I purchased a Charger from Kelley in January. I was told, after 3 interviews, everything was fine. 5 weeks later the oil pump failed. I took the car into Kelley for service. They said the financing failed and they were keeping the car. The financing only failed after the car was being taken in for service. I asked to speak with the salesman who sold me the car. Conveniently, he no longer works there. The manager said, “We only sell cars” and referred me to financing department. Financing said that financing failed due to my responses during the interviews. I was told all was good. Financing said based on my income alone, I qualify. It took 6 weeks for Kelley to contact me that there was a problem. I asked for a copy of the contract. Since the financing failed, they destroyed the contract. Fortunately I had made a copy. Financing told me several excuses that don’t make sense including the driver being under age. I found the financing department to be incompetent and failed to give me realistic expectations of purchasing this car. Kelley refused to refund the $3500 down payment stating that it could be used toward the car if alternate financing is acquired. A week later, the car is up for sale again and oil pump is working. There are no provisions in the contract allowing Kelley to keep the down payment based on the interview or financing. They don’t “just sell cars”, they confiscate them and resell them. This is a scam and Kelley refuses to refund the deposit though they have no legal right to. I would not recommend them since I have neither car nor the down payment.

Decent folks running the joint. Sales persons were not all up on ya. (Tho helpfull) Fair amount of used cars a little on the high price range for nice but greatly overpriced. They may deal with credit rebuiling leading to the higher cost.

This dealership is a fraud filled company. We purchased a Yukon. They openly disclosed a minor fender bender and stated they replaced a bumper only. This was reflected on the Carfax. This was 100% false. After purchasing we took it to be ceramic coated where we found the entire back 1/3 of the vehicle had been removed and welded back on another part of another vehicle. Upon additional inspections by multiple dealers, extensive damage was done to thus vehicle including bent rods, mounts, and frame. This occurred and was not reported by Kelley Autoplex. They had the work done under the table for a friend and then sold it after telling us ALL vehicles go thru full inspections prior to sale.Kelley also told us the manufacturer warranty was still valid and we were informed today that it is voided because they failed to report an accident and had work completed that was not authorized and this vehicle should have been totaled out.Do NOT buy from this Company and if you have further questions or similar experience, CONTACT me as we can help direct you to the same resources we are using to pursue this dealer.

So I had been looking for a specific vehicle and came across one via cargurus.com that was located at Kelley Autoplex. I called the dealer to make sure the car was still available and they said it was and when we drove up, it was parked out front. After a brief introduction, and the convenient mentioning that another guy was also calling asking about the exact same car recently, we proceeded to take the car out for a quick drive around the block. In retrospect, that shouldve been a red flag. Whenever a salesman mentions that someone else is looking at the same vehicle or was just in today to check it out, it feels like an idle threat that the car Im looking at is going to be sold to someone else if I dont buy it right then and there. Im not there to be threatened, I understand theyre there to make a sale, but honesty goes a long way. I inquired as to the price, even though I had already seen the listed price online for the vehicle on their website. It was listed online for around 16,999.00. The salesman came back to me with a paper that said the price was just over 24,000.00 with financing. So I brought up their website on my phone and showed it to the salesman, he then went to talk to another gentleman in another office behind a desk. Being that the area we were in was rather small, we could overhear the conversation. The gentleman behind the desk told the salesman that the online price is the cash price, not the financing price. I if was looking to spend 24k, I could literally buy a brand new vehicle not a 5yr old used one. So after hearing that, I was pretty much over it. Im guessing the gentleman behind the desk was maybe the manager or the financing guy? We werent properly introduced, the only reason he even came out to speak to me directly was because he knew that I was about to leave. No where on their website does it indicate that the price shown is for cash only purchases. It was simply a tactic used to get people on the lot. I dont know how many people actually fall for the price gouging tactics they pull here but....potential buyer, beware.

Even when my credit was low they helped me get into an amazing convertible Chevy camaro ! When ever I decide to sell or trade my current car I am definitely buying my fourth one from Kelley autoplex ! I recommend to any and everybody !

A complete waste of time. They advertise credit doesnt matter and etc but it definitely does for them. Spent my whole day here and was told to come back for GUARANTEED approval. Wasnt approved for a car the following monday I wanted but was for a 2010 Toyato (car note was still gonna be 250+ according to Dudley) I said no. I was denied cause of a credit card on my credit. Did 2 different credit checks after leaving and only thing that popped up are my student loans (which they said they didnt even see). A COMPLETE waste of time. However the only positive thing i can name is i got my deposit back.Edit: now they’re saying my income was the problem when I make 2k+ a month with NO BILLS (as im in college) and while at the dealership they said I made enough.

