My phone fell today and my screen shattered fully. I was extremely concerned on how I would have fixed it and at what cost. After I called around and inquired on coverage someone recommended wireless point at Ingram mall. I was very apprehensive; once I got in there I was reassured that it could be repaired swiftly and at an affordable price. I am truly satisfied with the service I received and the additional protection recommended all under less the cost of an alternate source.

Dont go to this place they just want your money. They replace all parts with really cheap parts. They have a 30 day warranty, but they will give you the run and say they will call you. Always check you phone or tablet before you leave the store or the counter because they have three different location at Ingram mall. So I dont recommend this place at all ...I repeat dont come to this place not unless you want to waste your money.. the parts are so cheap it will break in a day or two.And the people that put a good review know this people personally.

Long story Short Spent over $300 To have a phone fixed and unblocked with a new case.Not even 2 weeks and the screens (Front & Back) are breaking again. I took phone back twice so they could repair and twice they said No, Cant fix Physical Damage.I asked for the employee who originally replaced screens at time of service; He told Me and my Son that The small irregularities on his S8 would Settle later. But Now He Magically Dont work there anymore.... the Other Employee who was there during transaction and who verified the side bump we all felt would be Good and settle and to return if anything happens is still there. & as stated from previous comments will not Budge to correct or refund, unless I paid more money At a Discounted Fix rateWe only went there because of the reference from our Carriers location.》》Save yourself a Headache 》》》》and Money go elsewhere.》》

The screen replacements break so much faster, and more expensive than they should be. I went for a second time, and my Touch ID doesn’t work anymore. And I don’t want to take it back to be messed up more by then, at this point..

Great place!A few weeks ago my dad had dropped his phone and asked me if I knew where to fix it. I had fixed my iPhone 5c at wireless point months ago and it has never had problems since. Since I liked the service the first time, I thought Id try it again. Took in my dads iPhone 6 and they had it done in 20 minutes! Still no problems, everything looks great and works great! Also they have great screen protectors that the employees can put on the phone. Overall great experiences with this business. My cousins phone shattered so we called around finding someone to fix it that is when we saw wireless point we had hope they would do good on her phone they said it will be done a 3:00 pm we left the mall at 4:00 PM they fixed the screen but the lady cracked it so we said that is fine we left the door to our car we tried her phone the volume didnt work so we went back theh said they will fix it and to come back at 6:30 we went back she messed up the phone again she made a black dot appear so they made a deal with the manager to give her a nex phone for 25 dollars so we said ok ag 3:00 but no we have to wait till 4:00 pm

Went to get my iPhone fixed today at wireless point, was in a hurry and the guy fixed it in 10 minutes for a great price! Love the new screen works perfect, i am so happy with the price of it. Definitely recommending to friends and family.

Apple tried to charge me $300 + for a speaker adjusting and possibly a replacement and I thought that was ridiculous; so I began calling around places to get estimates on speaker replacements. Places wanted to charge prices from $75-$100. Lastly I called Wireless Point at Ingram and a lady answered the phone and gave me an estimate that it would cost around $20, I was feeling pretty confident in that and went to Ingram that same day and I was amazed at how well the service was and the quality of the people that worked there. The repair man took a look at the phones speaker and turns out all the phone needed was a good cleaning. I was surprised by this when Apple wanted to replace the whole speaker and charge me over $300 when all it needed was a cleaning . I left my phone with the man and came back in about 20 minutes . The sound quality was good as new, it was perfect. The man was so humble when we thanked him. They were all so nice and honest when they could have easily charged me way more if they wanted to. Very VERY pleased with this business and i would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone. If ever have any trouble with your phone go to Wireless point FIRST before you get charged way more anywhere else.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. Paid $70 for a new iPhone screen and left with the aux input not working. Went back a day later and asked if they could fix what they had obviously broken and the two employees would not budge. No refund was given. They used every excuse in the book as to why this wasn’t their fault but failed to realize that it was in working condition before they got their little grubby hands on my phone. Never again...

I was visiting from Florida and my iphone screen cracked I took it in to them to fix it they were really professional and had really good prices. They fixed it within an hour and I even got a case to make sure my phone doesnt break again. I would recommend this to anyone who has a broken screen on their phone. I even went back again when I got my much better Android device (galaxy note 5) to get a case and they hooked me up. Thanks!

I got my cracked screen replaced here. The first time they fixed it and the screen starting turning different colors. Went to get it fixed a second time and still does the same thing. My screen never turned rainbow and blue colors before they repaired it. My phone is still messed up. They have great prices but dont know what theyre doing. I would not get my phone fixed here again or ever !!

