Eugene was an amazing service advisor! I have been taking my Corolla to North Park for servicing ever since I bought it from y’all in 2012. In 9 years of service I have never felt so taken care of than I have with this last experience with Eugene. Due to my car pulling to the right and some wobbling while driving, I thought my car needed new ball joints. But after inspecting my car he let me know that it was, in fact, an issue with my tires. He ended up saving me a ton of money for something I thought I needed. He made sure to keep in contact with me and give me updates on what he was doing and made sure to go through every possible issue before giving a final diagnosis and charging me for the service my car ACTUALLY needed. After putting new tires on my car he made sure to test it out on the road to ensure it was ok. When I came to pick up my car he also made sure to show and explain to me what the actual problem was with my tires and showed me a print out of my cars wheel alignment. It took an entire day to narrow the problem down - but it was worth the wait to make sure that the true issue was taken care of. In 9 years of service at North Park Toyota- I have never felt so taken care of and I actually felt like the person who was helping me ACTUALLY cared about me and my car - instead of feeling like I was just another customer. Please thank Eugene again for me - my car drives smoother than it ever has, and I saved hundreds of dollars for repairs my car didn’t need thanks to him. Eugene will definitely be the only service representative I go to from now on due to the truly exceptional customer service he gave me today! Thank you Eugene!
I received a friendly reminder call for my 5K service and was easily able to schedule a day and time to bring my vehicle in. I waited less than hour which was perfect for me. Then I got a reminder email for my 10k service plus Zaktek protection which I was once again able to schedule with no hassle. Great service department!!!
Francisco Fuentes was Awesome !! Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle. Took his time and explained everything.
Since my last review somehow disappeared if I could give zero stars I would. I will continue to post this until it is permanently on the reviews to try and help other people out.I have been a loyal customer of Northpark for 10 years. Recently I bought my son his first used car. We felt great about this cash purchase because it was a well kept 2014 Camry with one owner and low miles. All maintenance had been done by NP and we had the service report to show no issues with the car. Fast forward to our first oil change. We took it to NP, waited quite a while but didn’t mind because I knew the service would be great. That was an understatement. We had terrible service and after we brought the car home it started to leak oil. I had a mechanic look at it because I couldn’t bring myself to take it back to NP. End result was the technician added in 5 extra quarts of oil. We have the picture of draining to prove it. I called and spoke with Ben the manager and he didn’t seem to get my concern as he replied with reasons why we waited so long. WAIT TIME is not my issue. The issue at hand is Northpark has service technicians who are being negligent in their job and possibly causing harm to your vehicle. Buyer beware, if you buy your car here think twice about where you get it serviced.I will continue to monitor the deletion of my review.
Moises is the best! Totally would recommend working with him. He is trust worthy. 10/10 would recommend.
Garret windham was beyond helpful. He was professional in such a kind manner. I hope he is recognized for his hard work and willingness. I felt so relieved having him there when we purchased our new truck. If we come back we are definitely asking for him again
Got a fair deal for a low milage no accident car! Super excited to be updating to a more recent model from my previous 2014 got all the help and advice I needed also knew the differences before I walked in to know I was getting that deal! Would strongly recommend Rico Jeremy!
My wife went back and I was impressed with the manager who took great care of us. But just a warning dont be afraid to be on top of the advisors
Great Dealership. Moses was a great help. Ask for Moses!! He helped us get the best deal on my car. Great Place in general.
Super disappointed in NorthPark Service department. We have been coming to here for years, with few issues. We switched from another San Antonio dealership that had terrible service. My disappointment today is with their Service intake process. It took over an hour for me to get into the garage from one of 2 appointment lanes. As I sat in my car and watched as 8 cars that arrived AFTER I did cycled through the other of the 2 appoinent lines. I expressed my disappointment to the service manager who did get my car service expedited but the damage was done...Get your Service intake process together NorthPark! :( I dont want to have to try yet another San Antonio Toyota dealership for service due to bad practices...
