I am about to post pictures of receipts for close to $12,000 in repairs made on a commercial vehicle purchased here. Paid $32,000 I drove it three days and been in shop since, so has been in shop since April. They do not check cars prior to putting on the lot. Stay tuned. This car lot is a total rip off. Still needs new tires which is another $1,100. Going to find out where it got inspected and report the inspection station also. Took two months to get windshield replaced. Don’t know how they are still in business. When you call the manager he just says. Sir you bought the vehicle as is. Daniel ripped me off on an E-150. Paid $10,800 for it. Had 200k miles, had a broken front end suppession, was very out of alignment. Windshield was cracked. Tires and wheels are mismatched. I feel a lot of regret about this purchase.Ill update this post as I find further problems.

This dealership was actually contacting me about a previous vehicle I was interested in but when I arrived it had just been sold that morning. I was kinda bummed but not for long. AJ who was the sales rep corresponding w me back n forth about cars in my price range. He wasted no time in getting me to test drive another car I had never considered, a 06 Lexus RX400h. Turned out to be a much better fit for me entirely..It is a beautiful SUV that was well maintained the previous owners took very good care of it and you could tell. AJ quickly went thru the carfax report with me what I liked about him was he was transparent, not in the least too pushy he even tried to show me a domestic vs import that was slightly less in price, I assume was thinking about long term expenses that eventually come w an import vehicle so I appreciated the honesty. He also went over and beyond his scope by taking the vehicle to get a tire repaired at the last minute right before the sale was finalized he noticed the p/s rear tire was low.and.insisted on having it serviced including replacing a fog light bulb that had gone out while going thru the cars specs and upgraded features. Too soon to tell how this car will fare overall but for now I will definitely recommend AJ and Spotless LLC to anyone looking for an eye candy ride with the fairest pricing around!

I went to this place with my son to try to buy a car for him.Gave a salesman named Carlos all my information and my son’s info. He said he would work on it. Two days later the car was sold .He said he was sorry but the manager had not come in because it was some kind of holiday for him..But yet they were able to sell the car...???Very disappointing. Will not recommend this place. They act like they’re doing you a favor by selling a car to you.

Would not recommend...talked to a sales rep who advised I submit an online application so I did. I never received an email or phone call in reference to my application. A few weeks later I submitted a question stating I never heard back regarding my app to get a phone call the next day from some guy stating we recommend people in San Antonio come in person because they are the ones who will get attention not people who submit applications online and he then proceeded to say...we probably won’t even get to those. So what exactly is the purpose of having an online application? Very unprofessional!!!!

Short version: these guys seem like straight shooters and I would definitely go to them for my next car if I were local.I was searching high and low for a hard to find used vehicle and found it at Spotless Auto. As an out-of-state buyer and having never bought a car from a dealership I was very nervous about the whole process, but I didnt need to be. Daniel was awesome to work. He was responsive, did not make me feel pressured, and even picked me up at the airport. Unlike some dealers he didnt any objections to providing a full list of fees and out-the-door pricing over email. He also did not hesitate whatsoever when I mentioned I would be getting the car inspected, which in my opinion is a must for any used car purchase (I used Peace of Mind Auto Inspection and they were great). The inspection revealed only minor and cosmetic issues which are to be expected on a used car, especially one priced as aggressively as this one was.The purchase itself went very smoothly and I was in and out in about a half hour. The finance guy, Abraham, mentioned that they offer extended warranties but there were no scare tactics or pressure to get me to buy one. It was simply circle accept or decline and sign it.The only snag with the deal was when I registered the car. The DMV agent noticed that the previous owner had not signed the title over to Spotless Auto correctly meaning it would have to be fixed. While it would have been nice if this was caught earlier I was impressed by how they worked to correct the problem. You can tell a lot about a business by how they take care of you when they already have your money. Anyway they got right on it and figured out what had gone wrong and had the previous owner come in and correct the title. They also provided a signed letter and affidavit required by Kansas just to make sure I wouldnt have any more issues registering the car. Overall I would definitely consider it a 5-star experience - I got a great deal on a reliable, low mileage car at a dealership that was great to work with.

Have your financing in line before shopping here because little to no help. Manager is not friendly and staff accept for Carlos is rude. These are cash cars with no warranty and the vehicle I bought started giving me alerts a day after leaving the lot. Other than that the cars are nice and clean.

