I pulled up to the front, and an employee freaking about masks. Didnt seem to speak English. I asked if he could check if they had a type of model car I was looking for, he seemed to tell me he couldnt give any info on inventory, da, Im a potential customer d/s.So i grab mask and entering, same clown tells me they are closed, its I bit after 4:30, sign says 5pm closing time. Not impressed with this place, and why do local guides give this place high Marks, do they get paid ?

The home girls in the front tell u to put on a mask then stamp everyone with the same wet nasty stamp on the hand! Smh gtfoh

They are ok for some models and better with others. Not the best junkyard in terms of prices either, and btw, they give you store credit, no refunds which is some BS.... not the first junkyard I would go to.. Wrench A Part is smaller but dont keep their yard as messy or their cars long enough to be a safety hazard

They got a bunch of young Karens wearing their masks tightly on their face turning people away because they mandate you wear a mask to enter the building. I turned around and went to another picknpull where I had no problems.

Very professional! Very organized for a junk yard! Saved us loads of cash! Ladies a piece of advice:. DONT WEAR FLIP FLOPS INSIDE THE YARD! There is glass,nails,screws etc....littering the ground!

Great experience in selling a vehicle and they kept their word on quote. Couldnt met their terms so we figured common ground to get the deal sealed. Dont try those 1800 numbers because they dont live up to their quotes.

As soon as I drove into this place I was disgusted. Disgusted at the lack of appearance and overall filth. I understand it’s a junkyard but when pure laziness and lack of management this place is the dump . Parking lot was nasty littered with week old debris. Walking into the main cashier booth it was covered it year old dirt and dust . Don’t get me started on the yard. Unorganized a pure mess .

Pick in pull is the best place to go for used parts hands down you can even get a warranty with the parts but the best part about it is the the people help u out and explained every thing in detail

They saved me a ton of money on parts

Was given a decent offer and scheduled a pick up between 1 and 4 pm. tow truck was a no show and lost me half a day at work. when i contacted customer service they had no information about why the pick up was blown. the only options they would give me were to either miss another half day or drive 40 minutes across town and give them the title at there office. wrench a part gave me a comparable offer and the whole process went very smoothly.

People go in there and take over what youre going to get youre only one person but two other people come in and start grabbing what youre going to get I hated it and I aint going back

I went to find a transmission pan but didnt know that they drilled a hole in the pan to drain the fluid. If they are all like that then you cant use it.

The guy I spoke to on the phone was friendly, professional, and helpful, even though I called right after closing and expected to have to leave a message. He told me they currently have 4 cars that match the one I am buying parts for. He told me to come anytime between 9 am and 5:30 pm Monday-Friday and they could help me look for the parts I need. I will be going over there on my next day off. Hopefully they are just as helpful in person. I am concerned by a few of the other reviews, so I may update my rating later on if needed.

Great place to go get if you need a part for an older vehicle. I went in looking for a Ram 1500 set of parts and they didnt have them as this is a 1st come 1st served type of business. Great staff and all are friendly. Given a junk yard for self-serve parts, this is a VERY organized layout to the grounds and I was never left feeling lost or agitated/irritated. The first thing I noticed was the business posted signs at the main entry, legally stating no open or concealed weapons are authorized. Given the layout of the grounds, it is expected and understand the reasoning behind this. But some folks, may not like not having their weapon... I am game and if I need parts, this is where I would go.

The staff doesnt seem to be knowledgeable of cars or car parts. I wish they had a process for car parts to be pulled for you but they dont. Still a great place

I had called a week in advance to schedule a pick up of an old car. I was told a four hour window of 8-12. Of course, the driver calls at 8am and tells me to have a picture of my title ready. Then, I get a call from the office saying that since I didn’t answer his call it’s a reschedule. It’s so clearly obvious the lazy driver just doesn’t want to drive out here, but, don’t make it out like it’s my fault.

I dont know why everyone is down voting this place. The staff is nice and they had a huge lot with a good selection. Prices seem fair. The online inventory is very helpful if you bounce it off the map they give you when you go in. If youre going to be there for awhile take water, big lot with no shade. I almost didnt go here because of the 1 star reviews but I am glad I did.

My cars AC stopped working. I took it to a shady mechanic and he was trying to charge me $200 to repair it. I decided to take a drive down to U Pull It and to my surprise, the part I needed only cost me $13. Did some research, watched some Youtube videos, and I now have cold AC again. I saved so much money I will never take my car to a mechanic again.

Their cool at the cashier but the car were scattered everywhere, than I went the fooling week n finally all vehicles were in one section. Their all good. Plenty of parts. It was like opening up presents. 2001 ford Windstar.

First visit and I wasnt too thrilled. The part I wanted..well...trashed inside the vehicle. I know theres no guarantee but yeah. Also, and this is the major reason I give this place a 3 out of 5...the website and the people in the front told me the vehicle I was looking for was in a certain row. They were only about 11 rows off. Update or correct your info people. Had I gotten the part Im sure the part would have been far cheaper than anywhere else so thats a plus.

Found my 2006 jeep 4x4 door panel with all the screws and connections. $15 bucks thou....still better then the endless hunt online or the dealership price. Metal ALL OVER THE GROUNDS so wear some work boots

Got there at 4:30 and the female manager said i was to late. .i told her i knew where the part was and it would only take me two min. To get it and i drove across town to get there ...waist of TIME. ...last time i was there we rented a hoist and didnt get a reciept so they didnt give us our deposit backl......i recomend WRENCHAPART...