Made an appointment at 10:30 AM for oil change, it’s 1:08 and I’m still waiting….worst than being at the emergency room. Will not return here.
So.. I wish I could give this place a negative 4 stars. I bought my Toyota tundra there in 2012, part of the deal was a Life Time free oil change. As long as I owned the vehicle. As we all know Toyotas have a long life span. My truck had 157,000 mile of it and today as of 1/6/2021 I was informed that they will no longer honor their promise! They can not be trusted. There word means nothing. Its a shame they are still allowed to carry the Toyota name.
My wife and I purchased a used 2019 Toyota RAV4 from Eddie. It was our first time purchasing a vehicle for both of us. Eddie was extremely patient with us, did not put any pressure on us and was very informative on the process. Eddie was not pushy and was a great help in guiding us through the scary process it could be for someone who has never purchased a vehicle. I will definitely be coming back to North Park when its my turn to purchase one of the beautiful 4runners. Thank you
I took my car to get my tires fixed because they were losing air. I went three times. Each time I had to wait for almost 5 hours, for they said they did not find anything. Very, very frustrating.I took my car to another shop and they found a nail and fixed it.The incompetence is incredible.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR to this place.
Made an appointment for a simple oil change at 1030 and was helped out by an advisor at 11:20. Almost an hour to be told it’s gonna be a 2 hour wait.
Was a great experience. Sales reps were very friendly an not pushy. Gave us thier full attention an made sure we were happy with our new purchase
Amazing service and readiness.
If you are interested in donating your vehicle as a trade in this is your place!
Went for an oil change this time and I will be honest, they took 3 hours to complete the service, got there at 1030 and left at 130pm. I have done all my services here in TNPSA and they had never taken that long. I just think 3hrs for an oil change is unacceptable. I wont stop doing my services here I just hope they speed up the service, taking into a fact that I need to do a 3 hr drive to get my vehicles serviced. I can always choose to go to Del Rio wich is more closer to were I reside but I like North Park Toyota I have done all my purchases and services in this place. Keep up the good work.
I only take my Tundra for service now to North Park Toyota. I used to go to Alamo Toyota but they have horrible customer service. I now always go to North Park and don’t mind driving 40 minutes for excellent customer service. John Garza is your guy if you need any service done.
I’ve been fairly happy with North Park Toyota. The buying experience was great (and my salesman Ozzy!) but when I had a cosmetic issue within months of purchase. Things kind of fell apart. I brought the vehicle in and the service manager got on it and assigned a service advisor right away. Eloy messaged me promptly that they were ordering the parts and then nothing. I even messaged and called and heard nothing back. Finally got ahold of Eloy and he says they were trying to call me but no answer. Not true. He also continued to say this several times. He was then not there for my appointment and I had to wait around to be assigned to someone else. It got done but it wasn’t as smooth as my other experiences. Additionally, during the follow up call the employee was super nice. But when she read over my history it didn’t sound like Eloy had instructed anyone to call me. I will be back but asking for a different service adviser.
Rico the best! He will get the Job Done
Horrible customer service. Took 8 hours to check a code then admitted to overcharging for the work. Would not recommend this dealer for anything.
I dropped my Toyota Sequoia off on 12/1/2020 at 10:57am to get my airbag recall taken care of and I get a call 6 hours later saying my suv is ready for pick up but has gotten damaged in the process but was readt for pick up talked to service manager Clint as he gave me the run around and said I can give you a free estimate of how much it will cost to get fixed very unprofessional and the. Said well “I guess we can fix it” his words and was also told I will not get a loner since they had to keep it over night said it would be ready in the morning they called At almost 3 the next day saying it’s finally ready would love to talk to someone over this location to get things fixed ASAP
North Park Toyota keeps amazing me with their courtesy and professionalism. I do know they have continued internal evaluationA of their own customer service activities in all departments. Like no other dealership in the city, they are based on extreme care and continued support of every client that walks on their premise! Winning national titles for customer service is not what they are about, they truly do care about every clients transportation needs and future service of their vehicles! Awards come naturally !
