I had a problem I caused. Stupid, right? It wasnt even a tire. Chris waited on me ASAP and fixed the problem, himself and didnt charge me. Thats kindness. There are still people and businesses who are good. When I need new tires I will come here and its a 65 mile drive. Good people.

Dont buy there, i have bought wheels and tires from them several times and when there is no issues they are great but the minute u have an issue they back out. Their employee scratched all 4 of the new wheels they were installing and when confronted they said oh yes we will fox them but the day i show up to get them repaired or replaced Roman one of the owners said we cannt fix them my dad said no

Came in at 2 today with the intention of purchasing two front tires for my car. Was told to return with the key in hand at 5, and that my car probably wouldn’t be serviced until after 6. It’s now 7:30pm.. almost two hours after closing, and I’m still waiting.. Cars have come and gone, and I’m still waiting! Seems like if you aren’t buying lift kits, adding a bunch of modifications to your invoice, have a luxurious car like the owners, or friends with them- you’re sent to the bottom of the list for the day.At least have the decency to tell me how long the service would take- or an estimated time for completion, so I can arrange a ride home and back when it was finished.Waited 3 hours for the mechanic to pull off furiously in my car and scrape my bumper pulling up the slope into the bay.Save your time and go to Discount Tires. Seriously.

Way to slow just to talk to me so I took my business else where. Nice building with lots of inventory. Owners drive amazing vehicles that are always parked outside. It’s just a shame that it took over 30min of standing in line and never even got my presence acknowledged

It’s taken 5 hours to get my tires replaced. I’m sure they’re great product but it’s kind of ridiculous to replace tires. Seems like there are other people who feel the same way here but it’s only after the fact I checked the other reviews. They quoted me an hour.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. If I could give it no stars I would. Employees there are so rude and DO NOT know how to communicate to the customer and know what products they have in the store. This has not been the FIRST time but the SECOND time. It took 5 HOURS to just change ONE tire out. Everything was planned from the day before. They had and notify us to get there right when they open at 8am to get it done in a hour or two. They said they had the tire in the store and when I got there already waiting for 2 hours. Then they say it will take 3 hrs to get the tire to shop. Have spend so much money there and not one employee cares for the service that they give. That same day it was five customers that have been waiting there for five hours and with no update on our vehicles. My fist time I just needed to patch a flat and they took 4 hours to do. Horrible place and horrible service. Don’t waste your hard working money on a place that doesn’t care for your service and you will be spending your whole day even with making an appointment.

Espino was a great first experience in finding tires for my first vehicle. Drove the 2 hours to bring my 2021 Jeep for tires, rims, and leveling kit, well...tires and rims were great. They messed up the leveling kit. I had to come back another weekend to get it corrected. I ordered the right height this time and was told to come back the following weekend. I did. Nothing was done...I had called before I made the drive, they told me to bring it. I did, once I arrived here, they told me no guarantees it would be done. So went back home, nothing was done, again!! So I set an appointment to have it installed for the 3rd time...still waiting and its after 6pm! This is some circus!!! Do not recommend...AT ALL!!!

NOT RECOMMENDED stoped at this location to purchase a lift for my truck . I decided I did not want the lift within 30 minutes of my purchase. NEVER EVEN SAW THE LIFT and they would not refund my money they wanted me to instead pay them re-stocking fee of 300$ . I ended up taking the lift in a box and they also would not refund my installation fee 450$ . Spoke with the “owner” and he was also very rude and disrespectful. . Keep in mind this was never installed.Save your time and money find a better place to shop

I had my first Tundra lifted and replaced wheels and tires about 6 years ago...the work was great...the time it took not great. I remember the wait time was awful. Something like 6 hours after the promised completion time. Despite that....I called them for a quote for a lift and tires for me new Tundra. An automated recording answers and sends me to a voice mailbox that was full. It was about 11am on a weekday. SO....I took it as a they arent interested in my business hint and am actively obtaining quotes elsewhere.

