OMG I Came for a rear glass on a 17 dodge Ram The lady that was there today (March 29, 4:30 pm to be exact)said they had it and I drove all the way here !!turns out it was sold two months ago crazy 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ They don’t know what they’re doing Don’t waste our time on guessing people 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ Needs better service I been here with Paloma and she’s the best of the best before she tells me yes it’s here she goes out to check that’s what is needed not this lazy type of people that don’t make shure 🤬

Bad service! We called for a white Huyndai mirror. They confirmed they have one in-stock, agreed on price. So we drove to the place and pick it up. They made us wait for whole hour (just to pick up the mirror) to tell us that they don’t have any white one, only grey one. And they did CONFIRM that the white one IN-STOCK and ready to pick up. So my friend asked for discount because he was pretty upset and the lady said no. We drove 20 min to go here and waited for hour just to pick up a mirror which was already set and turned out not the one we wanted and they couldn’t give a small discount to comfort the customer? Such a bad service! I hope this business will fix the way of treating customers

OMG... I have been to so many other parts shop I. San Antonio TX. Especially on this New Laredo strip. Majority of them have bad attitude and horrible reputation. Except for this one. Paloma was courteous, professional and honest to her words and price and delivery. Even the Bossy pants was awesome. Lol. Great place. Will recommend them above all.

Called one day in advance for part. The next day went to pick up after work. Very easy to find place of business. Glad they had the heater on because mother nature cant make up her mind. Very friendly staff. It way only 15 mins away from my work. Will come again.

I’m not having a good experience with this place at all. I’m very disappointed. I have bought an Engine for an Escape for $900, and I ended up receiving a defective Engine, so I went back to the and told the girl with the glasses the issue and she said very riddle “she doesn’t do exchange and that she can’t help me” so I asked to speak to the manger who will be here in 1 hour or so. I will keep you guys updated .

Came to get some parts quick service.

Happened to be in San Antonio for a visit. Since I work on cars and I buy lots of parts I decided to drive around and compare prices between San Antonio and Monroe, LA. Stopped at several salvage yards businesses on that street. By far Giant gave me the best deal not just in San Antonio but also in anywhere I went to. They had a huge inventory so finding parts for foreign and new model vehicles was not a problem. Even though my plan was to just price parts I ended up purchasing two engines for 04 honda pilot and 05 jaguar x-type. And I built a lifetime business relation with the owner. I will be ordering from Giants more parts and ship them to Monroe....

I callled so many places looking for a tail light and they were all so much and. It in stock. I calle this place and they couldn’t be more friendly and willing to cater to me. I got for a salvaged light, it looks brand new. And the even gave me $10 off the original price that was basically half of what other places wanted. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy and I believe great service like that should be rewarded. I have nothing but respect for the workers there and will definitely be going the anytime I need a spare part. Thanks so much!!

Tony was very knowledgeable and the prices were reasonable.

Prices are way expensive, equal to if not MORE than a dealer. Paid 60 bucks for 3 small plastic pieces (plastic trim in front of a mirror about 3 inches long, a plastic bumper bracket also about 3 inches long, and a pieze of rubber inner fender seal about a foot long). Dealer price would have been 40 bucks for them to order these, and this would have been NEW same oem item as they sold used from salvage. Wouldnt have wasted my time if I knew they would have been so high and that I needed those few parts on a Saturday. Poor Poor Poor, Avoid check elsewhere first. If I could I take these items back gget back my money and order brand new from the DEALERSHIP FOR CHEAPER.

Purchased a motor on 5-25-17 with 70,000 miles from tony/giant imports. It broke down on me on 8-25-17 right after the 3 month warranty expired. I called the office and all they said was they couldnt do nothing. Paid $4,000 for motor and install with them

The owner name is Mahdi he is Iranian he always talking about laying is big sin and cheating is against his realign he is the biggest layer in the used parts business I called him three times asking him for steering wheel Coleman and I told him please dont waste my time make shore you have it he said I do I went to pick up the part he told me take yours and match it make me Cary it all the way to the back and his part is completely deferent he knows I have high blood pressure and I am very ill and still make me carry the steering wheel all the way back these people dont even have harts dont buy nothing from giant import soo he learns how not to lay
