I love working at 210 IT!
Brought in my computer because my AC power source could not be determined therefore my computer would not charge and was stuck at 5% battery life. They were very quick to identify the issue, fixed it right in front of me, and kept me in the loop on what they were doing the whole time. They were very respectful and courteous and definitely much more affordable than I figured theyd be (only paid $20!). All in all I think was only there for 15 minutes and left very satisfied with service I received. I will definitely come here again next time I have any computer issues!
This place will go out of there way for you to insure your satisfied. A little upset with first experience but one of the owners called and offered me a wonderful deal. This company is definitely reliable.
**Updated** I took my PC to the Callaghan location (now closed) in 2015 after the graphics card broke. Jesus, the employee I worked with, was very knowledgeable and answered my questions in an easy to understand way. Jesus talked me into upgrading my system with a better graphics card and a solid state hard drive. I was of a mind to upgrade anyways so it wasnt a tough sell. He wasnt pushy or anything. I think they had my computer just over a week and that was only because the parts had to be ordered. I got it back and it worked great. I had a question about a week later and my phone call was promptly taken and my question answered. They charge a flat fee for work and give a discount for first time customers. I will definitely go back if I ever have another computer problem.September 2016 - I again was having issues with my computer and took it in, this time to the Shavano Oak location, as the Callaghan location shut down. I worked with employee, Chaz. I had to bring the computer in a few times because the first couple times the computer was misdiagnosed/not completely diagnosed and I continued to have problems. The liquid cooling system had broke and leaked onto the graphics card and motherboard, essentially ruining them. Long story short, I ended up upgrading again and bought a new motherboard, graphics card, CPU, RAM and cooling system. I was irritated that I had to bring my computer in three times, but Chaz actually came in on a Saturday to finish up the work and I was only charged the initial flat fee. However, my files werent saved and I lost about 6 months worth of pictures. So, because of all the issues this time around, I dropped my original 5 star review to 4. Mistakes were made, but they went out of their way to fix it, so...I would go there again. The computer has been working great for the last few weeks.
These guys are FANTASTIC! Going to there shop is like going to a friendly mechanic that enjoys talking about cars and the best way to get things done. Thats there best aspect. Our Xbox recently died and it had long been demoted to Netflix machine. Ive had it or an old computer run the TV for years after I cut the cable cord. So being a longtime customer I rang them up and asked them to build me a cheapy machine to run the TV. After troubleshooting a possible Xbox repair they suggested instead I just go buy a Roku or Chromecast. They literally just cut themselves out of $500 worth of business & saved me that money! Now thats someone thats looking out for your best interest! I will keep going back to these guys not just because they build great & cheaper computers but theyre honest and have integrity.
I have taken my pc and my laptop to get repaired. My pc had multiple issues with pop-ups and I could not even use it. They fixed my desktop and it works great now. I decided to take my laptop that was having spyware issues and also was not logging into the WI-FI in my home. I received it today and it is working perfectly. I would recommend MMG to anyone needing computer repairs. Their prices are also very reasonable.
The staff are very helpful and respectful! They really know their stuff!
Use MMG for all your computer problems. Simply the best!
