Never, ever buy a car from Ferrari of San Antonio. They sold me an FF for $100,000 that was Ferrari Approved/Certified Pre Owned. The car has significant damage that CANNOT BE FIXED at any price. The interior was dyed and is sun faded so it cannot be dyed again, there are stains all over the interior, and there was an actual dent with paint damage on the fender which was estimated at $6,876 to fix by a Ferrari-approved body shop.Philip Antinone lied to me about the condition of the car. Grenville Lewis the GM agreed to take the car back due to the poor condition. I told him they could take the car back if I was refunded AND paid back the $1500 transport cost. Grenville avoided me for an entire month while all of this was happening and now refuses to pay me back the $1500.There are full details and story on the FerrariChat message board, just search Ferrari of San Antonio.They still have the car for sale at $134,900 and none of the pictures they posted show any of the damage that I reported to them. Extremely shady business practices.If you are considering a car from this dealership, run the other way and never look back.

Bought a battery here for our Maserati as the original battery is garbage. Installed it my self rather than pay $400 labor.

I just stopped by to photograph the nice cars and a salesman walks by and told me its nicer vehicles inside. Very nice. Wasnt a jerk or pressured me to buy anything. Ill have to go inside next time.

F430 SPIDERI can tell you that I am very pleased with the best f430 sales person in the US Nereyda Escamilla !!! She held my hand through the whole purchase process, PPI, accessories, service, and delivery. She accurately described the vehicle and was concerned that my questions were answered. Being from New York, I dont trust easily and during this quarantine, travel was not an option. I can tell you that she was terrific, professional, honest, responded to texts and emails in a timely fashion and knowledgable. The general manager Grenville Lewis was also easy to reach and speak with. Promises were followed up on and delivered including a ferrari two year warranty !!!Couldnt be happier with my purchase at Ferrari of San Antonio.

To Clint and all the crew at FoSA, thanks SO MUCH for going above and beyond the call of duty to stay late and come in early to replace the fuel pump on our F430.We smelled fuel on our drive to join the San Antonio chapter for a weekend in Hill Country. Thankfully, Clint got our car in immediately on Friday, confirmed the issue and asked the technician if he could have the car repaired by early the next morning.Not only did Billy stay late, he came in early to finish the job and even had the car washed and ready by 8:30 am as promised!This was our first experience with Ferrari of San Antonio and we were blown away with the high level of service and professionalism.

We came to San Antonio to visit our family for Christmas and my 11 year old son has been very interested in Ferraris for several years now, he wants a LaFerrari who wouldnt? My son said there was a dealership in San Antonio, so we stopped bye on our way home. The staff at Ferrari of San Antonio was very welcoming and invited us in to take a look at their inventory. They took the time to explain the 4 models of Ferraris and the sleek diffrence between them. We are very thankful for their time and hospitality for allowing us to look around and make my 11 year old sons day!

Rob, Jim and Gren are absolute best-in-class for Ferrari service. Jim is a national treasure and is reason enough to get your prancing horse serviced here; he has been working on these cars (308’s, 512BB’s, 365’s) since they rolled off the line. Gren is the best GM in the game and Rob runs a tight but friendly ship. Absolutely love these guys, despite always giving them a hard time!

Absolutely outstanding experience! We drove 1300 miles to purchase our 458 Italia from them and drove it home 1300 miles flawlessly! Phillip was incredible and the purchase was seamless! Highly recommend!

Sales or service person from the dealer flew past us on the I10 access road going well over 100 mph in a white Porsche after filling up with gas at the shell station across the highway from the dealer. The driver was weaving in an out of traffic and almost caused several accidents. We went to the dealership to complain and a staff member said that the car hadnt been driven at all even though both the exhaust and engine were still piping hot on the car. After explaining that the exhaust was hot the employee explained that its a clients car even though the car is parked under their awning to be sold and has dealer plates. I enjoy having fun with my car but never in traffic where others lifes are put at risk.

Very nice staff! The sales manager asked if he could help me with anything and I told him I was just looking and dreaming. He said to feel free to look at their inventory and they would be happy to help if I had any questions.

Walked in with no intention on buying a car. My young son wanted to see a Ferrari up close. Hes a car junkie. Explained to sales people we were just on a field trip. I recently purchased a Lamborghini Huracán from this dealership. I was in direct contact with Reid Miller who answered possibly 100+ questions on the vehicle being my first car of this type. He gave me his cell to text back and forth at any hour of the day and was unbelievably helpfully. Great buying experience!

Have never been in a place like this before. Im use to having someone at least say hello. I only got acknowledged when I opened car door the alarm went off. Was then told to let them know I wanted to open the car door. So they could unlock it and the alarm wouldnt go off. I wanted to say was if someone would have greeted us they could have told us at the beginning. There were 3 people that worked there no customers at least no cars or other people there but us. My son goes on to tell me that this kind of place is by appointment sales something else I didnt know or get told.

A sales woman named Nereyda displayed excellent customer service to me the entire time I was there. The reason why I was surprised is because Im relatively young (23) and often get the misconception that I cant afford a car of such caliber. I highly recommend this dealership and look forward to doing future business with the team there.

Attempted to purchase a 2014 Black Range Rover Supercharged until I found out it had approximately $15K in body damage that was undisclosed. The Carfax indicated only minor damage and the dealership told me that the damage was the result of a bump to the rear bumper and the scratches were buffed out. However. I found two separate paid invoices for body damage totaling $15K. I thought purchasing a used car at the Ferrari dealership would have been a positive and truthful experience. They could learn from the Dallas Sewell Lexus dealership about used car disclosure and professionalism.

Nice showroom, friendly staff I was just hangry when I visited so no fault on them. Not just selling their namesake either. Check it out.

We had a 2004 Lamborghini Gallargo brought to them for a Pre Sale Inspection for a customer of ours and they did a great job and represented the car very well and gave the potential customer a great overview of the Lamborghini. Clint did a great job and would highly recommend them
