Honestly the best experience at a dealership! The building is beautiful and clean and they offer snacks and water as soon as you walk in. I had an awful experience at a previous dealership so I went in to north park Mazda and everyone exceeded my expectations! I had an issue with my vehicle so buying a car was not a plan but Bobby went above and beyond, in order to get me a car that liked and ensured that it fit my budget. He even delivered my car to me at work because I had to get new tires put on it! Talk about customer service! When I got there my Sales Consultant Joshua Serna proved very reliable and helpful with the process. The experience was great from start to finish. Mari Ramos was great sales consultant. She was very easy to talk to and has great personality. The transition from Sales to Finance to the very end of the delivery of vehicle was smooth.

I purchased a vehicle from North Park Mazda end of May 2021 and was waiting to write a review in the hopes they would make things right but has not happened so far. The only good thing out of my experience was, getting a vehicle with good mileage and reasonable price. It was exactly what I had been looking Ford in criteria. The process itself was the worst experience I ever had when purchasing a car. My sales man was Mike. There are multiple things that went wrong with my experience. From the moment I called them to when I came in I was very clear that I had a bank pre approval letter to get a loan. It was a great rate and I was not looking to get a competitive rate or apply with another bank. Be aware of what they have you sign. Mike knew I was already pre-approved and he filled out an application to run my credit. I thought this was an application to purchase the vehicle and made the mistake to not read it. The manager run my credit. Mike never verbally ask if I wanted to find another rate or I was never even aware they run my credit until the next days I checked my credit report. I contacted them multiple times to get this taken care of but as of now even though they said they would try to get it removed or change to a soft pull nothing has happened. Second thing that happened was I had to wait for car to be detailed and inspected, during this time I didn’t get calls with updates on the status of car and when I would be able to pick it up. I had to reach out. They said Mike was supposed to have called me but never did. Third- after waiting for car to be ready when I picked it up it was not clean properly. There was nothing that detailed. I had to leave out of San Antonio and could not ask them redo it so I pay myself to have it detail. Last straw was today, I been waiting for my license plate and registration, Mike said they would arrive to my address. They are about to expire so I called them and they said they have them. I never received a call they were ready to be picked up. They said they would mail them to me by today and we will see if that happens. They have just not been able to deliver on excellent customer service .

Love my Mazda CX 30 Turbo, excellent service from Josh & Monica, Joshua Delgado was friendly, knowledgeable and professional . Josh went out of his way to make sure I understood everything about my type of car and its functions. Took his time explaining n installing the the app for me . I was looking to make a purchase, and left an inquiry online. Chris Placido contacted me shortly after and remained my salesperson throughout the process, which was a quick one-I knew what I wanted; I test drove the vehicle on Friday afternoon and then came back Saturday morning to purchase. Great service every time I take vehicle in for service. Always attentive, let me know what the car service will be, and finish in a timely fashion. They also offer courtesy shuttle service, or a loaner car if that is more convenient. Very accommodating this last time I went in for service as I didnt ask for a loaner beforehand, but they checked and had one available, which was very convenient for me. Gold star service all around.

Friend recommended me to this dealership, I looked at the online inventory and saw a decent price car during this crazy time where prices have gone way up. I called to check if the car was still available and Chris Placido picked up. When I tell you this guy did not dissapoint...he was friendly, very attentive, but not pushy, informed, and very quick to pull out the car fax and all paperwork on the car. Well, if you are looking for truly the best service advisor in the industry, he is here at North Park Mazda. Ive been going here for almost four years and have had the pleasure of working with Josh Millecam. Hes always been amazing keeping me updated on the service, sending videos of what they were working on under the hood etc. However, he went over and above for me recently. A week ago on an evening drive home we had a problem with our car that needed attention. I texted Josh not expecting to hear back until the next day and to my surprise, he responded immediately. Needing a loaner I figured it would be awhile before I could get an appointment but Josh determined that night that it was a serious issue and was able to get me in the next day. Honestly, Josh is laser focused on getting the job done and I appreciate the incredible service he delivers. Customer for life!

I’m really disappointed in the salesman I worked with. He seemed like a genuine person. When I had inquired about another dealership offering a lifetime warranty, he let me know to do some more research about it. Not many salespeople will do that. But then in the following days, he made it seem like a vehicle that was coming would be on hold for me. He failed to tell me that a $1,000 non refundable deposit would be required until the vehicle was in transit, not even yet at the dealership. Then the following day he proceeds to tell me the vehicle was sold the same day it came to the lot. He didn’t even give a courtesy call and ask if I would like to look at it because I hadn’t paid the non-refundable deposit. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Be careful with this dealership.

