Went inside to pick up a on line order. We were greeted when we walked inside, I was walking around while my husband was picking up his hat, employees are asking how we are doing and can I help you find anything, once my husband was done we walked to the mens side and JD approached us and just started a conversation about my purse, so we were talking baseball, JD informed us about the clearance shirts. My husband ended up buying 2 shirts that day! Prices were reasonable and the selection was great! Store is clean and staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Great store.

This store always competes with the other unnamed big store. I can say they are both good stores. They both sell quality goods and merchandise that is just right for any job. They have everything I need. My personal preference is to shop here. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Recommend.

Lots of selection on boots, however, they dont carry many in stock that you see online.Lots of customer repsresentatives who follow you around, so dont worry about finding help on anything.

Prices are average and and brands are well known brands. Friendly and attentive sales associates, they know about what they sell. Checkout is fast. Really a cool store to visit.

They have a wide selection of western wear and the staff was quick to come give me a hand. It was easy to find what I needed and the place just smacks you in the face with the smell of fresh leather when you walk in. All things considered, 5 star experience.

Couldnt find such a great selection at a local boot competitor store definitely didnt have the Wow factor as the Boot Barn so this place was just amazing, nothing better than the smell of leather hitting you on the way in the door with a good Texan welcome from several staff and help at every turn. This place was an amazing experience for a S.C. G.R.I.T.S girl, I love my 1st pair of boots I went with some Durangos.

Did not have the Casual Jacket in my size. Got two pairs of boots and a Resitol 15X hat. Joe was very helpful and patient with me. Both the young ladies behind the counter were helpful and patient as well!

Went it to look for some new boots. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially Dwight, he helped us with things to get for our boots. Kelsey also helped us with stuff on how to clean our boots. Everyone was very helpful and nice, and the gentleman who was working with the hats was nice and greeted us as we left and gave us some cold water for this hot Texas weather! Overall great experience there.

I bought an amazing pair of work boots here. They were very expensive but likely the most amazing boots that have ever touched my feet. They have a HUGE selection and staff was extremely courteous and helpful. If you dont mind spending a bit, I highly recommend shopping here!

We got to the boot barn off of loop 410 at about 8:15 pm they close at 9pm we went in with a good size group .we are in Texas on personal reasons so we went to look for boots and found the selection of products came in for all age groups. Throughout the visit to the store Jesse and Xavier they assisted our group in finding what we were looking for never a dull moment. My nephew was across town 5 min till 9pm . The manager Xavier said he would wait, they stayed open till almost 10pm not complaining, the staff was awesome and the service also

Awesome TWISTED X shoes, I hate to wear boots! but this shoes or small boot even have steel toe and very comfortable, I think its a great alternative to avoid boots....

I wanted to buy a dress western shirt for my brother visiting from Scotland. The shirt was $90 dollars and all large size shirts had at least one broken pearl button.I was told I could purchase the shirt and take it to a seamstress for repairs. I was disappointed.

I bought some black Nacogdoches Tony Lamas and it said made in Mexico inside. The strap for the boot was Tiny and did not have the Tony Lama label which is a cloth label on the strap. Style of the boot itself was not a Tony Lama Style. The Tony Lamas that I have bought in the past all say made in El Paso Texas. Imitation boot from Mexico.

Went in looking for a pair of boots, unfortunately with all the pairs they had, they didnt have anything in my size. I was told they had more of a selection online. The good part was they had plenty of employees to help you and they were all super nice and wanted to help. Something you dont find to often.

Amazing. Marty was super helpful. I had to fly back to VA in less than 24 and he help me stretching my boots to perfection in a quick 20 minutes. He notices I was a little uncomfortable with the tightness of my boots and he went above and beyond helping my mother and I with some feedback and making sure we left happy and comfortable. Definitely will be back for another pair of boots.

Your associate Avery was outstanding super great with helping me find the jeans I wanted. I am extremely picky but she kept telling me and my wife it was just alright, I think I tried on over 15 pairs of jeans and she opened the dressing rooms for me every single time and not once complained all she kept doing was running around the men’s department back and fourth finding me the RIGHT jeans for me . I sent my brother the next day and told him she would take care of him and she sure did. Friendliest service I’ve received me and my wife loved her. She also constantly checked up on me and still managed to check up on her other customers she had and did the same for them. That young lady will be going places, she has a bright future extremely great sales young women and very very professional. I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone help 6 customers and manage to make every single one happy at once. She also carried my jeans to the front for me which she didn’t have to but she did and it was so nice and she also helped me pick out a pair of work boots and she was even good at that. I like this store more than some of the other ones for the clothes and the fact you can get hats and boots and an outfit all in the same place. The only thing I dont like is all the boots for girls have bedazzled jewels or over stitching done to it I like something thats a little more plain so Ill have to go to a different place for just a typical plain boot.

We go online to look for places where they sell plus size western clothes for my fiancé, and boot barn pops up stating they have plus size available at the store. Its already hard enough to find clothes for my fiancé, and to walk in to a store looking for clothes, and they dont even have a single plus size item. DONT STATE YOU HAVE PLUS SIZE, IF YOU REALLY DONT HAVE IT. Some girls get more emotional than others. And like my fiancé, she didnt take it very well, and now she’s devastated.

I honestly would not go by again. First them workers followed you like you might steal something. Then, some, try selling you what they like, some, do ok. My experience there wasnt a pleasant one. I try different boots, ones I liked were r in stock. All them have its out there like I was told. Honestly, boots I liked looked old as if lots of people had already tried them on. I asked what I could do, all them sis was cleaned them boots to make them look newer. I left the store. Got my boots at cavenders, same style, much lower price and BranD New OuT The BoX!

You would think that after spending close to $200.00 on a pair of boots, that they would come in a box. 😏 nope, not the case.

If youre going to visit a boot barn in San Antonio, THIS is the one you should visit. They tend to have more of a variety in inventory and have plenty in stock. The employees at this store are VERY helpful and friendly. They are willing to go the extra step to help you find what youre looking for. Ive had employees look for a solid 10 minutes of hard looking for the shirt I liked in my size. They have custom ordered a buckle for me, sent me pictures by text of what it looked like once it arrived to make sure it was what I wanted. Once I saw it in person and decided it wasnt quite what I wanted; they sent it back immediately and got exactly what I wanted.

I came here to buy a wallet and I found the one that I like. The only problem was, is that it was scratched and a piece of end string was coming out. I asked one of the workers if they would drop the price being that it was the last one. Nope!! They wouldnt... Although I did buy my wife some jeans. She was happy. They have good product here. Just wish they would make deals on items thats appear scuffed, scratched or worn.

The staff is very helpful. They could use a better selection of lace up work boots. If you need steel toe, youre set. Not everyone needs steel toe though. For that you have about 6 or so options.

Bought a nice coat only to go home and find that they didnt take the security tag off. They probably quickly scanned and stuffed the coat into a bag as I was looking for my wallet. Now I know that Ill need to keep a close eye on them when checking out. But it was strange that the security alarm didnt go off when I left. Guess that goes to show the poor observation and security that this place holds. From now on, Ill be going to a western wear store that isnt as shady.
