This review had originally started out as a 5 star but after hearing of the experience my friend had it’s 2 stars at max. I sent a friend of mine over on referral after I had a great experience. What her and her husband experienced was a complete 180 and predatory. My suggestion to those who are not has experienced at purchasing vehicles just keep driving by unless you enjoy being taken advantage of (with no lube). This dealership will give you a referral “bonus” as long as you give them your SSN but their dealings with your referral make it obvious that they just need to keep their $100 and focus on the customer experience. Listen to your customers who are not sure which vehicle they want. Show your customers the numbers up front not just in the finance office. DO BETTER.
Their website showed a dealer discount on the MSRP but when the time came to honor it, started with excuses.
I don’t know where to start, it was such an amazing treatment that my father and I experienced. Matt, Lloyd, and Jose helped out so much and helped us get a car that we like! I highly recommend coming here they will help you and see what’s the best options.
I just bought a brand new Mazda yesterday and have nothing but good things to say. This was the first time I bought a car on my own and it was a really great and amazing experience doing so. I want to do a huge thank you to Eric, Genesis and to Joe for making the process so easy and quick. I was able to get a great price and they worked with me in such a great way. Everyone seemed to go above and beyond there and I will be sure to tell all my friends about them and whenever I need another car I know just who to go to! Bad overall experience.Was passed off to another sales person when I arrived for my meeting. So the person I was dealing with up until then didn’t even help me. They refused to honor the true car price AND the email price they sent me directly.Bait and switch attempt once I got there. When doing the test drive the salesman austin was on his phone the entire time and didn’t seem interested in my business at all. I was just another $ to him. And they had added a bunch of extras to the car that made it more expensive than the email they sent me. When I asked them to take it off they refused and said all the cars have this. Which isn’t true cause North Park Mazda didn’t have these extra items added when I went to shop with them. So it was like after lie with them. Will NEVER go back to them. Stay far away!!!!!!
My experience at Ingram Park Mazda Was absolutely more than perfect! go here over North Park Mazda any day! You will have a night and day difference with customer services My car salesman named RUDY was the definition of customer service! He went above and beyond to help me find my absolute dream car. He was incredibly compassionate and sensitive to my needs and spent four hours with me in the rain to find the car that was right for me! He was not pushy at all and really listened to exactly what I was needing. Rudy was a true gentleman opening the door for me and my mom constantly asking us if there was anything we needed to eat anything we needed to drink. Rudy is patient and listens and is completely honest with you on information he does not try to lie to you or scam you at all. The whole staff went above and beyond and even the managers came and introduce themselves. Rudy knew what a bad experience I had at North Park Mazda so he went out of his way to find me a gorgeous red bow to put on the very first car that I bought myself! He even went further to take pictures of me in my brand new car. Rudy even called me to make sure I made it safely home and everything with the car was working great! Just went to look at a new Mazda and was willing to pay for what they have it advertised. Showed up ready to buy, and they tell me a price $4k higher than they have it LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE FOR. Don’t waste your time like I unfortunately did.
This place is so shiesty. I took my jeep in to sell it and we agreed on a price. They tell me they cant have me a check until Monday because their business office is closed. No problem, we agree that Ill return Monday to finalize the purchase. I call Monday to verify they have my check ready only to be told I wouldnt get my check for another week after I give them possession of my vehicle! Like Hell!
DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE!I went in for an oil change. They sold me a 3 oil change for the price of 2 ($160). After the oil change was done, they charged me for extra parts and labor, which was not included in the original charge (Extra $25). So after 3 oil changes, I wouldn’t save any money at all, but would have to go to them for all 3 oil changes! Dishonest!