Took vehicle to North Park Mazda service center for the first check up. Was checked in quickly by Jefferson. Dropped off vehicle and about two hours later received a text stating vehicle was ready for pick up. Jefferson went over everything that was completed on the vehicle and asked me if I had any questions and how I was liking the new vehicle. Really liked the service center and will return again in the future.

This past Friday, 10/29/21, I decided to get a new car. I have been driving Mazdas for w while now and decided to stay with what I know. I left the lot in my new Mazda Red, it’s the best red out there hands down, 2021 CX-5 happy with my decision and pleased with my interactions. Plus the new interior of the lobby is very open and well lit, definitely and upgrade and more inviting. It’ll be a while before I’m ready for another vehicle but I’ll definitely be coming back! What a great place for service. I purchased a CX-5 for my daughter last year but now just writing. The experience was great, the knowledge even better. Fast forward. Our daughter call us with tears in her voice that she turned into her parking spot a bit hard and was devastated that the fender flare was damaged. Anyway we called the service department and spoke with Joe he told us he had it in stock and it was something we could replace ourselves. Now keep in mind all this transpired from start to end in less than 2 hours. We got the part, Joe was there to help and showed us what to do and we went our daughter and fixed it. Great service, Friendly people and the feeling you are with the right place. Priceless! We are going to buff out the rest which I feel we can get al most all of it. When you have kids this happens, heck it happens to all of us. Stay Safe, Socially Distance as needed and wear the mask to keep the virus down.

The service & parts departments at North Park Mazda are outstanding. Their shop is clean & transparent - they have glass walls looking from the waiting area into the shop so you can see everything. While renovating the building, they have video feed available so you can see clips of them working on your car. Most shops do everything they can to block the customer’s view, but NP Mazda invites customers to see what’s going on. Josh M. is my service advisor & always goes above & beyond to make sure my needs are timely met & that I’m kept informed. I love that I have an assigned service advisor - like doctors, it’s important to develop a relationship with the people keeping your car healthy for years to come. The parts department is similarly friendly & helpful, always doing anything they can to exceed my expectations. I’ve tried using other brand-specific dealership service & parts departments, but North Park Mazda is the only one I’ve trusted to work on my Mazdas for years.

I sent my car to this Mazda dealer for an oil change and some recommended services for the first time. I was checked in quickly by an advisor. He did a good job and explained the recommended services are to me. An hour later, I got a video text message from a technician who performed the services, he showed me the video clip of some other issues that needed attention. I was very impressed by that because I never got to see where exactly the issues were before with any other dealers. The cost for each procedure was clear, so I selected issues that to be resolved. I left a couple of issues to the next visit as they werent needed right away. The cost of any service was transparent. This was a very positive experience.The waiting area is a little small, but they have a comfortable couch for their customers. I will recommend this dealer and Sergio Garza, another advisor, is fantastic as people already mentioned him in other reviews. The other guy who checked me in is great too.

I had a very pleasant experience purchasing my Mazda CX-5 from Fernando Galindo. He reached out to me about my inquiry on the Mazda CX-5 the morning I was headed to the dealership. I had never driven the CX-5 and when I went on the test drive he made sure I was comfortable driving it both in the freeway and the streets. He was respectful, courteous and not pushy. When I mentioned that I would need my car delivered to my house, he didnt hesitate to provide that service. Furthermore, he has reached out after the sale to see if there is anything else he could help me with. More sales should be like him.

I’m a Navy veteran and I bought a used as is Mazda from another dealer that did not feel right when I drove it home. I took it to North Park Mazda to get it checked out. It turns out it was in bad shape and needed roughly $6200 worth of repairs. The service people at North Park Mazda were surprised it passed inspection. I called the sales man at dealer I bought it from, and told him all the issues North Park Mazda found. He said I bought it as is, but would talk to his manager and get back to me. He never did. I had lost enough days from work because of my accident and could not afford to lose any more. On a whim I decided to talk to the sales department at North Park Mazda. I spoke with Rick Torres told him my story and he said he would see what he could do. He and Javier in finance department worked a miracle for me and got me in a like new 2013 Nissan Altima with only 24k miles. I am very grateful for the superb service I got from Rick Torres and the team at North Park Mazda. They know how to treat a veteran. I’m still out 5k from the other dealer, but I really can’t afford to shell out for a lawyer or afford to lose any more time from work. I’m thankful I’m in a good reliable car now thanks to North Park Mazda.

