I have used this place twice to repair my gaming Desktop computer, and their repair service is both responsive, quick, wonderful. They are very kind and very informative. Their repair guy is also very knowledgeable. Last year I had a motherboard die on me (unknown to me of course), and he was able to diagnose and replace that for me. This year was a bit harder to figure out, but he was able to figure it out and fix the issue. I had a faulty processor. I appreciate their services.From drop off to pick up both times, my computer was fixed in just a few days. Thats really amazing considering parts were ordered and shipped. Thats not always doable, but they are very capable and very communicative if something comes up. They sent me photos of the process and explained things as things were happening.The owner is retired Airforce. Thats a bonus in my book. They also offer a military discount.Ive always dropped off my computer, but it looks like they have other convenient services as well. Highly recommend.

The guys here were super helpful. I had forgotten the password to my profile and so I called these guys up and they were able to get it fixed. They told me it would take a few days, but it was finished the same day! They also fixed a problem I had with my computer battery. All was solved and I didn’t lose any data!

I am ao glad I found this place for an issue with my newly built PC. Their turn around for diagnostic is probably one of the fastest out there. Nerds to go is wonderful! My computer has been having problems for some time now, and finally wouldnt start. Its used it to help run a charity and needed to be fixed immediately. Refusing to use a big box service, I turned to NtoG and they came immediately and diagnosed a bad hard drive right there. He took it back to the shop and I picked it up the same day! The techs are extremely knowledgeable, courteous and PROFESSIONAL! The price was reasonable and I will definitely use them again and refer them to friends and family!

Walked in off the street for help with my aging Mac that was slow and decrepit. Tom, helped me out so much, and he was a lot of fun to talk to during the process. He was knowledgeable and personable.I walked out 2.5 hours later with a MUCH FASTER, WORKING COMPUTER! For the most part my Mac just needed some updating that I had neglected, and while it was a little bit of a cost, it was literally a fraction of the cost compared to if I had to go out and buy a new Mac.With how its running now, Tom said it should last another 2-4 years!!! These guys did an awesome job. Our power supply died so we decided to address some issues. It had been over heating too. They helped us with two new fans, a water cooling system, and a new 650 watt power supply. I think they gave us years more life after we thought the motherboard died. Very pleased! Getting into their location is a bit of a pain due to construction and its a bit of a drive for us so I highly recommend the pick up and delivery service.

Bradley was very good about explaining everything and giving us the best advice on how to remedy and prevent future failures. We now have a proper server and they were able to save our data. I took a slow laptop in to them late in the afternoon and got it back the next morning with a new SSD. No lost data. Outstanding service that was very reasonably priced.

I felt very confident that my computer problems would be fixed and they were. The repair person was polite and knowledgeable. When he was through, he asked if I had any questions or needed more information. He was very thorough. He called ahead when getting near my location, which I like. I highly recommend this company which I found by going to the Better Business Bureau site.

Had 4 days of no computer which was a real hassle. Checked out the :was just so helpful, apologized to me for holding so long. She had a wonderful personality especially at 9:10 am and on a Monday morning no less....Alex called, came early, and what a good teaching experience that was. Not only why my computer had the problem with some education on this, but also what my computer already had. He fixed everything for me, asked me what I did or didnt want, and I watched as he worked the screens. I mentioned to him I wanted to be able to print off my cell using the same printer as with my laptop. It didnt take him long at all and it was done, then he showed me how to use the app on my cell..Alex was so personable, patient with someone my age (79), which helps tremendously. I just received computer help to all my questions from a very knowledgeable, friendly Nerd, Alex Trevino. I am so relieved of my frustration and ineptness of things that were happening on the computer. Alex answered all my questions, but more so, took it slow and allowed me to write everything down step by step. Im a very visual learner and need to follow directions repeatedly before Im able to do it. Alex took the time to show me everything I asked. He also fixed various problems I was having with pop-ups and ads, printer problems and downloading problems. I called today for an appointment, and Alex came over today! No waiting!! We called Nerds To Go with a networking problem in our small business. They scheduled and appointment for the next morning. The tech called about 2 hours ahead of schedule (a very good thing) and came right over. Brad was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The problem was diagnosed and promptly taken care of. It was apparently caused by one of the wonderful Microsoft updates. Our tech person, Brad was very efficient, diagnosed several issues very quickly and got started immediately. He explained what he was going to be doing as well as several key recommendations.

Had a small laptop that someone somehow messed up the Windows installation beyond recognition. Nerds to Go was able to get through the scrambled Windows security and install the current level of Windows. Now I dont have to buy a new laptop.