I recently bought my 2020 Toyota Camry from the most awesome salesman Garret Wyndham . He was very helpful with the buying process . I live 8hrs away from San Antonio and he offered to meet half ways to close the deal and give me the car . Very professional service to attentive customer service .
My service person was both courteous and professional.I however was upset that I had to wait in my car for 30 minutes just to pull into the garage. This is the reason I made an appointment. I feel there should be a dedicated lane for appointments and they should be worked on first. Whats the purpose of making an appointment if everyone goes at the same time.Same thing happened to my wife with the Camry. She made an appointment for an oil change had to wait only to find out she was not duet for for an oil change. They didnt even offer to wash her car 😡😡
I took my car in for a free recall service and they tightenedy muffler without asking if I needed anything else. I dealt with John and I forget the service man but he was so sweet and let me know he was almost finished and walked me through every detail of what he was doing with my vehicle. I felt very comfortable and acknowledged on this day. Thank you to all the service men at Toyota.-Amanda Barrows
I made an appointment the week prior for an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived, I sat in my vehicle for 15 minutes and no one greeted me or asked about any services I needed. I walked inside to the desk and the girl said I should just wait in my truck until someone greets me. I went back to my truck to wait another 10 minutes before an employee finally asked what I needed. I told him I have an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. He walked me inside and took my keys and told me it would be an hour and half wait. I told him I have an appointment and he said it would still be an hour and half wait. I understand there are “walk-ins” and other lengthy maintenance appointments before me but this wait time was just too long from start to end. I also think their services are too expensive. Other than the wait time and cost, they were nice and professional.
Went in for simple free oil change (employee discount for buying a new Toyota and continued employment at mfg) as well as state inspection. Have been here several times in the past no problems. This last visit we were charged for services that we did not consent to nor were even consulted on. So what was suppose to be a 7$ charge turned into a 256$ charge and was told we need to pay because the services were already done. Have been trying to get a hold of someone on this matter as well as the rep Clinton and no response. Very unsatisfied with recent service.
My service advisor Mr. Canion is awesome! I made an appointment for routine maintenance and brought up a different concern while I was there and he addressed it promptly. Ive always received good efficient service here; today was exceptional. Highly recommend the team here!
So many thanks to Aaron Villegas! I came in with my to get my gas door lever fixed and he fixed it so quickly for me. He was so friendly and gave me great customer service! Anytime I have another issue I will be asking for Aaron to help me. Thanks again!
First let me say they lie and they don’t listen. They told me they couldn’t go any lower on the price because they put new tires on the used vehicle I was buying. I took it to a mechanic and they told me that the tires on the vehicle were the manufacturer tires. Then I specifically said to use my bank to finance the car and even signed paper stating that and when I went to sign they took the liberty to finance my vehicle through Toyota. I was furious, it what use was it. They had already ran my credit so I went through with the purchase. I love my car though. Just a really bad experience.
When I got my car back, I noticed that the an employee left a face mask in my car. After I drove off, the car misfired and lost power. When I went to check the engine bay, I noticed that an employee had bent my license plate. I returned twice to try to resolve a check engine light, but it kept returning. Since I did not have time to wait for diagnostics, I returned home. Upon closer inspection of the engine bay, I discovered that the technician did not properly re-attach the engine intake system after cleaning the throttle body. The mass air flow sensor screws do not match now. I also discovered that the cowling at the windshield wipers was loose and missing fasteners. I expected greater care and competence from a Toyota dealership. I do not expect to return.
Great treatment and service!
Purchased a vehicle for the forth time through Cipriano. As always, he made the process extremely smooth and easy, catered exactly to what my wife was looking for, and made it an overall great experience. North Park Toyota and Cip have always been phenomenal for my household, extended family and friends that we’ve referred
I have always been happy with North Park Toyota. Fred was my Rep this time. He was informative and not pushy on anything. Wait time was better this trip but everyone is always friendly so no problem waiting.