Went here today to attempt to buy a used 2017 Mazda 6. Based on the reviews I thought there was a chance at a good experience. The car Listed for 16,151 on multiple websites and 15,791 on another website. We set an appointment, had our own financing ready to go for more then the vehicle amount, the car looked good overall and the dealership was professional until the bait and switch! The first red flag was i was required to sign a bogus paper that said if terms are agreeable I will own a car today prior to seeing any numbers on the car. I refuse to sign and the salesman repeats himself so rather then argue I indulge him knowing that this paper is illegitimate and they cannot force someone to purchase a car. So I sign this bogus paper and let them bring me the detailed price sheet. I am presented with a sheet that shows $895 in destination charges and $1800 in certified inspection charges. Well the CarFax on the car said it was maintained for years and sold at that very dealership on 11/6/2020 so why would I pay a $900 destination fee on a car they didnt ship? Then the $1800 certification fee i was told to maintain the cars factory warranty when the car is already past the 3 year mark in a month and 5k miles away from the factory warranty ending even if the 3 years wasnt an issue. Along with the fact that a big sticker on the window says Sold as is which is required by the state of Texas on used cars, the warranty wouldnt be as good as the paper it was promised on and they know it.If you want more for the car, list it as more so I do not waste my time on a overpriced car. Do not add $2700 in fees to bait people in.You have earned 2 stars for being professional and having a clean show room up until the bait and switch on pricing. The car should have been 16,151(car listed price) plus registration fees and doc fees, plus tax like every other reasonable car dealership in America.

They lure you in with good prices posted online on their website but when you show up they do not honor that price, add thousands of dollars on it, and just waste your time.

Show a cheap price online then raise when you sit down to buy it. Tried charging $995 for delivery charge and $2,171 for reconditioning??? They focus on the payments you’re willing to make not the actual price of the car. Waste of time.
I purchased my car elsewhere and hated every minute of it. I have had 2 phone interactions and a service visit at IPAC Mazda. Every interaction was 5 star. Today I took my mx-5 in for its 1st oil change. Todd, my service writer was great. Honestly the wait room is just a basic blah wait room. But comfy enough. They had starbucks coffee, donuts and wifi. But its the people and the details that create the experience. They even texted me a video documenting the service which I have never had from any other service ever. They have my business as long as this type of service continues. Thank you.
They called us to visit the dealership saying that they have bunch of cars that meet our preferences. Upon visit, they didnt have any. Clearly the internet sales person didnt check the inventory before she called us. The manager gave a lame reason that all the cars got sold on the same day just before we visited.
I came in last night looking to trade in my old beat up car for a new one that would be safe for my kids. I had the pleasure of having Richard help me out. He was very quick to find exactly what I was looking for and grab the keys for a test drive. I ended up LOVING the vehicle, however my trade in was not valued at as much as I needed. I needed to get my cup holder replaced on my Mazda Cx-5. The service guy told me they would need to replace the entire middle console (which includes the volume/home/navigation buttons) because they dont sell the cup holder separately. They wanted to charge me $180!! I waited to come back home so my father (who owns a mechanic shop) can fix it. He got the cupholder from the Mazda dealership for $20 and was able to replace it. Dont let these guys fool you. ESPECIALLY if youre a young female like myself.
After I totaled my vehicle, Darren and the IPAC Mazda team got me into my dream truck I’ve always wanted a Toyota pick up. They rolled out the red carpet for me and made the process easy!! Go see Darren if you’re needing a vehicle!!
The sales people are extremely nice and that’s why I bought two cars from here, but the finance department is so UNORGANIZED. They need get everything from business office so make sure you don’t need extra copies of your paperwork. I am on month two of owning my new vehicle and the finance company still can’t find my information. I am on month four of have to make a car payment on a totaled vehicle because they didn’t request the warranty refund when I asked, and they said it was because they couldn’t find my paperwork even they were the ones that emailed it to me..: do not finance a car with this company.

Please do not do any oil change with this branch, I took my car yesterday morning, luckily I had someone to give me a rait because I got a coupon of 10 dollars for changing the oil and when I went, the man said yes It is true it is 10 dollars plus taxes. But your car has a brake recall, we are going to check them and if they are, we are going to change them and it seemed super good on their part but nothing in the afternoon they spoke to me and they told me their car needs those parts of the brakes and it also has one leak in engine.Of course I was surprised because if they come to see my garage there is no oil brand and they told me because the drained plug is stripped that they were not that if I wanted to replace it it was 400 dollars of course I told them to send me photos, try something to show it to the place that I always goTotal was 6 pm and the car was not ready yet and the same mechanic told me I do not know how it broke down but we were not at fault of course that annoying since I trusted a dealer because one is a supposedly serious company when I go to the north park mazda they even give me a car rent everything just for time I did not want to drive to san pedro .. please if you get something like this coupons do not go think twiceI never go back im gonna make sure all my family and friend dont go to this place too

