These guys do good work!

They have pretty good deals on everything and they were very helpful. but when it comes to getting back to their customers to set up an appointment to get everything installed NOPE. It has already been a week and still no call back. I had high hopes for this place but seems like I will take my business elsewhere. Good thing I didnt pay for my items in advance like they wanted me to cause then Id be out $500.

I like the place it was ok just got to stay a little bit longer.

My boyfriend took his vehicle there had no issues and was told they would make sure stereo was hooked up right. He got his vehicle and just the putting the amp and box was done. He left and apparently the way the technician placed the power cord blew the fuse to the amp fuse by the battery. Now he’s having all these issues which he never had. He keeps calling and no one answers and he evens texted and nothing. This business doesn’t care about the quality of job and just wants to get paid. I tell people not to even go with them and find someone else.

This place is great and the people are honest and knowledgeable. I went to 2 other places before I came here. They were the most professional and they had the best prices for the same quality products that the other places had and some of the same products exactly with a better price. They gave me 3 quotes for what I wanted which was basic or great and for the best. I went with great and it was way more then what I was expecting. They did the job quick and same day and I could not be happier. I’m bad with names but the Hispanic guy with the tattoo sleeves was amazing and did a great job and didn’t waste any of my time and was straight to the point. If your far from here it’s worth the drive to save some cash cuz this place was almost 400$ less then the first place I went too and 300$ less then the 2nd place I checked out before coming here.

Removed Pioneer to brand new blu tooth JVC all for 250$. Under a hour. lady at counter was so friendly. Been there 3 times will come back

Not Proffesional....they forgot 2nd alarm that came with new alarm purchase...yet they had others for sale...wanted us to come back following week to get another ...Had to back and just say No we want other alarm now....They broke certain parts of ash tray and rest...Didnt call to tell us vehicle was ready we had to call and drive by...

They didnt have the radio in stock I was going to buy so instead they upgraded me to a more expensive radio at the same price. I was extremely satisfied with their prices and service work. Mike did our install work and it was totoo notch. We will definitely be coming back again. Thanks Mike and thanks Texas Sounds!

I actually had a great experience here staff friendly & great Service. I actually know they are under New Management & I have a nice ride~ I trusted them to take care of my ride & they did my wiring right they Installed a good, Radio with Navigation/ Kenwood it works properly & the speakers bump, also I had new lights Installed & I can now see the road better & had a reverse camera put in. I feel better using my ride & I was very pleased & with a great payment plan. I think you have to experience a place yourself before you go with old bad ratings & peoples word. Sometimes its not always the truth I would recommend this place 💯% Thanks Texas Sounds...

They lied to me.. got an 02 Tahoe.. did all the work myself but with black tape and even had my own stereo kit.. got it to work but had no sound.. took it to them and they gave me some story that I needed some module or something to by pass the amp that would cost 95$.. well paid like 135$$ for all the work.. they told me they would take the black tape I used and do everything professionally.. well a year later I decide to change my stereo.. took it out.. still had the black tape I used plus there was no module or anything.. just a wire that I had missed that they could of just told me just to do.. so I paid 135$ for them to hook up one wire to get the sound.. will never go back there again!

I came at 3pm and waited 30 minutes for someone to show up and nobody came and online says open closes at 10! Call number nobody answer and you cant even leave a VM! I also seen 5 different vehicles come and leave how can you expect to make money or have a good rating when customers cant get in touch with you guys and have to hope your here when we show up!

John the manager was real friendly, I applied online and wasnt approved right away. So he called the financing place and was approved within minutes. Left my truck there, I came back in 2 hrs and it was ready for me just in time..... Great customer service here!

I paid 800 for them to install a stereo, my own amps and subwoofer. Was told 4-5 hours, then the owner asked me to give him 10.00 to get a ride home. End of day, I call, they say yeah, almost done. I get a ride over. End of day, not done, Barely started, paid another worker 30.00 for a ride home. Next day, told an hour to an hour and a half. I get there. Not even close. One amp laying in trunk, other laying on front floor. Roll bar taken off for some reason. Ended up leaving with my car in pieces. Literally, in pieces.If you have money to throw away, please, dont go to Texas Sound, stop by the church and donate it and ask the Lord to get it installed, you will have much better results.

Had locked my keys in car my alarm set of when locksmith opened my car then it wouldnt start call Texas sounds and told me to tow my car to there place and they could get it disarmed they would charge me $40 to do this but the tow would be to much so for $60 they came out turn out my starter was unplugged but the guy fixed it and got. back on the road I was happy.

The guys are really great, there customer service is great too and when they say to be at so time they were ready to take my truck in and they were fast to install my car alarm system

Left my car here to have an alarm installed. Was told to be back 2 hrs later, came back and they had not even started. Came back 4 hrs after that and still had not started. Im sitting here waiting 8.5 hrs after it was dropped off and they are finally working on it. I understand things happen, but the customer should not have to deal with the issues. I would have gladly went elsewhere if I knew it would be this long.

Bad service, didn’t do their job, and know I have to pay someone else to repair it. They make you pay before but don’t give any warranty on their labor.

Ok. Had to remove tint and place new new tint. Good finished job,but left a small mess and some little scratches that are obviously from razor blade used to remove old tint. Luckily was an older car. Prices are fair.

I thought Texas Sounds was going to take care of me but I was wrong if u want anything to do with stereos shop around because they dont give you your money bak just in store credit and they dont even have a large selection very bad experience they have lost my bussiness for good.

I went through the leasing option and it went from 1 thousand to 2 thousand total. And it doesnt even go to credit. This place is a rip off. And I had to go back twice to have em look at my system cause something was wrong.

They have horrible service . they have put in speakers and labor 200$ and made it worse sound . i will never go back or recommend. I went February 2015

Went up in price from 3 months ago.Poor Judgement employee person saying different price from owner.

Don’t ever buy from here they will charge you for higher end and give you some knock off.i bought speakers and they didn’t even last 2 months stay away from her, and they will even charge you to look at it and when they do they will just hide the problem I wish I never even came here .

Good service

Took over 6 hours even after putting in a appointment for my car. Supposedly had ran out of film so it took longer. When I arrived to check what was going on after working hours my car was last to be worked on. It was passed 8 so it was too dark to see if any mistakes were made in that long process. Called when they open up to tell them what was going on. Was not empathetic to the situation. Was rushed off the phone being told that it wouldnt be till a couple of days to get it fixed even though I still had receipt. I had bubbles on one window and on the other they didnt cut the tint to fit the back window correctly. Was very suspicious to me to why my car was there for that long to begin with even after being told it would only take 2 hours the day before I took it in. I will not be going there again and definitely would NOT recommend to anyone.
