I have already given this business a good review for quality work, excellent service, beautifully clean facilities and professional staff - but today I was exceptionally WOW-ed!While I’ve been to Caliber multiple times, this was the first time I had ever had my 4 y/o daughter with me, as though waiting on auto repairs isn’t stressful enough. She was treated like a little VIP by Irving Diaz., who helped us today and also provided me with a welcoming environment and excellent service. (I don’t even think my daughter realized where we were!) He was super professional and made sure that we knew exactly what was going to be done with my car, how much it cost, and made recommendations of what repairs will need to be made soon. All very helpful and educational - never pushy or condescending. I would not only take my car here over and over again, but I would ask for him specifically.Caliber is the only place to take your car, as far as I’m concerned!

They are a honest auto repair/maintenance shop which is rare. 100% would go again. Prices are reasonable and they charged me nothing to fix a mistake another business made. Lovely waiting area and up front with everything. The shuttle staff are extremely courteous and having the option of a free lift is amazing. I was kept informed of everything and was not pressured for any repairs or maintenance which other oil change places, repair shops will sometimes do. If you have family or friends looking for an oil change place, come here.

From the time I walked in I was treated with respect and dignity. The service rep was very knowledgeable about my problem (brake replacement and fluid flush), which took several hours to do so I left the car with them. He called me with several updates on the progress of the work. Most importantly the work was done well. Absolutely no issues with the quality of the work. Five stars.

I came in for an oil change yesterday and had a great experience here at Caliber Auto Care thanks to Vic referring me here. Vic took care of me right away and answered any questions I had about my vehicle. Vic is very knowledgeable, thanks to him I learned a few things about my vehicle. When Vic took me inside and introduced me I had Nick as my service advisor and he was so informative and had great customer service! Nick made me feel like family and I will definitely be back here for any car service I need.

I was treated great from the very beginning.I was approached outside (this was about 8AM) by Irving Diaz. He answered every question I had & even got my quote before going on with the oil change & tire rotation. He was offering to make me a cup of Starbucks coffee. Which I told him I got it & he showed me on how to use it.Beautiful building, cleaned interior & exterior. I did wait about an hour & 30mins for my car to finish. Which wasnt too bad compared to other places. I would say prices are about average to other places. I would have spent $125, but they had a 25% off coupon online. So I ended up spending $100 (this was tire rotation, Mobil1 Full Synthetic oil, filter and they topped off the windshield fluid for me too!).They did tell me a few things that will need to be replaced in the future. They inspected my car took multiple photos of it (undercarriage, lights, bumpers, etc) and told me everything looked good. Just future replacement for my tires which he also gave me a quote for it (currently buy 3 get 1 free). The quote itself was about the same as another tire shop I wish it was cheaper, but at least it wasnt more than the other quote.Overall an awesome experience, and awesome & knowledgeable employee! I will see you again in about 5 months or so!

Called around about changing some fluids in my truck. Got a quote from NIck who was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Because they were convenient to my home and a bit cheaper than Ford, I took my truck in a few days later. The service was completed on time and they charged me to the penny what they quoted. The gave me a detailed inspection report but didnt try to upsell me on anything. Then, on top of that, they delivered my truck to my house! Who does that?!? Great experience and Im happy I found my new shop.

We were having unknown car issues that needed to be diagnosed. They were able to squeeze us in (on a Saturday!) and helped solve the issues plus did an oil change all in one trip. They offer great services…towing, shuttle, and even drop off once completed. If you are waiting for routine auto care, the lobby is clean and comfortable with the bonus of a coffee bar. Nick and Miriam were so friendly and really helped make an not so fun situation as smooth as it possibly could have been. I’m sure we could have gotten work done somewhere else but you can’t beat their service and their flexibility to work us in same day!

Irving and Everett were awesome. I had just gotten turned away at Firestone and when I pulled in here they got me literally right away. Fixed my flat tire within minutes and I was back on the road and in time to get my kids. Super service.

Caliber Auto has been one of the best mechanic shops I have ever experienced. The team they have at this location is nothing but spectacular. The customer service is always top notch, especially Marco! Friendly service and the mechanics are very knowledgeable and quick with service. The atmosphere in the waiting room is great with amazing services such as offering a ride home, coffee, water, kids playing area and more. 10 out of 10 would recommend for anyone in auto repair needs!!

I usually feel very overwhelmed and lied to when I come to places like this however this place is very different. They are extremely honest and even sat me down and showed me pictures of everything I needed done and explained why. There was no pressure to get everything done immediately, they were honest in telling me what was the most important. This company is honest and courteous. The building is very clean, they had a clean indoor playground for my daughter to play on while we waited, and they even have free Starbucks!

I went in to get a car inspection done and Jesse was AMAZING help!! They were really busy but he helped me get in and out. Very professional and even helped me figure out some technical info on my car. 10/10 recommend, ask for Jesse when you go in :)

I needed a state inspection done for my vehicle and called 20 minutes before closing to ask if I could come by. The employee on the phone was extremely kind and told me to go ahead and bring it in. I waited in the nice lobby with complementary beverages for about 10 minutes and was surprised to be told that they were already done inspecting the vehicle. The service at this location is exemplary, and I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for service.

I highly recommend Caiber Auto Care. I made my appointment online (my check engine light came on) and quickly received a follow up call to confirm my appointment and discuss my concerns about my car. Marco and all of the staff there made me feel taken care of through the entire process. I hate dealing with car issues but they thoroughly explain everything in their reports and even show pictures. They truly have your interests at heart.