Great customer service, great pricing, will definitely recommend this place to others.The reason I didnt give 5 stars: I dropped off my vehicle at 10 in the morning, and it wasnt completed until 6pm, despite only 5 other vehicles being ahead of mine. Also, when I got my wheels and tires, the pressures were all over the place.These are not points to steer you away from Espino, but things to keep in mind as you do business with them. They did a fantastic job from start to finish, and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Customer service is not what this business has!!!I arrive at 10am and did not get out until 7pm every time I ask how much longer they would say you are next but kept putting other people in front of me. Not considering how long I have been there just kept saying you are next. I spoke to one of the brothers and he just said emergency things has happen and we have to take care of them first so if you are looking for customers service and a short stay I recommend you don’t go that!!! I know I won’t be going they anymore‼️

They do not answer calls, leave you on hold for half an hour or more and do not return calls, they said to arrive at 8am to have wheels and tires installed. Arrived at 7:30am to make sure I was there on time. They had me waiting until 10am for them to start working on my vehicle, their mechanics arrived late at 9am and then one of the mechanics who was arriving with Burger King breakfast in hand gave me attitude when he overheard me speaking with another customer explaining that they had told me it would take another hour before they started to work on my truck because the mechanics arrived late, he sternly told me that they are busy and working on it. I ignored the comment but the other customer left. I ended up leaving at 1:30pm, I woke up at 5am to make the 3 hour drive to SA only to be waiting for hours. They beat Gils tire and wheel price by $200, but for the service they gave and what I’ve experienced at Gils in previous purchases, I’d rather go to Gil’s.

Brought my truck for a balance that turned into purchasing and installing a set of leveling struts, alignment and correct size hub. Although this place is incredibly busy and there is always a far too long of a wait, the service was great and my truck rides amazing. I will continue to trust all my vehicles at Espino.

WARNING!!!Customer service at an all time low that Ive ever experienced anywhere. They get your money and the follow up service is the absolute worst.4hrs plus for simple roadside warranty Flat repair!Had to take the whole day off... FOR A FLAT!What do you do go somewhere else and pay for what Ive already paid for?If Id known theres no dedicated tech for quick repairs Id go somewhere else even if it cost a bit more. Great place to get new wheels and tires even a lift on your truck or Jeep.I have purchase new tires and wheels twice now from this location.The staff is always very helpful, friendly and surprisingly very patient well helping through the process of finding the right tire and wheel. I called before even going to make sure they had my size tires in stock. I get there and they say they don’t have them so they need to charge me $15 extra to go get them from another place. I pay the extra $15 even though they should have waived it and then return by 6pm when they close and they tell me they haven’t even started yet. No apology or sense of urgency. It is what it is but I’ll just take my business elsewhere next time. Lesson learned.

Will never come back to this place much less recommend anybody to this place. Customer service is horrible, getting updates on my truck has been horrible and the wait time in line at the actual store is horrible. If you are ever in need of any work done on your vehicle do not bring it here.

Custome service has a different meaning to everyone and the experience varies based on what you personally consider great customer service. In my 1st time experience with them. The family business is very knowledgeable and will make sure you have or put on your car what is safe but also to your liking. If you are looking for a simple in and out tire shop for a spare this shouldn’t be your first pick if you are on a time crunch to get back to work or etc. this is where your own personal definition of “customer service” comes into play. In my experience yes it was a while but the reason is because these guys take the time to show you options and WORK WITH YOU. They are not trying to make a quick buck, yes it’s business but they take pride on what they offer you and make sure it is what you want. I will be coming back here for every set of tires and rims I need moving forward. My experience was nothing less then professional and genuine. The brothers also take pride that this is a family business and know that their name is tied to what they sell you and recommend to you. Supporting family businesses in my opinion is always a forefront if you are able too.TLDR: these guys are great. They will work with you and I recommend them 100% I will be making this my tire and rim shop.

My boyfriend had been trying to get rims, his truck lifted, and side steps for his 2020 F-150....he wasnt having luck with finding a place that had everything he was looking for. Espino had it all, on top of that they had amazing customer service. They kept open communication with us and we love the end result. We definitely recommend Espino.

Such horrible customer service. I was referred by a close family friend. I stopped in to get a little more information and set an appointment. I stood behind a gentleman for almost 10min several employees walking by. No type of acknowledgement. I understand your busy, but honestly how long does it take to greet and tell you we will be right with you. They definitely need to take a class on customer service.

I first came to Espino Tire & Wheel for new wheels and tires for my Infiniti G37. As long as you are patient you will get your whip looking minty fresh and flossing! There will be a wait unless you get here at 8:00 because they open at 9 and there have always been other people here before open when I came. Hahahaha. Rey and his son & employeeshave consistently provided warm and friendly customer service, made accommodations for me to get my wheels and tires on and still make my flight out of town on the same day. I will tell you that when I come here it is expensive but thats because I am buying top of the line tires and the wheels I bought were not cheap. I am back for a second time and have already started pricing a third trip for my wifes car. The quality and service are too good to go anywhere else. Go to Espino Tire & Wheel.

