We’ve had a hard time getting into a new car due to credit issues. covid 19 has been no joke causing people to get laid off from work and falling behind on bills, luckily max auto sales was able to work with us getting a new vehicle. asim was a fantastic salesman he went above and beyond to help out, even driving me to the bank to withdraw my down payment. someone needs to give that man a raise for being so patient and willing to help like for real. overall quick and easy buying process

False advertising. There financial department told me to put the application in that the 4000 down I had would be okay. The completely lied. This company is the worst I have ever seen at telling and try to help people they have no customer service what so ever they lied about the vehicle report told me one owner no accidents. I had my freind pull the vin showed it was in 2 accidents 3 owners I hope y’all really think before shipping with them. They are out for money and greed

Originally I was going to leave a one star review due to the bad experience with another employee-car salesman there, but you redeemed the negative experience! The first individual was rude, acted entitled, didn’t explain much on the vehicle I was interested in, focused on his phone and personal matters vs. focusing on me and the sale of the vehicle! After that my ethnicity and occupation was thrown at me for different reasons. None of this was relevant to the sale. He tried to convince me to finance even though I said I did not want that! Cash is King! After all that b/s I still had the vehicle in my mind, and if it was meant to be it would. I called a few days later since the original guy didn’t even do a follow up call. I was blessed by Javier answering the phone! Javier helped me, answered all my questions, filled up the car with gas before I was 100%sure I was taking it, and went out of his way to drive with me across town to show my husband the car. It has been a year since I bought my 2014 jeep Cherokee from Max Auto Sales and when I went trade it in for a new car I found out that my jeep is valued at around 11,000.00 but my payoff is like 21,000.00 so Im paying twice the amount of what the jeep is worth. So they are wayyyy over charging what the value of a car really is in the Kelly blue book .

Max Auto Sales is a buy here pay here for those who want to establish credit. They DO report and it does help. They have great cars and are very professional. Reading some of these reviews, yes you will be upside down if you started off wrong. Always put a good amount on the down payment tohave a smaller payment due monthly. If you split our down and have whats called a deferred down payment and MISS that deferred payment you default and this will cause a repossession. Just advising on some of these reviews.Ive purchased 2 cars from Max Auto Sales just as easy as walking into a big dealer and got the same response. I highly recommend Max Auto Sales.

Max auto sales truly believes in giving back and helping out the people in San Antonio. Not only do they take pride in proving the best customer service they also believe in the experience. They helped me out so much. I didn’t have the down payment and they worked with me for 2 months. Eddie is a man of god to have helped me the way he did. Even after they worked with me 3 months later the a/c went out. The warranty wouldn’t cover it but guess what max took care of me and fixed it. I will no longer go anywhere else for a vehicle myself and my family are truly thankful.

I wish there were Negative star ratings!This dealership is a rip off. I traded a vehicle in to them when purchasing a vehicle from them over a year and a half ago. Not only did they NOT place the vehicle out of my name and into their fleet. They also, when they sold it NOT transfer the title over to the New Owners. I Found this out when the vehicle was abandoned in Laredo and the Police Department there has it Towed., and then notified me.Prior to that I traded the car I purchased from Max Auto. The bank where I got the loan for my new vehicle paid off the full amount of the loan. Max Auto was made aware of this. I even placed a call to them reminding them NOT to draw on my account. And after all this they STILL drew from my account causing me to go into an over Draft. All Future Buyers BE AWARE of the headaches you will face.