SERVICE GUYS LEFT GREASE STAIN ON PASSENGER SEAT. I JUST GOT WINDOWS TINTED THE DAY BEFORE MY SERVICE I ASKED THEM NOT TO ROLL DOWN MY WINDOWS TWICE. WHEN THE CAR WAS DONE I WALKED UP AND ALL 4 WINDOWS WERE DOWN, THAT WAS THE THIRD TIME. CALLED MANAGER WAS TOLD HE WAS BUSY N HE WOULD GET BACK TO ME AND HE NEVER DID. THIS IS MY THIRD CAR THAT I PURCHASED FROM HERE IN THE PAST 3 YEARS. DEFINITELY WONT BE RETURNING
The Service advisor failed to give me the 24 point inspection report. Upon requesting the the report for some reason he was not capable of printing the report. So he sent it to my phone. I read the report and it indicated in Red that my AIR FILTER and CABIN FILTER NEEDED TO BE CHANGE OUT. This was not brought to my attention during the service. So I ask yo see a manger. All The manger said WELL DO YOU Want To replace them filters ? So with his attitude and the servicer attitude I just felt they really did care if it got done or not. So I took my business to another Toyota dealership to get the service done.
I purchased a Prius from North Park, I now have 135,000 miles and other than tires and 1 battery have had no issues with the car. All of the work has been done here at North Park and they have taken very good care of me. Thanks to Fred and all the great employees at North Park.
Fred Duran is my Service Manager & he & staff doesan excellent job in taking care of my vehicles. I only had a synthetic oil & filter change & they were very prompt in servicing my vehicle. In & out in less than one hour. Thanks again Fred for serving with excellence. The NPT way. As I’ve stated many times, I drive close to 30 miles one way pass other Toyota dealerships to have my vehicle serviced at NPT. I’m a long time 17 year North Park Lexus/Toyota customer. I’ve purchased several Lexus & Toyota’s. Thanks North Park Toyota.
Arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, had to get out and wander about before anyone bothered to ask if I could be helped. Now almost 2 hours in to the 10k service and I get no answer when they are going to be done. I’m not certain why a oil change and tire rotation would be this difficult. I guess I’ll try a different dealership for the remainder of the 2 year free maintenance. Won’t be coming back here.
I have never been inconvenienced or experienced anything but pure professionalism. The employees are always willing to help and display a positive and warming attitude. Thank you
Went in for an appointment for a routine service check for 5k miles. Worked with a service representative named Tim. He was very unmotivated and very pushy when trying to up sell me. He made me pay for a tire rotation and didn’t make it seem like it was optional with the check up. Right when I left the dealership I called Tim back and advised I don’t want that tire rotation anymore. When I left my vehicle 5 other vehicles where in front of mine. He told me it’s to late they are working on your car already. I advised him I just saw my car in the line and it was nowhere close to being serviced yet. He said I will see what I can do. There was no follow up and I was still charged for the rotation. This place is very pushy when it comes to, and the person I worked with was unprofessional.
NorthPark Toyota is such a great establishment. The location always takes such great care of my vehicle. Sad to say I didn’t purchase my vehicle with them but they have won my future business. My 2019 Highlander is always take well care of and done in a timely manner. I love my NorthPark family. Thanks for always taking care of my vehicle 👍🏼
Run.. I bought a Certified Preowned Platinum Tundra from this dealership thinking this vehicle was top notch and no problems would ever happen. The Carfax was clean and zero reported problems. Service records showed the vehicle was leased and zero issues reported. This was a clean vehicle and they presented the vehicle as top quality. However, 2 years later the paint is pealing. The truck is in an auto body shop and the truck was wrecked and repainted. The hood, ROOF and bed fender were replaced and repainted! Their certification process is deceiving. Toyotas standards for certification were overlooked just so this dealership could make an extra buck. How can someone with a trained eye, a paid professional, overlook a replaced fender and then have the dealership give me clean and clear carfax. Its very deceptive. It should have not been a CPO vehicle.Toyota CPO process states We are committed to putting the highest quality certified vehicles on the road, and Our Toyota-trained technicians complete any necessary repairs and reconditioning before we call the vehicle certified, such as to ensure the Vehicle is free of improper paint repairs, and to include Every certified Toyota comes with a CARFAX® Vehicle History Report™ to ensure its worthy of the certification process. Its very deceptive. You give me a clean car fax, although your trained technicians know the trucks been repainted and repaired. This dealership blindly turned their eyes for the betterment of themselves. As Toyota stated, a Carfax report is given to ensure its worthy of the certification process.Run. or Beware.
