Pay close attention; while doing contract. The money that you think its being used as a down payment its actually being used to purchase a service package! Please, please read your contract. They will take advantage of you. They will intimidate you! Go to another dealership! Drive Away Motors is connected to Universal Toyota! They will do you wrong! Please, read your contracts

When I went to Red McComb the salesman was real friendly and then he was putting his hands all over me and calling me babyand he told me that he promised me when he will get me into a car was only $500 down now he turned around and told the manager and that I had said I was going to give $900 now they want me to go pay the $900 all the are they will take my car away from you the guys name is Gerald Renteria I dont recommend anybody to this place
Waiting for new plates or a phone call.. No one called me.. I had to call them.Very rude salesman (Gerald)They had no snacks or drinks to offer their customers ..It took all day to purchase a vehicle.Back and forth with paperwork.. and at the end they never asked for it ..They tell you one due date then another due date... Don’t get the auto payment.. because they will take one whole payment then a week later they want another payment.. ..When I finally got the keys .. it wasn’t washed and no gas.. it was dirty inside... Take care of your customers.. Make them Happy.. N they will come back..I love my vehicle..But my next experience I will honestly keep looking at other places..before I rush into anything.TY🎃

Great service. Clean showroom. Robert sold my friend a great vehicle. He was very nice and answered all the questions she had. Would recommend ASKING FOR HIM!Only 4 stars because the first day we were there one of the Managers 4 small kids were there the whole time screaming and running everywhere. No supervision at all. For several hours we all had to listen to this. Everybody there was talking about it. The workplace is not the place to have your kids running and screaming- especially when it echoed through the whole showroom floor, both levels.
They really helped my daughter get her first car, the were did a good job.

Got my first car here, service was excellent, Gerald and other associates were friendly and helped get the car as easy as possible. Was able to test drive a car, all questions were answered, and the car works great 4 months later. Only negative experience was that when I first got the car I was told that we would be called when our plates came in, waited weeks and never received a call, went a day before temporary license plate expired, dealership ended up having them for a long while. Other than that, great dealership.UPDATE: 9 months later from initial purchase, car is in good condition and has not given me any trouble.1 year later finally got my a/c checked after giving me some problems, ended up needing to replace whole a/c system (the condenser was clogged, the compressor was leaking, tubes were so pressurized that they broke during repair) or else it could stall my car any time I was using the a/c. It was a $3,000 cost, fortunately Nissan Consumer Affairs covered the 90% of it for my Versa. Then a month later the airbag light came on, Nissan dealership ended up saying it was a faulty airbag module and that I would need to replace it. Fortunately it was barely covered by MANUFACTURE WARRANTY, costing easily over $1,000. And then yesterday, out of nowhere, my car doesn’t want to start, it doesn’t even crank, had to get towed to the Nissan Dealership and they say I have a dead starter, gonna cost be $800 and not covered by manufacture warranty. Almost $5,000 in repairs for a car I paid $14,000, it’s ridiculous.Either I got really unlucky choosing this car, or the cars sold here have hidden problems, but maybe that’s what I get for choosing a car with 35,000 miles in the first year. I recommend just buying a new car instead of a used one, it’s more expensive but save you money and time in the long run.
Out standing Mr Rafael Maldonado was real friendly, and helpful, we like to deal with people who love their Jobs. We are going to recommend this place to all our friends. And especially we are coming back.

Car sale I did not care for the pompous attitude of the manager of the place and then on top of it I had a car for 6 hours after I bought it at the side of the island like it because stuff wasnt working right they told me I was stuck with it no Im not I let them repossess it and I will never buy another car from Red McComb and that manager in San Antonio should be fired no questions to throw away in walking and fire him
If I could give less than one star I absolutely would. Gerald, one of the most immature salesman I have met in my life. As soon as I claimed I wasn’t going to purchase a vehicle from him he stormed off and said “ok bye”. These people don’t care about your comfort, or desire, they just want the sale. I’m not one to leave a review for anywhere but this is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.
This is my second car with this dealership and Gerald is my salesman. Always ready to help you out. And Mark when it comes to the paperwork he is great. Thanks again guys
Be aware of this place it’s a HUGE scam!!!! The deal is great but once you go to finance everything changes then you sign 1 contract before you leave(and they don’t give you a copy of it so they can edit it) because apparently the “banks are closed” and you can’t get a account number then they tell you come back the next day. When you come back the second day you sign a total different contract with a different sales price and everything’s completely changed! Be aware! Now I know why there wasn’t any people there both days we were there!
This is the best dealership I have ever been to. They will find a vehicle that best suits you. Every car that I purchase from now on will be from these guys. 10/10 will go again

TERRIBLEI bought my car from here it was a Saturn L 300 within 3 months of having my car the back windshield was somehow letting water into the car while it rained. I called the dealership asking what they would do about it, the man named Albert then proceeded to tell me that there was nothing they would do about it since it had been past 30 days. then after only 8 months of having my car my transmission started to go out. I went back to the dealership after 11 months and tried to trade it in. I made sure to specifically ask not to deal with Albert, I wanted a different salesman this time. when I got there Albert came up to us and asked why we did not want to do business with him. we told him we just wanted another salesman, hes got a little visually upset and walked off. We were apointed another man named Gerald and when he went to the back to see if we could possibly trade in the car, they proceeded to talk very loudly about are incident with Albert, we could hear all of the salesman talking about us. Albert even acted like he was going to come out and tell us off. what kind of business are they running??? I absolutely do not recommend this place. they are VERY unprofessional and sell lousy cars. SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!

They are a busy that takes pride in their customer service they dont make promise that are unrealistic. UPDATE: Now the radio is NOT working! Honestly, Im getting pretty tired of this car. If YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT BUYING FROM HERE, READ THIS; I bought a car with a few issues that were NOT pointed out when viewing it. I was told I am on the contract with my co-signer (I found out that was a lie) along with them trying to get away with not fixing my issues. Larry (sales manager) is an extremely unprofessional, salesman and liar. They never called me (I have caller ID) because they wanted to avoid fixing the car. I kept bothering them even when my plates took two months to receive. LUCKILY their other dealership took care of me before this could have gotten ugly legal wise. Also my story is true since I have recordings but if you want to buy here, buy at your own risk!!
