Purchased my vehicle early Summer of this year. The experience my girlfriend Elaine and I had with salesman Eric Flores was incredible—I highly recommend him. Eric was very respectful and professional from the beginning to the end. He knew a lot about different vehicles and their features. Eric was able to recommend the best vehicle for our family—the Atlas Cross Sport. We were looking for more space in an SUV with style, and this vehicle checked all the boxes. We LOVE our Atlas and the customer service Eric provided.The day my girlfriend and I picked up our vehicle, we were informed that we were Eric’s first customers, which we would have never known by the knowledge Eric had and the way he showcased his professionalism (we even got to cut his tie for tradition). One of the best if not the best vehicle purchase I have ever experienced. It was smooth sailing from beginning to end. Scott Day was our salesperson and what a guy! Scott was very professional, I did not feel any sales pressure at all or rushed, from the time we stepped in the vehicle for the test drive and through the negotiation for the price. Well… I just want to say thank you to DEBBIE IN SALES. Amazing. Went above and beyond. And a big thank you to Jason the Sales Manager. My first VW crosssport atlas broke down… 60 miles from the dealer. NO FAULT TO THE DEALER. Manufacturers messed this one up. I was stuck on the side of the highway…. Debbie arranged for me to head to another dealer… where they sent a loaner that I had until we figured everything out. I did NOT want my original car. It was broken. Badly. So Debbie said she’d get me a brand new one. And that’s just what they did ! Jason and I spoke and he was upfront / honest about the situation… told me I’d get a free loaner for however long and they’d drive the new car to me ( SA TO AUSTIN + reimburse my previous fees for going down there in a Lyft ). Ive shopped at North Park dealerships for years and have always had exceptional experiences. My daughter had been wanting to purchase her first car with money shed been saving from 2 years of working. The original dealership she visited laughed at her and made her feel belittled, so she went down the road at my suggestion and visited North Park Volkswagen. Manny greeted her immediately and made her feel extremely welcome. He showed her several cars that fit her situation and needs and made the whole process very exciting for her. After she left to check out a few other cars, he made sure to keep in touch in case anything else became available. After checking around and being treated poorly by a few other places, Manny quickly won her business with the kindness he had shown her. She returned to north park and bought the car she wanted, and even got the whole big red bow experience. Ive never seen her so happy. I think I know which dealership will continue to earn my business for many years to come.

We bought a 2021 Atlas which is the second VW weve purchased this year. Mark Fultz was our salesperson both times. He was efficient in communications and the negotiating process. The first time we purchased the process was very quick and we were in and out in 20 minutes. The most recent time was a much longer experience that was entirely the finance guys fault. He seemed to be deliberately taking his time closing the transaction and I did not care for that part of the process. Outside of that, the experience was very good and if youre going to buy a VW then North Park is the place to go.A side note, I attempted the same deal with Ancira and found them to be typical car dealers. Taking their time getting back to me and acting like they were doing me a favor by selling me a car. The math never worked out and experience was frustrating. Do yourself a favor and skip the other VW dealers in town. North Park is the only dealer thats worthwhile.

We purchased our 2021 Tiguan from Pablo Rodriguez and it was easily the best car buying experience weve ever had. Pablo wasted none of our time from the second we walked on the lot. We told him exactly what we were looking for - a hard to find SEL R-Line - and he was able to find it for us at a dealership in Dallas and it was delivered the very same day! He was even able to offer us a significant discount off of MSRP even though it is in very high demand! We completed the entire transaction in under two hours and got everything we wanted. He even checks in on us every few months just to make sure we are still satisfied and to help us schedule services as theyre necessary. North Park was and continues to be great to work with, but Pablo made it worth returning to for our future car purchases.
