Came in for a cracked iPhone screen and they were able to come through in a timely manner! Screen was fixed within an hour, which gives you time to take care of an errands or go grab a bite to eat. I had a laptop that was old AND the dog had chewed the charging cord, so I took it in! They were able to (in just 2 days) to order a new charger, battery, and update my hard drive!!!!! Its BETTER THAN a brand new computer and has all the updates already installed! Plus, they were able to access ALL my old files (they had to do incription and decoding to access it all but I got it allback!!!!!). They did such an amazing job!!! Not only did they provide a brand new computer without the cost of me having to go purchase a new one but also it runs better than a new computer AND they installed all the system software that needed to be updated as well as provided a file for all my saved documents to access!!!!!!!!! This place was awesome, my screen was completely busted (and the glass on the back), and I knew I wanted to fix the screen but wasn’t sure if the back glass was worth it. Im never the first to write negative reviewsDidnt really have issues with Andrew. Good guy. Was pretty much guaranteed they could back up my phone (phone had minor damage) said ok agreed on price. To no surprise they couldnt complete the job. No big deal. Returned to store to pick up (minor) broken phone. The guy that handed me the (minor) broken device dropped it and completely shattered the back of the phone, his reply was give me a minute so I can glue it back didnt even apologize for making it (much worse then before)

You can very easily get taken advantage of by places that fix phone screens, so it’s such a relief to find a business that has your needs at the top of its priorities! I haven’t encountered a business that works with you on a one on one basis like them in awhile! If you’re needing a phone fix of any kind it has to be Medicell.

What a great small business! Andrew the owner actually cares about his customers. I have had work done here on a phone and a tablet. Both came back looking like new. He was very transparent on what he was going to do and how important each device played in my life. Any crack or nick and I bring them back and he replaces them for free. Im so glad I stopped by this place after looking online for a cell phone repair shops because I did not want to buy a new cell phone. My iphone charging port was not consistently holding the charging cord or my earphones in the port and I would have to wiggle it to find the right point where it would stay. Their reputation precedes them with providing exceptional and friendly service, which is hard to find around town. I went in asking for a quote to replace the charging port, but they immediately suggested they could try to make some adjustments at a lesser cost and if it didnt work, then they could replace it and I would only pay the difference. Most companies would have just taken a customers money for the service requested, but not them. Additionally, they provided a one year warranty on their adjustments/ workmanship, which is amazing IMHO. Ill definitely go back to them if I have any other issues and recommend them to my family and friends.

Yet the price was to fix the phone was too high for what the phone was worth. So I ended up buying a phone from him for a great price. Again amazing service and quick time. The quick and dirty- Easy to find. Reserved customer parking. Neat & tidy shop. Knowledgeable staff. Great owner.I found Medicell through a quick google search. I emailed them for a quote on replacing the home button on my iPhone 6. They responded within a few hours with a price. Which comparable to the $300 Apple quoted me for the same repair, Medicell had a deal that fit my budget as a student. The only downside to this 3rd party post-production repair is that the fingerprint function would no longer work. I knew this going in and they also reminded me before they did the repair. For a working button it was worth the price.A couple days after I received the quote, I called them up to make sure they had the part I needed and that they had time that day to replace it. They said it would take them about 15-20 minutes (I found this really convenient compared to a previous repair I had done a couple years ago at a different location, where they wanted me to drop my phone off and come back in a couple hours...). I showed up and after a diagnostic the owner suggested getting my screen replaced as well (there was a chunk of glass missing in the top right corner and a few cracks through the top portion of the screen). He made me an offer I couldnt resist!I appreciate the quick handy work and the honest and upfront personality of the owner (sorry I didnt get a name!). I would definitely recommend them for your cell phone repairs- especially when buying a new phone is not an option! I just needed a phone that worked properly and I am happy with their services!My only concern is that the home button doesnt seem to work when the screen has timed out for a period of time. Once the screen is illuminated the home button works fine for unlocking, returning to the main screen and switching between apps. There is also a warranty that comes with the repair (not insurance, as I was reminded) for I believe a year- no need to keep your receipt- when they check you in they will save your information.

By far one of the most honest cell phone repair shops around. I was about to spend a couple hundred dollars and the owner found out I had apple care insurance which was on $29 deductible so he let me know and suggested I go that route. I can not express how amazing the entire staff is here at Medicell. Came in for a faulty ps4 pro, not only did they call and update me and ask permission to do whatever they could to revive my system but when three weeks after I got it back and it began acting up through no fault of their of own they asked if they could fix it for free! Honestly the best customer service I have ever had in any place. I had broken my phones screen and lcd a day right after its insurance had ran out and they took it in the morning and had it fixed and returned back to me in the same day!
