This is the Slowest Place I have ever been. Some of the Employees don’t care. They act like it’s funny to sit there and watch you wait. Any other Metal Place gets you in and out. On top of being slow, some of them are Not very Friendly. There is a few guys that are friendly and come over to let you know how long they are gonna be and acknowledge that they see you.

Horrible place, as a new employee they tell you to sit back and observe but the when you observe they consider it laying around, absolutely no leadership and they only promote the white guys leaving the minorities to do all the work. Do yourself a favor and dont apply here! Im a medical student for crying out loud! They prey on undereducated people because they wont complain. DO NOT APPLY HERE

The new will call, and pricing waiting for stock to arrive it all adds up. Not if I can just simply get my material from another source will I use affiliated metals.Fry is a better price, and I get materials on the same day as I would if I order thru aff.And will call takes a min. Of 75 min. Just a joke

This place is a joke, in reference to WILL CALL pickups.. I was the only one waiting to get my order. after 40 minutes. a small pickup truck arrives parks close to me and in about 6 minutes he got his order and was gone. I called again and inquired about my order. again I had to wait so the REP. could go find my order. It was a total of about 50 minutes of waiting and still no order. so I left an dnow I have them delivering it to me but I have to cancel MY work flow due to the incompetence. thanks for nothing..

I have been buying heavy aluminum angle from Affiliated for three years. Their prices and quality are good. Their customer service is great.

I bought a 12 foot solid aluminum bar 2 thick on friday around 2 pm...asked if they could cut it in half for me their reply was yeah, by next Wednesday!!!! SERIOUSLY??? I noticed another guy in the same boat using a hacksaw... I found my sawsall and cut it myself...but horrible customer service. It would have taken 2 minutes or less with their bandsaw .. but apparently helping their customers to cut the bar to fit their car or truck is just too much to ask. Ugh!!!

Good company. They are geared toward support large customers and it took a while, I think, for us to hit their radar. They sometimes make mistakes as we all do, but they are easy to work with and are quick to fix problems if they arise.

Affiliated Metals uses to be a good place to get sheet metal. The last couple of years they are too busy to do good work.I recommend going somewhere else that has better customer service. Youll be a lot happier.

Very good customer service! We have done business for over 15 years! They always answer the phone and get me the products that I need quickly.

This place is an absolute nightmare to do a will call pickup from. i have been sitting here for almost 40 minutes to pick up 1, yes 1 piece of sheet metal. there is no one else here. just me. so its not like theyre busy.

Horrible service. Placed an order a day ahead. Showed up early enough to be first in line. Waited almost an hour.