Originally I thought the service was good as they were able to take me in to repair a tire leak due to a nail. However I noticed the TPMS pressure on the repair was 3 lbs lower than the other tires. When I got home to fill it up a couple of days later I notice that my tire rim was scratched and the valve stem cap was missing. I let the service rep know via text but I have not had a call or response.
This place is BY FAR the best! And always the best! From Customer Service TO Service, I am never less than amazed how already the best outdoes itself EACH VISiT!
If your credit, income, and work history are on point, the car buying process will be painless. 2-3 hours and you will be off in whatever you want (and can afford). My experience is that they are friendly and not aggressive. They arent trying to upsell you out of your financial comfort zone. But they will do everything to sell you what you want so do haggle and you will get away with a little here and there.
Great waiting area!!!
I went into the service center to have my car service after 5K miles, and when I got my car back the side mirrors were still inward I had to get out of my car after driving for a bit, that was dangerous. Then I look and the trash from the paper mats that they use to service your car were all bundled up on my passenger seat. When I took the trash to the front to throw it in its proper container 2 young guys were talking and 1 of them tells me the trash is right there. Instead of saying let me take that from you, I just shook my head. While I am at it, they are supposed to wash your car, but they just give it a good little slap and call it a car wash!! Lawd!
The service director Jason Briggs was an unprofessional, emotional character, harassing me about lying about damage that happened during my 10k service. After speaking to the paint/detail specialist (who was very professional and helping), Jason Briggs decides to come back and start complaining about my 1 star review I left them, telling me that he was going to speak to his GM to get it erased anyways. Ive never had a bad experience at North Park Toyota until my unfortunate experience with Jason. Steer clear of him and have photo evidence of how your vehicle looks before you go in, so you can have something to back yourself up, as theyll cover themselves no matter the cost.
Had my Daughters car repaired. Mike Gurney did a fantastic job for me. Thanks North Park Toyota
I took my 2019 for 20K service and staff was helpful and were exercising social distancing and were wearing facial mask
Vehicle service is second to none. From arrival to leaving the experience is the best you would get at the Best Toyota Northparktoyota can only provide .
I went in for what I thought was routine maintenance and was told I wasn’t actually due for anything (even though that’s what my sticker said). So I was told there were other maintenance items that could be done and told it would take an hour or so. No conversation about an extra fee (I have Toyota Care so I assumed this maintenance was covered under that and the “advisor” did not mention any fee. When I checked out I was given a $350 bill for everything. I was never once asked about whether a price or estimate was ok. I spoke to a manager and he basically apologized and that was it. I will not be going back to this location for service or anything else.
North park Toyota, truly was an excellent experience. The employees were cordial, professional and exceptional service .
Great experience! Reasonably priced. Completed requirements ahead of schedule!
One of the best experiences I have had at a dealership in a long time. Fast, Friendly and Efficient.
Went in for AC diagnostics. AC service cost $140.00. Then service advisor came back said mechanic told him there was an oil leak in the engine and to repair would be a repair bill of $1,500. Ive checked and its coming from the timing chain tensioner, which is a DIY job for under $50.00 or so. Always get a second and or third diagnosis before agreeing to pay for any thousand dollar repairs. Question everything.
