoo artists, she suggests things but if you don’t like it, then she’s okay with it and works with you to create something unique and something you’ll love. Not only that, but she takes her time to make sure it looks good, I never feel like she is just trying to get her paycheck. She realizes that this is something that will be on this body PERMANENTLY, for some, the rest of their life and she wants to make sure you’re 100% in love with your tattoo. She pushes herself outside of her comfort zone and always does an amazing job. She is an extremely talented artist, and overall wonder person. I highly recommend going to her if you are sick of tattoo artists telling you what you want. She seriously goes above and beyond. I will always go to Annalee for my tattoos.

This place is amazing!!! Great artists with amazing skills. I just got a new tattoo from Nico. He sat down with me to design the whole thing and I was in and out in just a few hours. It has amazing color and quality line work. He wasnt heavy handed at all, either. Definitely my new favorite tattoo.

Resolute really hit a home run when they brought Annalee onto their team. I have had the pleasure of seeing her grow from a wee baby artist to the INCREDIBLE artist I knew she was always meant to be. I feel so fortunate to be working worth her on my Studio Ghibli sleeve. She created exactly what I wanted and has an infectious personality that makes her tattooing environment unique and welcoming. I could go on and on about her. One of the many things I love is how diverse her talent is she can create something for you whether it is traditional or animation and that talent is rare and a diamond in the rough to find and she’s got it down pat! I’m so grateful to have discovered her and to have her artwork on my body!

After being told at another piercing place it would be 3 hours before they got to me I decided to look up other options and found some good sayings about Resolute Tattoo and I have to say I loved that I went to this place! Ivy was sweet, talked to me and got to know me and it didnt even hurt. Though I did bleed alot, Ivy handled it well and was patient with cleaning all the blood. I loved the whole vibe and plan on coming back for future piercings.

Went for their humane society inkathon fundraiser. Seemed a little chaotic but we were the first ones there so maybe they were still trying to set up and get things going. But me and my friend had a good time. It was quick, clean, and everybody was super friendly.

When I went to other shops I would always have to brace myself for a bad experience at one point at a different shop I left with an unfinished tattoo because the experience was just horrible. But at resolute there was non of that the Ryan was super amazing great artist and the kindest soul. He did great on my grim reaper piece and I will continue to go there for my other tattoos

Annalee is the sweetest tattoo artist Ive ever worked with. Her attention to detail is out of this world. I get compliments everywhere I go about the latest tattoo she designed and I tell everyone about her and how great she is, highly recommended. I am so happy with all the work Ive gotten from her and I hope to get many more pieces from her in the future.

Poor customer service. Member states they would have a walk in basis for human society tattoos. Found my comment on Facebook. Member did not respond in a professional manner. Would not recommend as there are plenty of tattoo artist in the area that do a great job