Terrible experience with hiring manager. I pre scheduled my interview. Waited 40 minutes before manager even comes out to even say thank you for coming by. Instead says Im busy come back the next day. No apology for wasting my time. No thanks.
Rudy was a great help! He worked with our detailed needs and wants, and took our situation and budget into consideration throughout the process. Another plus, the facility was very clean and provided temperature checks and sanitary products upon walking in.
My vechile was down due to lack of paying attention on my part . Upon arrival at Mazda Service I received nothing but friendly and professional attention from Sandy at the desk and Randy the representative who greeted me with nothing but understanding and professionalism. Things did not go as perfectly as we needed but Randy and The Mazda Mechanics went above and beyond the call of duty and made me feel very important as a customer and a person. My vechile is running at top performance and I will be taking my vehicle to Mazda for all my maintenance needs, for I feel I can trust them and their professional work . I am a truck guy but after driving one of their loaners which they provided at no cost I am seriously considering purchasing a Mazda SUV . Tried to take advantage of the Emergency Responder free oil change, car wash & vacuum. Kudos for the maintenance for changes out my oil in impecable 35-40minutes tops!However why did I wait another hour and a half for a gas station car wash with no vacuum? Just don’t promise things your cleaning crew can’t handle. I would’ve been just great with a free oil change.Arriving at 7:15 after a 12 hour shift to wait that long and not receive the services promised, was just mean and rude. Be better. Do better. One day you might need a nurse & I pray that you don’t receive anything near close to the customer service I received today.

I’m updating my review from a 1 star to 4 & I’ll update this review again once the part comes in and my vehicle is fixed. I was approached by the GM that same day 11/21 who apologized and did his best to rectify the situation. Instead of having me wait hrs., I was given a loaner for weekend. He wanted to keep the vehicle till Monday so he can have it throughly check. Monday comes and I get call from someone in service dept. (wish I could remember his name bc he was very courteous, and professional). We set a time frame on when we could exchange vehicles. I was still at work and they were able to accommodate by coming to my job. The driver called I believe his name is Danny and he was very polite and professional. Overall I generally have a good experience with everyone else except the one service person CJ. I’m hoping that communication will improve between staff and customers. Only time will tell. I’m hoping that I won’t need to find another place to get my vehicle fix. I do want to thank the new GM Shawn for reaching out and being personable and understanding and for allowing me to give the service team at Mazda another chance!
It is a privilege to go to this dealership that takes no pride in their vehicles. How do you list a car above retail that has cosmetic defects and worn out tires? Then you have a second vehicle listed at the same price with bent dings in the vehicle and still not willing to negotiate the price. The floor manager John then had the audacity to call me and tell me it was a privilege for me to get a car from this dealership. Worst dealership I have ever been at. I hope the corporate management at IPAC review these issues.
I just got a car for my wife at the Mazda dealership. Mr. Darren Howell was the man who was able to help me out to give me the best deals he could offer. There was always another way to work things around with him. He understood the payment rate we were looking for and somehow he still made it happen. I am sharing this review to hopefully help others that may be looking at certified pre owned vehicles. From my recent experience, this dealership will advertise vehicles on their website as a factory CPO. When you are there in person, your saleperson will also advise you the vehicle is CPO. However, it may not have actually gone through the complete certification process. In my case, my sales guy (Jose) advised as such but after some pressing (after reaching an agreement on price), he did confirm it was pre-certified (so not CPO). But he confirmed (after I asked) that there would not be any additional fees if we brought the vehicle back next business day to get it certified. We did have already agreed on a price but did not opt to complete any paperwork until it was officially part of the manufacturer CPO program, so we declined taking the vehicle that day.Lo and behold the next business day, they advised it would be an additional 2k for the vehicle to become CPO, so we declined. This was a form of bait-and-switch in that in my experience, an advertised CPO vehicle will be a CPO vehicle from a more customer-service oriented dealership.I recommend if purchasing a CPO vehicle, ask for the documentation first. IF they are unable to produce it, be prepared for them to increase the price on the vehicle at some point during the negotiations/paperwork.