I have gone to these guys multiple times for my car issues and usually they’ve been helpful, but today was the worst. I went in at 9am to get my tires changed, the individual that helped me out said that my tires won’t be in until 12:30pm and they can get me a ride home and pick me up when my car was ready; and I was fine with that. 1:30pm comes around, no call. I had to call at 2:20pm to get an update. Brandon, the employee, told me that the tire shipment was an hour and a half late, BUT NEVER TOLD ME. He said they’re working on my car and will call me when it’s ready…an hour later, 3:15pm, I HAVE TO CALL BACK. They said it’s all ready and good to go, they’re going to Uber me a ride back so I can pay and pick up my car…..ANOTHER HOUR LATER, it’s 4:15pm, I FINALLY FINALLY get a call from them just for them to tell me they couldn’t get an Uber for me but they can take my payment and drop it off.Not only was this ridiculous, but a COMPLETE waste of my time. I had stuff to do, things I needed to get done, and because of this place….I got nothing done.

Caliber Auto Care is like the Chick-fil-a of auto care. I bought a used vehicle through Carvana, and Carvana installed a new battery that was faulty and it completely died on me one day. The staff at Caliber received my vehicle around 3:30 PM, I received a complementary shuttle back to my home, and one hour later I received a text message and a phone call letting me know that they started working on my vehicle starting with a 150-point inspection. The next day the staff at Caliber had ordered and received the correct battery from GM, installed it, and updated me throughout the process about what was going on. Marcos was assigned to my car care case, and he worked tirelessly as the point of contact between myself, Caliber, and our warranty coverage provider. This breakdown happened the day prior to a cross-country military move, and Caliber did everything they possibly could to have the car back in time to pack and leave in a safe condition. I even received another complimentary shuttle from my home to Caliber to pick up my vehicle. Caliber’s rates might seem higher than the average retailer, however, you receive quality, competent, and detailed care that is second to no-one. Caliber made an entirely stressful situation as stress-free as possible, and for that, I will definitely be a returning-customer. The general staff as well as Jackie, the manager, treats everyone with respect, concern and genuinely care - this kind of service is rare. I would give them 6 out of 5 stars if I could.

Each employee presents themselves in a way that says they want to be there and they want to help. They will provide you write-up on any issue they find with your car, including photos and realistic recommendations. Their write-ups will even be sent straight to your phone for later review or send to someone else (if you need/want to). We have gone back every time we need something done with our vehicles because I know they will do the job superbly.

Honestly I can’t even describe how much of a relief it is to finally find an auto care company that is so transparent and honest. Last time I came in for a pre-buyers inspection and Marco was so nice. He was super professional and very customer service oriented. He listened to me when I told him about any possible problems I could’ve been experiencing with the car, and he didn’t try to talk down on me in a condescending way like I have been many times at other companies. And this time around, Mike was my advisor and it was the same with him, he was super nice over the phone and in person and he listened to me as well. They even provide a shuttle to drive you home if need be, which I used, and the driver Mariam was so nice as well. She didn’t make the drive home awkward, we even shared a few good laughs and conversations. Overall a great experience, I will always recommend anyone I know to this shop!

The stuff is always friendly, I went in for a oil change and they keep me up to date about what’s going on with my Vehicle. I defiantly love coming to they with my vehicle, Very informative with everything my car.

Sales and customer service: great. Work performance: fail. 6 hrs to do brakes and oil change. No issue. Except rush to complete job as it was after closing and car still on lift, brake reservoir over filled and pedal still spongy. Needs bleeding. Tire pressure not checked and dash reminder not reset. Brought car back, they want to charge $120 to exchange brake fluid. Wont just bleed them and the manager is too busy to talk with the salesman about it. I just want them to FINISH the job. Paid Firestone next door $80 to exchange fluid (dont need) but at least no air in the lines and the pedal is firm. Caliber lost me for a 2nd time. I swore off the 410 location due to a bad insurance claim paint job and window trim installed backwards they took no responsibility for. Seeing a trend. Geez, guys! You again lost a customer with 3 cars looking for a reliable shop.

Rest assured that customer service is not a lost art - Marco Sanchez is a consummate professional, providing prompt, courteous attention to all my needs with clear explanations of the issues, regular updates of their progress - complete with photographs - and recommendations of preventive maintenance based on analysis of my cars current status. I have used 3 Caliber Collision centers (Bandera, Military/1604, & Potranco) and they have all gone above and beyond service-wise. This one is my favorite so far. Their office area, bathrooms and waiting room are luxuriously outfitted, making waiting for your vehicle extremely comfortable. Everything was super clean. They even have a room with a giant play place for kids. Their staff are friendly, fast, and dont try to sell you any BS. They guarantee all their work, too. Wait times are extremely fast (especially compared to other shops for similar services). Michael Morris was the gentleman who helped me most recently and he was phenomenal. Highly recommend Caliber Auto.

Had them change a headlight bulb and a right turn signal bulb, as well as do an oil change. Process was professional and quick. Interior of the building was very nice. Issue: they used the wrong bulb for the right turn signal. The problem was not fixed when I left the facility. I assumed it must be a bigger electrical issue; so I took my car to the OEM dealership to do a more thorough diagnosis, and sure enough, it was simply that Caliber used the wrong bulb. No electricial issue. Probably will not return if they cannot fix something that simple.

Always professional and friendly customer service. 5 stars, but I take away one star for always having to wipe the grease marks off my door, controls, and key. Otherwise, excellent visits every time. I have brought this to the attention of staff on last vist, but latest visit still had same result. My suggestion: create a training and add to protocol - a standard of changing gloves when moving from engine compartment to car interior. This will definitely ensure FIVE STARS!

Extremely helpful staff, they forgot to add one cap back onto my car and lost it, but made it right the next day free of charge. Accidents happen but cant complain when they make it right. Will be coming back for future vehicle service.