Went to repair my LCD screen and the job was badly done. Screen was not properly put on as it was lifted, there was a scratch on the screen and you could see tape sticking out from it as well as a wire and my finger scanner suddenly didnt work. Went back the next day and they refused to fix my scanner after I talked to the manager he was very rude and also refused to fix the scanner only did the screen. They went to fix the screen and supposedly secured it down but the next day the screen was lifting up again after minimal use. Dont waste your time here horrible repairs, youll have better luck spending a bit more elsewhere.

HORRIBLE customer service.I need my phone to be fixed and they said it would be no problem. All they have to do is order a part. It has been two weeks and they have NOT called. They could have at least called and told me that it hasnt arrived, or something out of respect for the customer. I have tried calling time and time again and they cant even answer the phone. Rude employees and seems like they are not even trained to work there.

If I could give zero stars I would. These guys are hiring techs that say they know what their doing but they dont. The better business bureau should look into these guys. My phone does not work be cause of threse guys.

My mom took my daughters brand new iPod touch, bought 1/4/18(I have receipt of purchase), in on 1/22/18 for a screen replacement. There were no other issues with it. It turned on, screen & everything worked fine, no major scratches & both front & back camera worked. Just a cracked screen. On 1/25/18 she gets the call its ready & when she picks it up the front camera doesnt work. So they take it back & said it would be a couple days because they need to order the camera part. Their communication was awful! Throughout the whole month they did not call my mom to give updates, she had to keep calling & checking in. She went back on 2/8/18 & they told her they ordered the wrong camera & had to order the correct one so it would be another couple days. On 2/13/18 when my mom checked in they offered her another used refurbished iPod. She declined the offer as the one she took in was brand new & just needed a screen replacement. On 2/23/18 they told her the camera came in & it should be ready the next day. On 2/26/18 they said the iPod was ready so that same day my step dad went to pick it up & not only was the front camera still broken, there were a ton of scratches & the screen was distorted. They didnt even tell us they didnt fix it they gave us a refund & an iPod in worse shape it was when we dropped it off. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

Absolutely horrible experience. I wanted the back of my Samsung 6 fixed and battery changed, it was done well; however, when they returned it to me, it was discolored/burned on the front screen and the story kept changing. The technician, Johnny, said we had brought the phone in like this, but it wasnt. The customer service was terrible and I got blamed instead. They wanted to charge me more to also get the front fixed which is pretty shady. Dont ever go here unless you want to get ripped off!

I came here to fix a cracked iPad screen. After getting it fixed for $75 plus tax I thought it was a good deal. I took the iPad home and gave it back to my daughter. She loved it for like half a day. After a little while the screen would not respond to and finger swipes. I took it back. They gave me the run around that it should work. They finally fixed it for the second time. Took it home and the same thing. Screen would not respond. I took it back the 3rd time and after a week it did not respond. My family and I went out of town and did not come back till after the warranty expired(which is only 14 days). I tried to take it back and they stated that the warranty was expired and that they could do nothing. So I have an iPad which the screen is fixed but does not respond to touch. Never go to this place. Now my wife hates me because I wasted $75 bucks for nothing.

Cheap price for a cheap screen. Screen broke within a week. They say it’s 14 day warranty on parts they replaced but it only applies to the touch sensor, not the cracking of screen. I had a $1 screen protector on it. That did not break but screen underneath did. First time dropping it since I got it back. They always come to you with “owe we hahve speshel tudae” NO THEY DON’T!! It’s like their pickup line. Annnnd they say “Ef Jue cahm befoh 5 we give you speshel” they just want the money.. Guy told me He’d throw in free case for replacing battery and screen then he said “oh ets not letting me add it your account foh free” really???okay, rant over. Go to A-Rod phone repair.

Recently bought an iPhone 6+ here, great service, they helped me with the price and even repaired my 5s on the spot in under 30 minutes for a reasonable price. Great experience overall except the 6+ was a warranty exchange so it was not boxed, only wrapped.They gave me the EarPods and lightening cable that belonged to the phone and even threw in a free pair of China EarPods when I asked about them. Was all good until I realized both pairs given, were China EarPods, sure no big deal if I can get them replaced. I contacted them and they said theyd fix it for me... (said it was just a mistake in grabbing the wrongs ones) Okay, no big deal.Then I realized the Lightening cable given, was china as well. Basically, al the accessories were knockoffs and crap. I wouldnt normally think much of it ..but from a business point of view, assuming it really was a mistake, thats not too impressive as Chinese chargers and EarPods tend to be garbage quality.Given I live quiet a ways away, coming back down to pick these up is not worth it. I dont think I will be going by to get them, seems kind of cheap all the accessories would be mistaken and China crap be given instead. I would not use Wireless Point again and dont recommend them.

Yes its cheap....at first....yoy will eventually pay more in the long run. You will be back after you notice what new thing they broke they might take the hit for one thing but not when it counts. They are extremely rude I finally gave up leaving their store in tears and with a broken screen when I went for in for a new battery.
