Terrible alarm install job.I brought my 07 Honda Pilot here in late 2019 to install a Prestige remote start and alarm. My factory sensor wasn’t working and I could remotely unlock the doors so I figured this was a good solution. Unprofessional service - the main guy was gone to Mexico or something so his employees did the transaction. Got a quote slip but no receipt and no documentation. I came to pick up the car after several hours when they said it was ready. Three guys were just standing around and I asked them to show me that all features worked. They did the test to show me and the alarm wouldn’t work and doors didn’t unlock. They all started tearing the panels apart again and did a patch wiring job and showed me it worked. Later I get home and the wiring panel wasn’t out into place - screws were on the floor and there was a mess of wires under the dash. Later I find my battery dying constantly and then the alarm triggered way too easily. I had to turn off the factory alarm and Prestige alarm separately and the remote start was intermittent.In 2020 I couldn’t get a hold of anyone with the company and I had no receipt for the install anyway. Finally I removed the leads for the Prestige siren, and replaced my battery. The doors wouldn’t unlock and the siren wouldn’t turn off. Had to remove the horn relay from my car to stop the noise - starting the car didn’t stop the alarm.Finally stopped driving the car since I work from home. I took it to another alarm dealer this week to remove and replace the system with something else - they said it’s taking awhile to fixed because the wiring was such a mess. I can never recommend this place to anyone - even if they are still in business.

Went here because of a recommendation from a Friend. Line has been busy since 10a.m. Saw an employee, I think, waiting for someone to come to open shop. Waited 30 minutes, no one showed, still calling at 215 p.m. Still no answer. How do people run a business this way? And you wonder why you are not making a profit. Seriously, get your act together, or youre going to be shutting your doors permanently.

Went in for a new windshield they broke all the clips ... they said it was like that I know my truck very well would never recommend for auto glass installation....