The car was in very good condition and had no major issues; the ones we did point out were taken care of and fixed. The owner definitely has proven he is an honest businessman and also made the financing part a smooth process. I am usually skeptical of smaller dealerships but this place changed my mind and I will definitely be sending people that way!!

We didnt purchase a car for our son but the salesman we came in contact with was very nice and informative on the cars we thought we were looking for. They have a nice selection of cars however we were not looking to finance.We will be going back tomorrow to test drive the cars that they recommended for our teen sons price range. My mechanic did right by me sent me to one of his buddies and this is what I got, a 2012 Chrysler Town and Country and I think the only Bell and whistle it doesnt have is a sunroof. And it was sinfully cheap. Thank you Daniel from spotless Auto for your help and for going the extra mile once I got to my sisters and it wouldnt start. He came out and we figured out that 1/4 of a tank means that the tank is actually empty so he put gas in the tank, he definitely pray to God that that was the problem, and it was.

They are selling cars that needs repairs. People here are so rude - from the sales guy to the sales manager, and the owner.They were trying to trick me showing a reasonable calculation giving me discounts but it actually went back OVER their listing price. The owner went quiet for a second realizing he made a mistake then skipped the calculation while I humbly smiled and said Im leaving. As I stood up and walked away, the owner followed me outside while madly ripping off the paper he used for his wonderful math skills and he keeps on shouting at us. Oh well, thank you for your business.

I still try to figure out what went wrong. Being in the car/truck retail business myself for over 2 decades, and working for big Dealership for many many years, (sorry I sound a kind of arrogant) but I do know how the business works and know how to successful satisfy customers, but my experience with Spottles Auto LLC was very disappointing and frustrating. We were in contact with Daniel regards a Ford E450 bus. Asked him 1 WEEK IN ADVANCE about any issues that I should be aware of before coming to San Antonio (over 3.5 hours drive) he stated multiple times that everything is good to go. Specific question on A/C system, body, engine and tires and or other known issues were answered with all is good . Than we arrived on a Saturday, (gave him status updates on our ETA) exited as were, to find out that the the bus had not been cleaned at all on inside. Dont get me wrong, I know Im looking at a used vehicle and expect some minor issues, but if my specific questions were answered with All good than thats what I can expect. The A/C in front and rear not working at all. Apparently the compressor defect, ( I noticed they worked on it that day since the charge port caps still placed on the grill and not reinstalled) the windshield all the way cracked, also on driver side. (will not pass inspection and needs to be replaced) The bus is pulling strong to the left when just slightly applying the brakes. (big safety issue) Front tires far below DOT regulations. Confronting Daniel, he said he didnt know about A/C until that morning and offered me to send compressor to my house to install it myself! Really?? Caught him in lying to me in a couple other question I asked him. I found ourselves (me and my wife) in a very unprofessional situation (from Daniel). He knew we were coming 1 week prior, so time enough to make this bus at least presentable and to ensure all system are in relative good working condition. At least the ones I specifically asked for several time a week prior. Upon my question why he didnt inform us about these issues he did get a kind of offensive. He had no reason at all, All he said is that he had no idea about the bus issues and has no service people to take care of it. Please give me a break, as a sales person advertising this vehicle, you should know every detail. Give the customer the feeling you know what you talking about. Be honest with him from the beginning. Daniel failed in every aspect. Than he said he can make me a deal! I told him that there is no deal at all and IF, I would not offer him more than $6.000 for this bus in current state. He said OK. Really??? From $14.950 suddenly halfway agreeing to $6.000, that showed me enough. Dishonesty, lying and no interest in customer satisfaction that day. We left very disappointed and very frustrated. Since most of the reviews here are showing yall have good experiences. I learned my lesson with Spottles Auto LLC and Daniel and will avoid any future purchases at this Dealership

Communication was excellent. Have good variety and really good prices for the kind of vehicles they dealt with. Got my 09 Camry Hybrid loaded with a mere 139k miles for a really good price; They werent pushy or fake whatsoever (common practice today in every dealership) and the manager worked out a little discount for bringing my own financing. Avoid this place! Came to check a couple of their SUVs one of them 03 Mitsubishi Montero, Car died few miles down the road while in test drive transmission blew up!...and I was told car is in tip-top shape then called few days earlier! Their excuse was that car is 17yo...jokers
