Were quick to help me get a new battery when my old one wouldnt hold a charge any longer. Had the battery waiting on the front to counter when I got to the hardware store.

Quick service for warranty replacement of my car battery.

Workers are lazy and they way to long to pull batteries, some times they take 3 days to pull 3-5 batteries. And have you in hold longer than 30 mins and the chubby guy with the glasses is the most laziest.

My truck has been having some slow starts. The Interstate technician was quick to confirm a failing battery. My battery failed 9 months after the 30 month replacement warranty ended, but then they prorated the warranty so I ended up getting $60 off a new replacement battery. Great service, great product support. I dont buy vehicle batteries anywhere else.

Need one for your 4ytweuoeyiqe1616car/truck but low on funds...ECON batteries are 50 plus core..90 day warranty which is great for a used battery..the last one I bought lasted 3 years!! So think it over before you spend 3 times as much for the same thing!

Tried to warranty out a battery for my customer, tested at my shop and both electronic test and VAT 40 came back bad and required 16.5 volts to take a minimal 5 amp charge, took to them and they said it wasnt bad, no time to deal with it, install a different make of battery, thats why we dont stock interstate anymore.

Okay so I had one bad battery I took it to Interstate they told me that battery was good about two weeks later that same battery went out horrible service wish they didnt make me wait several weeks to find out that my battery was not good

I went in looking for a used battery for my Beetle. They didnt have an exact match in their used and blemished inventory, so they sold me a new battery with warranty for the cost of a blemish battery!

If you call, youll be on hold for at least 30 minutes, then theyll talk down to you about the battery your inquiring about.

Very strange place. Appear uninterested in dealing with the public and insanely high prices. You can buy an identical Interstate battery at AutoZone at least 1/3 less in price.

Terrible service with defective battery exchange. I also had to removed battery myself as they would not do so. made 2 trips.
