Incredible service and amazing results. Called with an order that needed to be delivered in the morning and Jill, the owner, did everything she could to make it work. I got exactly what I ordered right on time and I’m grateful for this location for putting my order together on such short notice. The only problem was when I arrived the person I talked to said it would be brought to my car shortly. However the woman who had my order just stayed inside the store and instead called me to come to her instead. I can tell she was having a bad day because she gave me a lot of attitude and wasn’t being very cooperative. Otherwise I’ve never had any problems with Edible Arrangements and I’ll continue to shop here despite this minor inconvenience.

I was in charge of ordering client gifts for my boss and had several issues. Because of Covid and other complications, it was starting to become a real problem to get the gifts ordered and delivered in a timely manner. Due to nothing but shear luck, the Edible Arrangements store on Foothill came to the rescue and saved the day. EXCELLENT customer services, prices, options, etc. Im definitely going to be returning for more gifts in the future (both for work-related matters and personally). THANK YOU, Edible Arrangements!

Wow!!! This location! Hands down! Very sweet and professional! I live in California and I called this location because none of the other ones answered and let me just tell you! I forgot about my baby sisters birthday which my family lives in Utah and it’s hard to get something to your loved ones being far away and I wanted my sister to get something today and fast... so Loren which was the front desk lovely girl helped me out making sure she got something today and called her lovey and amazing driver Amy to see if they were able to get it in by a certain time and oh lord they made it happen! By far the best experience I have had in edible arrangements saying I’ve been a customer for 7 years. I would highly recommend this location! Again best location hands down!🙌💖💖

I would give a ZERO star rating but you cant. I ordered $400 worth of edible arrangements (5 smaller separate orders) that were to be delivered to my house the day before Easter and I was going to surprise my family members with an arrangement, balloon, and card.The day of the delivery I received an email stating the delivery had happened. There was nothing delivered to my house. I called the store that was listed on my invoice and they told me it was a separate store that was doing the delivery, so I called that store (after trying 6 times with no answer.)The lady on the phone sounded stressed but was also very sassy when I explained the situation. She assured me the 5 edible arrangements would be delivered before the end of the day.Several hours go by and ONE of the five orders was delivered to my house, and it wasnt even complete (missing balloon and card.) I then probably called the store on my invoice and the store in charge of delivery about 20x with no answer from either. I then made half a dozen calls to corporate with no answer either.Needless to say, I was unable to surprise my family members with an Easter treat. I will never purchase from Edible Arrangements again and will recommend to every person I know to purchase from Harry & David, 1800 baskets, or Sharis Berries instead.

I phoned and talked to Jill, the owner 3 different times in one afternoon and she was so very helpful and kind and patient. She patiently helped me decide on an arrangement that could go to a hospital as a thank you. This was during the COVID-19 ! I felt comfortable in talking with her as she helped me with much information. Thank you, Jill! I will definitely be a return patron!

My wife, Meghan, ordered for her colleague after his surgery. Louis waited outside with the package while Meghan validated the address and made sure her colleague was home! Excellent, amazing customer service!

I love this Foothill Edible Arrangements! I went to the West Valley location to pick up an Edible Arrangement for my mother. It was 12:30 PM in the afternoon and they were closed. Lights were off and waited outside for 20 minutes. Ended up going to the Foothill location and they made my arrangement while I waited in just a few minutes and gave me a treat on the side. Ill never waste my time again with the West Valley location. Thank you Foothill Edible. You saved my day!

I live out of state. I ordered chocolate covered strawberries for my son. The process was easy. The delivery person contacted me to let me know he made the delivery and placed it in a location so it wouldn’t be visible. Great customer service.

Awesome idea as a gift to have delivered out of state. My daughter and I ordered the chocolate covered strawberries with Swizzle for mom and had them delivered to her hotel for a birthday surprise. She loved them and said how big and juicy they are!

Love this edible arrangements store it is the only store I go to and order from! The store owner is well informed and the manager is always professional and helpful. This store also has the cutest little delivery girl. Everything is always fresh and delicious.

Wow!!! Great Customer Service by Paige. I told her our basket was delivered and left on the porch and froze. The family was gracious and said it was fine but frozen fruit is not the same as fresh fruit. Paige was so sweet and offered to deliver another ordered. I told her to deliver whatever she thought was fair. She definitely delivered!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH PAIGE!!! The family really appreciated it.Job Well Done!! Edible Areangments on Foothill is my go to for dessert and gifts. The staff is delightful and the fruit exquisite. Perfectly dipped, both the white and normal chocolate fruit are to die for! Its amazing that they have balloons and other accessories to make the event or person feel extra special!

Have to say my birthday arrangement delivery from my husband was quite cute, however i was very disappointed in the hard unripened no flavor fruit it was made out of, to be honest it didnt look like the strawberries or grapes were even washed with the film and fuzz on that was apparent..also he confirmed it would be delivered by 1, but it arrived after 4pm screwing up what he had planned. needless to say it was NOT worth $99 for a few cute shaped pieces of fruit. maybe it was just bad luck i will never know because i will never order from here

I had an order delivered to a friend who is a Dr. I was so worried they would have a hard time tracking him down since he was working and kept my phone on. They never called, and they absolutely followed my instructions to the t. He absolutely loved his arrangement. He said he ate so much he got sick was his only problem lol I talked to management about one thing I had a question on before delivery and she was so nice and helpful. I called last week to set up a delivery, was a bit dismayed by the price and delivery charge but decided to order. I needed delivered to University of Utah hospital, the gal asked me the address? Arent they supposed to know if they are the ones delivering, I think its a pretty major hospital. She stated the driver would be between 11 & 12 next morning and that they delivered to the hospitals first. I called the next morning after I got the ICU room # for the delivery and got Page. I wanted to verify approximate delivery time as the person was possibly being discharged early afternoon. Page stated the driver did not arrive until noon and that they delivered to businesses and schools first and then hospitals and residences. (Isnt a hospital a business???) Her attitude showed that she really cared less and I was a bit put off by that, I mean the arrangements are expensive and theres a pretty hefty delivery fee. When I started to waiver on the order, she apologized for the info I got from the person the nite before, but it wasnt the person the nite before that was dissuading me, it was her demeanor. I asked if they had a manager and she said she was the manager, I told her I was cancelling the order because of her and she hung up on me, WOW, not the greatest customer service. If you are paying that much, the least they could do is act friendly and interested.

Do not phone order from here! I ordered a gift for my husbands bday and was promised del by 4 pm they were told he was on a job site and was from out of town needless to say it never was del and he was woke up at 9:15pm by a delivery driver aghhh and when I called the same guy who promised me delivery was so rude and told me I will give you a refund what more do you want and hung up on me no apology at all. We live inCA and my husband had been gone for a few months so no family and due to edible arrangements no birthday gift from his family!!!!!

I cant believe what just occurred. First, I ordered and paid online for an arrangement online from the west valley fair mall location and they were closed!! When they should have been open!! I scrambled for other locations and found this foothill one spoke with owner explained what happened at first she was willing to help me but when it came to payment she gave me attitude when I mentioned I had $10 off coupon stating no shes not going to discount an arrangement since it was after hours I called at 650pm yes they close at 7pm and was 5 minutes away on freeway yea ok thanks for your compassion!! You lost a customer and future business over $10 that im sure the corporation would have corrected for you considering my situation!! Mind you I was paying for a $90 arrangment!! Great customer service!! I will never support this business!

She even went beyond regular service to ensure my first experience was perfect and added grapes even though they dont usually do it anymore.Perfect job. Would have given 10 stars if I could.
