Absolutely AMAZING service!! Sam was so kind and professional and worked with me through everything! As a young woman living out in Texas on my own, it’s been difficult finding trustworthy mechanics. I first went to Sam about 2 years ago with a tahoe that was always breaking down. I had replaced the engine as well as various other things. I asked him to fix everything and anything that was wrong. My truck has not broken down since. Minor repairs still continue. But Ive not been left on the side of the road since. He has replaced a transmission on my nissan as well. I am so grateful for his professionalism and call him for anything relating to any of my cars, and hes always had a great attitude when I walk in. I got a call yesterday from my aunt who went to him, and she was so happy with the work and speed in which it was done. I trust Sam completely to get the job done and to be honest with whats going on. As long as hes there, I dont need to get quotes from other mechanics. Thank you Sam and everyone there that turns an awful situation into a more pleaseant situation with peace of mind.

My experience here was sooo amazing‼️. I’m new to the San Antonio area and didn’t know where to get my car inspected. I saw this place and I just showed up on a Thursday morning. I was greeted by a guy named Sam. Kid you not I was not even there for 6 minutes max lmao. I literally let him drive my car in, and I stood there for three mins and boom he was done. I was sooo amazed. In Boston this would have taken atleast 10-12 minutes, which is not even that much but it was just soo shockingly fast. I didn’t have to wait in line or anything. Which made my experience even more great. Shout out to Sam for his positive and professional attitude. Very charismatic guy.

Went to Sam for a windshield replacement and was completed fairly quick and alot more cheaper compared to other quotes I received from other services. He will tell you what needs immediate attention and also suggests if he sees anything that you shoud keep an eye out for. Sam is extremely polite and courteous ever time I go in. Sam has always been honest with what work needs to be done, charges a fair price, and performs quality work. Even in difficult situations, he remains patient with the customer.After a brake job, my brakes made a squeaking noise. Sam encouraged me to bring back my car to assess the noise every time it was occurring. I had this noise evaluated several times. We took our 2005 Dodge Ram in for Sam to evaluate a few issues we were having in Oct 2019. Very pleased with the professionalism.First weve been seeing Sam annually for inspection with 5 vehicles for many years.This was our first time for repair work.New radiator, ball joints, and basically a whole new front end. We are beyond satisfied and were fairly charged. Thank you Sam and crew.

Sam is very professional and honest. I’ve taken my suv into his company a couple of times and both times he has done a wonderful job. This past time I was out driving with my baby in the suv and my ac went out. I drove across town to his company and explained to him what happened. It took him one minute to figure out what the problem was and another 30 to fix it and get us back in the road. So grateful for him!

You will save yourself time, money, and stress if you visit another automotive shop. I decided to take my sons car here because I thought they were professional mechanics. Sadly, I was wrong. They were charging me $458.99 and was told they would be able to fix whatever was wrong with the car. I was able to buy the parts myself, which they were not happy about, and paid them for the labor which cost $205.I was optimistic when I left because I thought they were master mechanics but two days later that all changed when they ended up charging me $80 more because they found other problems that took the mechanic ALL day to fix, yeah right!!After arguing back and forth with them about the extra charges, they assured me it runs great. So I go to pick up my sons car and expected it to be fixed after paying them $300. For it to actually run better than before I took it in for repairs. Listen to me when I say they did DID NOT fix anything at all. The car runs exactly the same.I called the owner right away and demanded they give me back the extra money they charged me which he did refund. He told me to take it back and he would recheck the car. This time he said it could be the throttle body. I wonder why they didnt tell me that the first time.I was left feeling confused because they are supposed to have all of the tools needed to run diagnostics and to make the necessary repairs yet they were unable to fix my car and still charged me. Somethings not right. Perhaps they need to go back to mechanic school, that is if they ever went at all. I could do a better job just watching Youtube videos and fixing the car myself which is what I am having to do now.

I needed to get my starter replaced. Very decent pricing not to mention he was done at the time he said he would be done. Sam the owner is very informative and my husbans and I also get our vehicles inspected and it is a fast and easy process. Waiting lobby is comfortable plenty of seating and fresh. Steve Sharp a mechanic at this auto shop was respectful, courteous and kind to help my son and I diagnose a light indicator. He saved us money, time and grief by showing us the indicator was simply an alert mechanism that needed to be reset for our next oil change. He educated my son on how to perform the reset for future use. All around honest and good man. Much like Sam the owner of the shop. Good souls that dont take advantage of their customers. Clients are treated like best friends, good neighbors and family.
