This store sold a care plan that included screen protector replacement up to 3x over the life of the phone. Store now claims to be “under new management” and unable to honor the screen replacement. Regardless of the reason for their failure to honor the contract, it’s very distasteful.Do I really need a free screen protector? No. But for the cost of a screen protector this store loses another customer.

Not enough people working. Expect to wait. However when they get to you they are awesome. Isak is very calming and nice. I was angry because I needed to wait over an hour. Originally went in because I was having issues activating a phone. I try to avoid going in store at all costs. Julian made this trip not so terrible; a friendly face with excellent customer service skills. Julian also had a bit of trouble activating my phone, but was able to handle it in a professional manner and troubleshoot to get my “issue” resolved. Went yesterday to get my phone turned back on and unfortunately didn’t work but went for the upgrade instead. Definitely worth it because the iPhone 11 was better than my iPhone X. Not only that the service was really good, I was helped when I walked in and I was given options so I could make the choice on what I wanted to do. Julian definitely helped out a lot and I would come again if I ever need help again.

The information that was provided at the store wasn’t right I was under the impression the 99.99 dollars was going g towards my first bill but when I call back the store and spoke with Elan he swear he told me he explain the information but anyways that was an easy commission for him, never again... I paid $202.00 to start new service I was approved with no deposit like I said he had it easy that was my fault😭😭😭

Elan was awesome! I walked in at 7:30 PM with a broken phone. He had to finish tending to another customer and he was the only one working at the store. By the time he finished up with the other customer, the store was “closed” but he STILL gave me top notch service even after it being “after hours” by the time we finished up the transaction. Our representatives was extremely personable and so easy to work with. Not only did he offer a solution to the immediate issue, he also went through and reviewed our account overall letting us know we had other options that would enhance our service overall while saving us money. Lastly, and perhaps the absolute most impressive of all was when we were discussing a HUM for our teenage daughter. Unfortunately the only one in stock at that particular store was the display device. While it wouldnt have necessarily been a huge deal for us to return the following day to pick it up, he offered to meet us at a location much closer to our home so that it would be much more convenient for us which was extremely thoughtful and impressive. However, on our way out the owner of that particular store pulled up with the device. He had driven from another store simply to drop of what we needed so that we wouldnt be inconvenienced. The customer service was far beyond what we could have expected and much appreciated. Although it isnt the closest Verizon store to our home it is now the only one we will be working with.

To anyone thinking of doing business with this location, do not take their word on anything. I will no longer do business with this location. We went in on Black Friday 2018 to purchase the Note 9. We were offered 2 tablets with 1 free year of service with the option to cancel service after the 1st year as a Black Friday special. Well, it turns out this was a lie. We were placed on a 2 year contract. Free is now costing me $40 a month! To top it off, the tablets dont even work anymore. Weve made several attempts to correct this matter at this store with no success. Verizon wireless will not help us either because they tell us this matter is between us and the store, which is extremely disappointing. Youve been warned. This is the type of service youll receive!

I was going on 3 days of being stranded at home with a frozen, possessed by some evil version of Siri, iPhone. After exhausting all the options available to my case with Apple & Verizon online services, bless their hearts, I ventured out to get lost and finally come across this store. Sayon, BRILLIANT gentleman, got my phone back to its better, sane self. It’s as if he was a Priest or what not cause my phone, Siri, are no longer possessed. All in like 5 MINUTES. Almost asked for a baptism. Thanks a million. Now you know people, possessed devices giving you trouble, come on down to this Verizon store. Sayon’s got your back.
