When I first contacted Motorola on 5-30-18 they said they would send me a new phone because they sent back a phone with same problems it had. I sent for what the techs said was manufacture defects and it came back the same. The next day I called and asked when I would get new phone they said they would have to have FedEx approve a claim on it because it was received with a cracked screen. I waited over a week to get a answer from them about this on one day no one could do anything because the guy that was working on this was out sick. It was mailed in bag. One of there employees admitted it could have been dropped in their warehouse but when FedEx denied claim. No they went back on what I was I told now I have to pay $75 for crack screen even though retail price of is $135 thats over half the price. This is my sisters phone she does not live with me she has 4 kids it took a little bit of time to let me know it was still not working and we needed to send it back. That is the only reason she gave me as to not waving fee. When it came that way I was told I be getting a new one on 5-30-18 after they sent phone back with no repairs done to it.