Very shady, dishonest dealership, do not trust this dealership, they will rip you off. They raise their prices from the website prices and get you bad deals on finance, you are better off going to a real genuine dealership with great customer reviews. Also check the BBB reviews before going to a dealership. They talk you into a price and they say its normal fees and in the end they have added $1000s more to your loan. Understandably you will be paying taxes, fees, title, etc. But 5k more is not ok, sneaky way to put in finance and loan. You figure it out when its too late and you have a loan way more than what you were shown and told. Do not trust any IPAC dealership.
Adrian Villacobos was our sales person, and he provided exceptional customer service. He gave honest opinions and options with vehicles and financing options. He made the experience stress free and answered any questions my husband and I had. We appreciate his honesty and value the quality of service! Highly recommend Adrian, and we will definitely keep him in mind for future car purchases!
I called to see if loaner cars were available. I was told to go by the end of the day and there would be some available. I could not go that evening. I called the following day to see if there would be a car available during my lunch break. I was told there wasn’t and I would be put on a list to be contacted. A week passed, no call. I called again and I was put on the list again and told to expect a call. In 2 days I called back and was told to go in since they had loaners available. Never got a call. My car was fixed, no issues and ready on a Friday. I let the representative know that I had a mailer with a 10% coupon and if they can honor it instead of driving home (downtown area) and coming back. I was told no, coupons must be presented and to go in on Saturday instead to pick up my car/drop off loaner. At this point, the lack of customer service was apparent. When Jeff used to work there, he just made “it” happen at whatever cost. The service advisor (seemed like a newer guy) should’ve been aware that mailers have been sent out and could’ve easily checked if i recently used it and just honored it instead of delaying the process one day. On Saturday, I went in and paid. The young front desk clerk did not say hi or even acknowledge me. I had to say I’m here to pick up my car. She offered minimal interaction. At one point, she got up, walked around the desk and outside to go inspect the loaner without even saying “I’ll be right back.” Awkward interaction overall and I was being friendly and paying almost 1k for repairs. After paying, I was handed the wrong keys to my car and I had to let her know that those weren’t my keys. The only smile/small talk that I got throughout the process was from Randy who wasn’t even my service advisor.
Jose was extremely helpful in getting us the right car, and for the right price! Also, he’s right on the money when it comes to knowing places to eat in the local area. We’ve had bad experiences with dealers in the past but Jose helped turn those bad experiences around. The manager was friendly and quick to offer help as well. I highly recommend doing business here.

She handled me well, my husband jeremiah ended up getting a beautiful car with very little down and payments that didn’t make him cringe!!! Plus the management was awesome! I love this place! My sales person, Issac, was amazing! And the teamwork was terrific. They came together as a team to make sure I get in a great car! I did not expect to drive off the lot with a 2014, at a great overall price, also a low monthly rate! I highly recommend going to them first because they will do their best to work with you regardless of your credit situation!
They were able to get me into a car twice with not great credit. I am very grateful for that. However, my 2nd car had an issue with the child lock being broken when I bought it. I reported the issue before 30 days. They told me they needed to order the part and they would call back. They never did. And now, I need to pay for it to be fixed. Just trying to get more money out of me.
If your service department was going to be closed why not send an email out to the customers who had already scheduled a service appointment? Instead I wasted time and gas driving to IPAC today for nothing. I have been a customer of IPAC Mazda for over 10 years and Ive never been disappointed with their service till today.
Jose Ramirez is very helpful, he was able to accomadate with me getting a new car, and being able to make my payments needed in a fashionably reasonable time. He is very helpful, I suggest going to him in getting a new or even used car. I enjoyed it very much and will be getting another one in a couple of years. Hope he is still there
I had a fantastic experience here. Of course any dealership when buying a car feels like you’re there for ages, that’s a given. Darren and his manger Austin truly sat and helped me get into a new additional car because I NEEDED it. I didn’t just want another car I needed another one and they sat and crunched numbers and offered me a deal I didn’t even know was possible. Darren made sure there was no beating around the bush, it was straight forward this is what we can and can’t do. And I left there very happy and satisfied in my beautiful 2018 Mazda 3. Even after I bought the car the experience continued to be great. Darren made sure I knew when I needed to come in or give additional info or pick things up. Communication was great and not being treated as just a sale. I’ll definitely go back when I’m ready for another, thank you Darren.