Waste of time drove 20 minutes to get there, apparently phone calls are more important than customers waiting in line for more than 40 minutes. Not recommended unless you have alot of time in hands.

This place is great, family ran, all super friendly, professional and hardworking. They have helped me out several times, I am a repeat buyer here and will continue to, they always deliver. I am baffled by all the negative reviews? I believe some these negative reviews if not all of them are false, every time I come here they have tons of people buying wheels daily, if they were such a bad business then why would they have a line to wait everyday ? Well worth they wait in line for them to help you out for sure.

We have had them do work on three vehicles, everything from wheels and tires, to suspension lifts and levels. Their customer service and craftsmanship is top notch! Yes, you might have a wait, but that is because they take time with the customers instead of just pushing people in and out. I will gladly wait, because I know when its my turn I get their undivided attention. All service we have gotten done has been in a timely manner with zero issues.

Worked for Rey Espino... not the best human in the world... hired people at a higher wage than me and when I asked for a raise his answer was no buddy!! Everyone else here is single and you have a family and know you need the money and they dont .. to make sure you work six days a week Im gonna pay you less.. I bought four new tires from this place and I didnt have my lug nut wheel lock and they said they didnt have a used one so they sold me a new one from one of the mechanics and then as they gave it to me they said that they had one that they were going to use so they pretty much lied to me in conned me out of $60 on top of that they added extra fees I asked for an itemized Bill and they refused I will never do business with them again I hope this review helps someone else

Customer service is beyond the worst. I recently purchased new tires. 1 or 2 months after I felt shaking on my vehicle feeling unsafe with my children. Spoke with the eldwr man, young guy at the register on the left and the right. Come to find out that it was an imbalance in my tires. Hence I requested them to balance the tires when they instled them. Kissed 3 hours of work for them to check my tires. They promised minimum time on checking them so I waited around. Took longer. The imbalance of tires should have never happened with faileh. Ew tires. Called ans an elderly man. ( most likely owner) argued with me. Continously placed me on hold 8x or more and told me I was was not a high priority and that he didnt need to hear me since I was repeating myself. He specifically told me he had nothing to do with me. They say quality or quality, but would you prefer the worst customer service, cut on pay, rude service over good tires. Shop around. Please take my advise ans avoide the stress.

Despite the wait, these guys have great customer service. No pressure selling but they do have some great online examples of what your whip will look like. I didnt make the decision to purchase that day but I am returning tomorrow to place my order. Needed to check things over, Im not an impulse buyer.

Great deal on aa lift kit, knowledgeable about parts and clearance and tolerances of things. 2 and a half days in the shop and reasonable prices (6 inch rough country suspension lift)

If you have a set of high end rims or an extremely large wheel and tire combo 38+ these are the people to see. They take pride in their work and it shows through the care they take with your wheels and vehicle. You absolutely get top quality service and are worth every penny.

If I could give no stars I would. Worst customer service ever! Do not go here if you do not have a whole day to wait for anything really!! They screwed up on all 4 tires they put on my car, the tire went flat after only 2 months. I had my car towed to their shop since I bought the warranty, second worst mistake! They installed the tires wrong so it caused a malfunction making the tire go flat. Lasted until 7pm and when on the highway the car started shaking so bad at 45mph. They I assume did not do the wheel alignment after removing all 4 tires. I honestly do not how they are so busy with such bad service they provide.

Showed up to a tire shop on a donut, waited to get someone’s attention. No one came to ask to help went next door to their “showroom” They were so slow to get to me I just decided to try the garage again. After wasting 15 minutes there I went to Cordova a mile away, and was in and out with a new tire in the same amount of time it took me to tour this tire shop without being asked if they could help me. Horrible customer service here!

Got a fresh set of tires for my car at a great price. Buy the warranty for your tires. A nail got in the sidewall the next couple days and they fixed it for me no issues and swift transaction.

They have good customer service until it comes time for you to get the free tire rotation they promised you. If you’re not there to spend money, they couldn’t care less about you. I knew it was going to be long wait, but after 2 hours I asked them to check for me because my car hadn’t been moved. The guy promised that he would check on it 3 times but then he disappeared. I finally went to the counter and they had my keys there. I went to find my car in the shop but saw the guy who was “helping” me checking out another car where my car had been. I saw my car off to the side so I left. If he HAD been checking on my he would have seen that it was done. Who knows how long it had been sitting there! Now I even doubt they did the rotation! I was also going to buy new rims since mine are mismatched. They will NEVER get my business again!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE PURCHASE!!