Messaged Dudley ahead of time explaining my exact situation clearly telling him I didn’t want anybody’s time to be wasted. He insisted on going down to the lot assuring he could help. 2 hours in while waiting for the application to process he went to help someone else which I didn’t mind since we were sitting there doing nothing but then someone else there came to pretty much tell us we were denied. Spent another hour going over options and in the end was told to wait until the next day since it was late to try and get approved at one other place. Next day over the phone he asked me to bring some more docs in which I clearly asked “so we’re approved” and he said YES. Right before I was about to pay for a ride back over there someone else from the lot calls and pretty much said we were denied. They were gonna try to work some more things out and call me back. Never received a call and when my call was returned Dudley seemed like he wasn’t aware that he was supposed to provide me with an update. Mind you my car broke down which is why I was looking, I had to pay for the ride there and back and almost went again the next day after being told I was approved and missed 2 days of work. In the end he offered us a different vehicle but when I told him I was going to work on the reason we were denied all I got back was a thumbs up emoji. It doesn’t make since as far as the explanation as to why we were denied that we could still get in to another vehicle and honestly after my wasted stressful weekend i messaged him and he told me they were closed I never got another message or call from them. I appreciate the fact that they were friendly and trying to help but he needs to not be afraid to tell it like it is and stop beating around the bush. It could’ve saved us all some time. Seemed like he pushed it off on the other workers there to give us the bad news and once he knew we weren’t going to get the car his whole personality changed. He went from being friendly and maybe even a little caring to just another car salesman.

Bought a car...paid cash...charged over the listed price claiming repair work....never presented receipts..repairs claimed to have been done were not (verified by independent mechanic) these guys are out and out liars.... I just really wanted the car it is a rare one and would have paid even more for it...ended up spending almost 5 grand on it to get it where it needed to be...but like I said....LIARS

They claim everywhere online, the sign on the store, and even on the stickers on all of their cars we finance or buy-here, pay-here but when asked, they say we stopped doing buy-here, pay-here about three months ago. Its seemingly just a trick they use to get people to come in and waste their time. They really just want to sell something cash or through a bank is the impression I got. They are shadier than a giant oak tree. I wish I hadnt even wasted my time going there.

Gave me a great deal on my car, but my rear bumper started coming off the same day I left the lot. But, they at least replaced the balding tires. I called them right away about my bumper, and they said they would help to get it fixed. I sent the pictures when they asked for them, but its been radio silence since then. This was almost a month ago. I had to temporarily fix it myself with packing tape. Ive called several times, but they never call me back. Not only that, but one of the guys they let answer the phone is very rude and cut me off several times when I was trying to speak. Thanks for the amazing deal, but its hard to recommend them based on customer service alone.

Horrible experience! They just took advantage since I was a first time buyer...I got a toyota FJ cruiser from them and they got me a bank with super super high interest they didnt even explain and once I drove off with the truck all the lights starting coming on I got this truck about a year ago and still having issues with it. Ive put soooo much money into that truck already, make sure that if you go take a mechanic with you. Now Im stuck with a truck that has a super high payment, I guess it was my fault I shouldve just gone straight to Toyota probably wouldnt have given so much down too!!!!!!

I was shopping for a car and was recommended to Kelley Autoplex. Big Steve is the person who pointed the way for me. I wasnt able to get into my first choice vehicle but I did drive away with my second choice. The staff was fun, and willing to work with me based on my needs. They did not have to, but they did and Im grateful for it. My only concern is my car is making a loud rattle so Ill be taking it in to be checked. I need my car to last like most people. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone! I can only speak for myself, but they have been dishonest start to finish. I had been looking for a specific vehicle and found it at their dealership. Because I wasn’t in town to see it person Hector blew me off. I eventually decided to buy the car anyway. I wasn’t going be there to take delivery of the car, so I flew someone there to get it on Fri. I had scheduled a mechanic to do inspection before picking up the car Fri. and also, called my bank to transfer funds on Fri. I asked Stephanie to send me pics of the top down. She then tells me we need to talk. Wow! The day before everything was final, I find out the driver seat and convertible top doesn’t work. I was highly upset. Who buys a convertible that the top doesn’t work. I asked to speak to manager or owner. I was referred to Jose who is a finance manager who needs to learn customer service skills. He says he can get in the shop and I can pick it up Sat. or Mon. Then that can’t be done. Then Chase calls me and tires to solve the situation. Through the conversation with Chase, he tells me they had been working on this issue. So why was it ready for sale? As a dealer you buy a car fix it, then make it ready, then sell it. Not advertise and fix later. Or have the decency to let the customer know. Which I may have been cool with. I still bought the car fixed it myself and am satisfied with it. As for them learned my lesson. Also, what a coincidence that the reviews are written by family (probably friends too). That’s probably the only way to get 5-stars. Actions speak louder than words.

We worked with Rob and got a good deal for our family vehicle 2005 Dodge Durango SLT. We were showed the car fax report and the deal was quick and easy. We drove the vehicle to SPID over the weekend and we didn’t have an issue and it drove smooth. We will probably come here to buy another vehicle in two years time for our son.

Overall experience was horrible. Especially some fat white old man argueing with me like of he was 12 years old about pricing of the a vehicle. Little did they know that I was willing to put money down to lower the payment. They lost my business because of him and now they have a bad review too.

These guys are awesome . I picked out a car and was out of there fast!! And gave me a great deal!!! Awesome!!