Went for an oil change and my truck got scratched at the car wash department. They touched it up with paint but I still can see where it got damaged. Accidents happen
Took care of my car in a timely fashion. Bobby my service advisor was great.
David Pera is a very attentive Service Advisor. Saw to it that my vehicle received quality service.
I arrived on time for scheduled appointment. Seemed like lots of folks might of been also scheduled? I was to have an oil change and state inspection. Given a rough estimate of 1.5 hours. After waiting 3 hours and seeing my truck sitting in back lot approximately 30 minutes, I texted to check if at least oil change completed and for them to just get me out of there. Less than 10 minutes later, they finally gave me my truck. But 3 hours later and no communications letting me know if they had any problems. Unacceptable.
I have had many positive experiences with North Park...have bought 3 vehicles because of wonderful customer service! This latest visit was a significant disappointment! The car wash, yet again, or my luck broken...and with Covid my paid for “complimentary” washings thru Washtub were closed, ugh! I called for an appointment as I knew with current climate necessary spacing...got there early but my appt time with any kind of processing was long expired...my car was only one for while and was going to interject many times as car after car preceded me...nearly an hour beyond appt time my car finally advanced. I thank for quick vacuum as consult. I have no idea when my vehicle is due next servicing as indicator wasn’t updated...I hope they reset the cars internal counter! And my tires were low, even though indicated “ok”.I will provide accolades for those who provided hands on services but think corporate might benefit from a “shame on you” for services...I saw what they charge for my “services” and I would have certainly got better services somewhere else and I didn’t even have the history of services to expect more.See how the next visit goes...will surely dump and go if a repeat experience is “experienced.”Sincerely,Evan
Great experience they explained everything being done on vehicle and even let me know prior to when being finished
This Toyota service dealership is awesome!!! Courteous ready to help. On time.
PURCAHSED A 2015 TOYOTA TACOMA IN 2015PURCAHSED A 2019 TOYOTA TACOMA IN 2019PURCHASED A 2020 CAMBRY HYBRID IN 2020CAME DOWN TO PRICE EVERYTIME, THE BOTTOM LINE!
Did a good job taking care of our vehicle and answered all of our maintenance questions and needs
Everyone is friendly and professional. They are very helpful and answer my questions. Thank you North Park.
Really disappointing experience. I bought a car in January (used vehicle) and due to not driving much during COVID pandemic....didnt need my oil changed for the first time until June. My purchase experience was so-so, but this first service experience was very underwhelming and upsetting.I called about COVID service options; theres no drop off or pick up, theres no shuttle or loaner car service. You get to sit there, with everyone else in service, for however long it takes. Given my pick-up at delivery was supposed to be a 30 min to 1 hour gig.....and wound up taking FOUR HOURS....I wasnt thrilled at the prospect so I called in and asked. Theres nothing to help during COVID to keep you home/safe.Given no other option (my service plan requires I use the dealer for my free oil changes) I set an appointment for three days later. I arrived, early, to find that the service consultant, Eloy, had no idea who I was, and made comments about since my car wasnt a Toyota, thered be extra charges. Uhm....I BOUGHT THE CAR HERE. I didnt sneak it past you that it wasnt a Toyota. He made some calls and figured out I was both a purchase customer, AND had the service plan. I was told the oil change/tire rotation would take about an hour. Sigh.An hour plus later- Eloy comes to tell me that they dont have the parts for my car to do this- and would have to go get them....another hour or so. Uhm, so WHY did I call and give you 2-3 days notice I was coming WITH THE CAR YOU SOLD ME, and even made sure your contact person who confirmed the appointment had the right make/model of car? About 30 minutes later I see my car go by- into the complete queue of cars. Another half hour before I get my keys back. They washed it- which I thought was odd....I got the car wash package at purchase and didnt need it to be washed. I DID need them to be prepared for service when I scheduled it, and to not jerk me around.I got in, and started the 20+ mile drive home. Yes, I have to come clear across SA metro area in a global pandemic, to get my oil changed per the service plan requirements--- with no dealership support, as stated above. See a theme building here?I get on the highway and at 65mph the steering wheel starts to shimmy. I hit 70mph and its really shaking. 