Chris helped me out and made sure I was satisfied with my wheel and tire purchase. He is very knowledgeable and gave me multiple options to choose from. This company gets a lot of customers so I recommend that you get there early and drop your vehicle off, otherwise you will be waiting there all day.

Stood in a line for over half an hour. Didnt even get acknowledgement that I was there. Just waiting and waiting and waiting standing up in a line. I finally just left the line wasnt moving, nothing was being accomplished just standing around. Ill take my $3000 somewhere and buy wheels and tires.

I was in search of tires for my vehicle, mostly for safety for I do a lot of driving across the city. Rey understood what I needed, so he explained to me the variety of tires that would fit my needs and my expense.Rey is very knowledgeable about tires. He took the time to explain things to me and showed me the difference between one tire and the other. As a female customer you appreciate someone taking time to explain things and answer all of my questions. Privately owned but they are nationally connected to all tire companies in case you run into a tire hazard. Wheels of all sizes and colors are also sold as well as steps for your trucks. Had a great first time experience dealing with the Espino Family business.

As a returning customer you think they would have better customer service but they do not. Not asking for anything crazy. Just was trying to get some pricing since I upgraded my truck and there quoting me more then what I spent on my first deal. I did 4 1/2 in lift for $3800 but for a 3” lift they saying $4600 WTH!! Will happily go to Texas Hitch from now on!

Horrible customer service. Stated a date order would be at facility, went to pick up and the item had not arrived. Manager extremely rude. I would advise to stay far away from this place.So when your customer asks for a refund, when it wasnt HIS fault either that your order was lost, your comment was that give him his lousy money cause you can eat a taco with that and tried to infer that he did not have money. Your company has no class when talking to customers like that. Your company had promised a date of delivery, failed, and then insult your customer when they ask for a refund. Real classy

I’m a very demanding person when it comes to any work done on my vehicles. My sales person Axle was very up front with any time delays and had the knowledge about the products that they sell. I told him what I wanted and they delivered. Overall my experience with Espino Tire was very pleasant.

Went for a 4 lift, on my F-150 Ford Truck, the truck ended up higher on the back than the front. When I ask the guy why he blame it on the truck, never going back there.

0 stars if I could. Long wait when I got there, which is fine it just means theyre busy. They ordered the part for my car, no problem. However, I shouldve received the part back in February, and its now May. Every time I call they put me on hold until someone else picks up the phone, and then they just put me on hold again. They also say the guy I need to talk to is at lunch, even when I called after 4PM he was still at lunch and never called me back like I was told he would. One guy hung up on me. Ive called multiple times to resolve this issue to no avail. One guy asked why I hadnt come in yet. Maybe because I dont have free time to come wait in line for you guys to tell me you still dont have the part that you were supposed to have for me back in February?So basically they stole from me. It was a small part, not expensive, so I just wont be coming back to this place.Edit:I was able to call my card company to dispute the charge, and get the money back.

Best tire & wheel shop in Texas by far. The espinos are great at what they do. Have bought many tires from them and rims. They always suggest you the best and have never let me down with what they recommend me. Their work is always done right with either installing new tires to installing new rims and etc. I recommend anyone from trucks to normal cars to super cars to come here get you’re car worked on whatever you need from tires, rims, lift kits, ect. Always ask for any of these guys Roman, Cris, Rey, and Axel. They will help and work with you so you could leave their shop a happy customer.

Espino Tire & Wheel is INCREDIBLE. The owners, team, all of the mechanics are all incredibly friendly and helpful. This is group of folks that you can trust. The communication, price, and level of professional service was exceptional.

Went in to espino wheel and tire looking for a solid track alignment, requested a degree of negative camber front and rear waited for about 2 hours when finished upon reviewing alignment specs I had 1.6 degrees on one side and .9 on the other, not exactly precise and siginfigantly less than what I expected (as I was referred there by an associate). Overall I am disappointed with them and the only reason this review is not lower is that they gave me a 3 hour wait and it was finished within 2. Also kind of ironic that an alignment shop has a horrid bump at the entrance which will cause any lowered car to scrape if I were them I would consider looking into fixing it as it really didnt help my first impression.

Gave me several options as compared to pricing and quality. Several visits later as I continued to struggle with my decision. Chris, Axle and Rey answered plenty more questions. This is my second time using Espino. I agree the lines are long thats a sign of good work. The employees are in no rush because they tend to all customers to ensure they are satisfied and understand the work youre paying for. Axle went out to my vehicle a few times to make sure everything was right, he even offered added info. Ive never had issues here. Ill be back
