Overall the experience was more than I expected, I purchased a Tesla from this dealership all the way from Albuquerque New Mexico, initially I was skeptical that the deal would workout, given the heavily saturated market especially with Tesla purchases I didnt think the dealership had time to invest in the waiting on my financing much less waiting on my down payment, but Sean at the dealership proved me wrong multiple times, even going as far as producing a YouTube video showing details on the vehicle and the Driving Experience along with a separate video of the car being loaded and transported, the vehicle arrived safe and intact and was more than I expected, the only issue Ive had with the vehicle since arriving is a few days after driving the vehicle but driver side door stopped working on would not open no, Im getting a hold of Tesla and scheduling a service was not difficult, they were able to come to the home and fix the door. I think the dealership personally for all their hard work and dedication, countless hours of ensuring my transaction was smooth.

This put me out an extra $487. for some reason all 4 tires had about 20 psi too much (they were all 70, the max psi is 50)Its been about 3 or 4 weeks. My Audi is doing good, but the spark plugs need to be replaced. I told Luna about the tires and sent photos, no response regarding this matter. Theyll get with their boss and get back to me, last i heardThe staff was great i know they didnt intentionally want my situation to happen, i gotta give them credit bc they were patient and flexible with me.

I was impressed with the condition it is in. They also had their mechanic check the Audi out before I drove off the lot.

Coolant light came on second day the car was leased had to demand they take it to audi dealership proclaim they fixed the issue yet adui dealership inform them several other issues that was wrong with suv . They are liars and will screw you over . Should not be selling foreign car when they have a Honda certified mechanic . He can’t operate on foreign vehicles .
