Brought truck in to get PCM (computer) replaced if needed. Wasnt sure as Im not a mechanic. They didnt diagnose, instead just ordered new pcm and installed with no success. Then they diagnose it and tell me its just a fuel pump. Couldnt return pcm, had to pay over $1500. Fixed fuel pump elsewhere. Not cool.

I didnt have any problems with Chrysler. When I did call in for information I was well informed and treated as a valued customer.

Waste of time, poor young sale team being mentored by old school car salesmen. Too much let me talk to my manager