I bought a car from here about 2 yrs ago my credit wasn’t the best and although I got a high interest rate Rick Torres made sure I left with a vehicle ! He was very personable and friendly ! Yesterday I went in to trade in that vehicle and he helped me again ! the process was way smoother(since my credit went up) and I got to buy a brand new vehicle this time! I was on a tight schedule to pick up my kids from school and when I picked the car I loved the staff helped me get out soon to make it on time ! Both times he was very informative about all vehicles and helped me set up my new car features! And he explained pricing thoroughly and gave the best offers for me ! Great experience with my salesman Matt. He listened to what I wanted in my new car and got it done. There was no BS or back and forth negotiations. I let Matt know I was busy at work and at the end of the day I would be in to finalize the car purchase. He didnt blow up my phone with unnecessary calls or messages. When I arrived he had the car ready to go. I had asked to have the windows tinted before I arrived. Matt got it done. So relieved I wont have to make an extra trip for that service. After my wonder experience with Javier in financing that took less than 20 minutes Matt walked me to my car and set up my phone, apps and gave a great tutorial of the car. I left feeling really comfortable about my new purchase. The following day Matt sent a simple email letting me know I could contact him anytime with questions on the car. My husband and I were out car shopping and saw the reviews for this place and decided to check it out. As I’m browsing to see what vehicle I wanted to test drive one of the employees or manager assisting someone else has hit my car then drove off and continued with the test drive with that other customer. My mother and brother informed me on what had occurred and I went to speak with the manager. I’m glad I didn’t see scratches at that moment but the customer service with how it was addressed was not ok. The situation was taken seriously because of no major damages done and proceeded to try and get us to buy a vehicle from them. Poor customer service and I don’t recommend people coming here.

Ive been taking my 2016 CX-5 to NP for quite a few years and the service is impeccable. Josh is my service rep and he is always available, patient and explains everything thoroughly. On July 10, 2021, ON HIS DAY OFF, Josh explained the situation with me and I understood. The day before I was put in a loaner until my car would be ready on Monday. The loaner was a CX-30, premiere. I drove it Friday, called NP Saturday and spoke with Nina about the buy back program and if I qualified, I did. I went to NP at about 3:30 p.m. that Saturday, Nina was with me the whole way while we waited for Tony Castillo to be available (the rain did not keep people away). I was sold on the CX-30 already. The wait was not long, and to tell you the truth, Nina was very supportive, helpful and kept me company until it was my turn, who does that anymore?! I worked with Monica in finance and found out it was a small world after all. In all my experience in buying cars, its a process that can last up to a days work, exhausting. I was out of there in close to 3 hours. Pinch me!!! It was a wonderful experience, Nina, Tony and I laughed and joked around, it was great. Josh sent me a congratulatory text when he found out. NPM is family and I look forward to bringing Smokey in for all her checkups and reminisce with everyone. ~_~

I was looking for a small SUV during the pandemic “car shortage” so I dealt with a good amount of car salesmen. One specifically at Toyota of Boerne that was a nightmare experience of aggressive sales tactics and not taking no for an answer. Then I went to north park Mazda and was helped by Mouhommed. I’m not lying when I say if I ever buy another car in San Antonio I will be going back and asking for him by name.

Great service. The salesperson Mari Ramos was great. She treated us with kindness. She wasnt pushy and had a great attitude. She treated us like family. We werent treated so kindly at 2 other dealerships we visited. Had it not been for her pleasant attitude we wouldnt have purchased a vehicle. The process was a breeze. Would definitely consider visiting North Park and Mari again for a future purchase.

I requested info on a vehicle the sales person called me a few minutes later to set up an appointment later on in the evening after work. Mind you it’s raining and I’m still determined to see the car so I arrive and the same salesperson tells me the car was at the shop getting an inspection. He did not bother to text me back to notify me not to bother coming over since the car would not be available. I text him later when I arrive home to ask when can I see it again he text me back in a few days. The next day a female sales person text me to see if I’m still interested in the car and I tell her if it’s available to see? She text me back telling me the vehicle is available for viewing after work. I drive over and a couple is driving up already buying the car ugh why couldn’t these people have the decency to text me either day not to bother coming over which says a lot to me me about the Mazda dealership sales personnel ....they truly don’t feel you’re not important enough to text a small text out of courtesy to let you know they no longer have the vehicle available because they’re to busy making money everything else is irrelevant! Money hungry employees!

I havent purchased a vehicle just yet but I did put money down to hold a new Mazda3 coming in. Jose has been helping me and he has been fantastic. He is very patient, not pushy and extremely knowledgeable. I really enjoyed the test drive with him. He helped demonstrate all the safety features and made sure I really tested the car.