Not from the area. Was convenient to come here at the time. Tried to tell me I needed service I didnt need. Showed them what Mazda REALLY recommended. Saved myself over $100. They forgot to replace 1 item, but not worth it to go back. Know what you need ahead of time so they dont sell you something you dont need. Other than that, quick and friendly staff, but will stick with my original dealership.

Had a wonderful experience at this dealership. My husband and I went in planning on just looking at what our options were, but we were offered a great deal and ended up leaving in a brand new car. Daniel was so nice. We had our 4 year old little girl with us, and he was sweet enough to let her watch cartoons on his phone while we talked business. The whole experience was very smooth & easy. Amazing!! My sales agent was Austin Parker and he worked so hard to find a vehicle that fit my very specific needs and that would be affordable for my budget and credit needs. Yes I had lots of needs and Austin worked tirelessly. He found the perfect vehicle for my wife and that was approved with my credit and affordable with my finances. Austin was a Godsend definitely. The rest of my vehicle business will be forever Austins and at IPAC Mazda. By the way, my wife loves loves her 2014 Nissan Quest with 49,000 miles and full warranty for 100,000 miles. Thank you to Austin, the finance Mgr. that got my approval and everyone there that were super nice. Oh we even won a wireless speaker to boot. There was a light that was out on the Quest and Austin had us come back at our convenience the next day to have it replaced. We also received a coupon for a free full service was at the Washtub. I went to Ingram Park Mazda to look at their cars, because I received a letter saying that I may be able to get a decent price on the vehicle. I normally dont think about Mazdas, but I bought a used one that had over a hundred and twenty-five thousand miles on it. After a couple of minor repairs to the car, the thing runs like a beast. So I was thankful about the decision I made to get this car, that I decided to take a look at a Mazda six, cause even though I like the Mazda 3, I wanted a little more power and I wanted it in a stick shift. I walked through the lot for a good 20 minutes and not one time, did the salesman even bother to approach me to see if I needed any help at all. I know some people dont like salesman to come up on them, but Im use to at least a Salesman coming up and asking would I like some help or something and if I tell him no or Im just looking, then they can either ask me if I have any questions about anything or just simply go away. But not one time did anybody walk over to me to see whether I was ready to get a car or not. And I might have just been taking a look and seeing what they would have to offer, but I really did have an intent in possibly getting a car today 9/21/18. So I decided that after this happened, that maybe this was an omen to me to wait a little longer, that it was not time for me to get a car yet. So I figured Id do it another time instead of now. If anybody reads this, maybe theyll take that in consideration the next time I may decide to come to the same lot, that they may decide to actually send somebody out to at a minimum, see if I am being helped or if I want to be helped.
Jose Ramirez was great! He took the time to listen to what I wanted in a vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about the Mazda product. Jose helped me to purchase the car I wanted within the price range I needed to spend. I highly recommend working with him.

Car buying is a very intimidating process, especially with it being my first time, but everyone was patient with me and walked me through all the steps. Initially there was not one on the lot but the following day Tony Levine my sales associate called to tell me that one had just came in. The whole process from start to finish only took 2 hours. Matt and Joey were great salesmen. We went back and forth like you do at a dealership but they were personable, respectful, and reasonable throughout. My new car did take a really long time to get ready which is the only negative thing I have to say.

I want to start off by saying I rarely ever right reviews. But I had to in this occasion. The exceptional customer service I got from Daniel Cardenas motivated me to share my experience. He was very knowledgeable about the specific car I was purchasing. The transaction was smooth and fast. My intentions were not really to purchase a vehicle, but because of my experience I ended up trading in my old CX-5 for a newer model. I will definitely return to this specific location for any future purchases.
After just one week, I love, Love, LOVE my new Mazda CS-5!! Actually I fell in love with it the second day I had it. Awesome service! My alternator went out so I purchased one from Auto Zone, it lasted one month and gave out. So I decided to take it to the professionals here at Ingram park. They gave me a list of the things that were wrong with my car but were very specific on what needed to actually be fixed to get my car running again. They did all the recalls and got my car fixed and running! And they gave me a year warranty on my alternator, its been 3 months and my car is going strong. I definitely recommend these guys!