75mph and its VIOLENTLY shaking/shimmy to where it hurts my hands. I had driven to Houston the prior weekend (when the oil change light pinged on) and this was NOT an issue at 70-80mph on that trip. NP Toyota had rotated my tires, but didnt bother to balance them. Great.I emailed Eloy immediately, who in a short/curt response said they dont DO that with rotations, but would for $30.00. Uhm....my FIRST service with you and you do it WRONG and I have to PAY for you to fix it? I also contacted Justin in service.....and was told to bring the car back. With the delays from my scheduled appointment Im now at mid day, trying to catch up with my appointments, and in Stone Oak.I make it back down to NP Toyota around 5:30 and Eloy is prickly about the situation- not apologetic, not customer-oriented...hes defensive about this. I ask to speak with Justin, who is gone for the day. Im given another manager- who agrees:1. I gave notice by making an appointment 2 days out- they should have had the parts.2. Im a purchase customer with NP Toyota, the minute you enter my name and info- it should show up that I bought the car there and have the service plan that covers my oil changes and tire rotations.3. The minute I emailed there was a problem, caused by this service there should have been a solution--- not a bill.I dont want to go back to NP Toyota. Nor any of their dealership partners as I also called around to see if a dealer owned by the same parent group that was closer to my home would honor the service plan. They wont.Would not recommend their service department. Would not recommend their sales department. Massively underwhelmed.
Outstanding service and trusted Service Advisors, FRED DUHON is always my GO TO GUY. Thank you!
Fred Duron and the entire North Park Toyota service department always does an excellent job on all our vehicles!!!!
Fred does a great job of getting me in and out with outstanding service.
Awesome service
Scheduled maintenance performed well as usual. My service writer is Fred Duron -- great.
I picked up touch up paint from parts department. I was treated with respect and Mark was very friendly.
Love their customer lounge - free coffee and popcorn.
Mr Eloy was very professional and straight out. Got the work done and Ill be going back for some more work on my car very soon thank you all and God bless you.
They let you drive all the way out there, just to say that what youre looking at is cash deal only. RED 🚩!
Satisfied with the services. Just was a bit disappointed because there was oil on my driver side car mat
The price For the oil change was fair. However, we were told to purchase a brand new tire ($450.00) when it was actually reparable. We took the tire to Discount Tire & they fixed it for free.
Good
They sent me 2 reminders of my appointment and sent 1 an hour before. They checked all of my fluids and mechanical parts I.e. windshield wipers, brakes. They even washed my car when finished.
Eloy a excellent service dept. Person👍
Just went to get the oil change on my truck and the advisor knew what my truck needed so North Park Toyota got it done. Thank you 😊
Always let you know what’s going on with your vehicle.
Good personal service, speedy and the conversations were good
Good quality work, in the least amount of time.
They lie to get you in there then want to make you pay for something that is not your fault at all
This email should be sent to my wife Roberta at: [email protected] don’t change it and continue to send reviews to me I’ll continue to to give you poor reviews.
It is horrible the management attacks the customer saying that I had said things that I didn’t. I will never go back there again.
They harp and harp on you about making an appointment then when you get there it takes four and a half hours for an oil change and new tires. Ridiculous. Going to the trouble to make an appointment is a waste of time.
Wasnt made aware it would take 4 hours for an oil change and recall repair,, was also denied a bent rim claim from Toyota Total Care,,, really thought buying a warranty for replacement damage was the whole idea of buying the coverage !!
Great service, employees are courteous and professional.
Everybody is professional and they handle situations promptly!
Great people, fast service, quality environment
When I got there I said hello to everyone that got close to me, and they all said hello.
