Please whatever you do never use this phone shop I had a screen replaced and the back glass replaced everything on the phone function and now I get my phone back now my face ID will not work anymore and he says that he can’t do anything about it even though he messed up my phone he refuses to pay to repair it or to fix the problem so if you’re looking for a phone please do not use these guys they are a waste of money charge me over $200 did mess up my phone even worse than it already was

My friend needed a ride to the liquor store, while I was waiting I noticed this phone shop. I had just dropped my phone last night, and needed a screen protector. I came in thinking he wouldnt be able to help me because I have an S8. He had a screen protector for me, and even put it on and put me at ease that its still perfectly functional. He saw me looking at other boost phones and he didnt try to push getting a new screen, or phone. He was kind enough to explain upgrades to me, which no one at any boost store took the time to do. I was completely unaware of that as being an option! Ill be back when its time for me to upgrade :) great selection of phones. Thank you!!

Let me start off my saying that I never write any reviews and take my word for it when I tell you PLEASE DO NOT take your phone to get repaired here. I went because I was having problems with my phone screen not working and he diagnosed it as needing a new screen and said it would be $65.00. I paid him and before I could even get home, the screen was once again, not working. I went back the next day and he took it to the back for 10 mins and said well you probably need a new phone. Really?? because just last night before you closed you were pretty convinced it was my screen. Clearly he either doesnt know how to properly diagnose a phone or just wanted my money. My screen is popping out too so I dont think that they use authentic parts or he didnt do it right. My phones appearance is in bad shape too. When I took it in there was nothing wrong with my phones appearance of the screen, only tempered glass. Clearly this is all my fault because I got impatient, was vulnerable because i desperately needed a working phone to get in touch with my kids and didnt seek other quotes, so Im just trying to save anybody who reads this time, money and stress. If you are needing to get your phone repaired, start by going to your cell phone provider or the apple store, they at least will be honest with you and arent just going to take your money and say tough.

The owner fixed my iPhone 6s screen in about 30 minutes and did a great job. He also did it for a much cheaper price than anywhere else I called. Later, when there was an issue with the Touch ID I took it in and he fixed it free of charge. I would recommend this company and service.

Tried to get my screen replaced at the Apple store and they couldn’t tell me when I’d be able to get in. Tried to make an appointment at Best Buy and it would’ve been two and a half weeks. Came here and had it fixed in less than an hour.

I was having troubles using my apple Id on my iPhone 7 Plus. For some reason i wasnt able to add my apple id on the phone as i had ran out of adding three free apple id options on my phone. These people helped me recover my apple id. Even tho it took them a while to do that but they remained patient and helped me a great deal. I didnt lost my pictures or anything all thanks to Phone Repair Shop.

Bought an iPhone charger and within two weeks went back to store to replace they said you cant go to Walmart and exchange. I said yes you can. He said well we dont do that! Bad customer service! I will never go back to them nor refer someone else to them!
