Fully stocked store, top notch condition, found what we needed. Clerks helpful.Great service-well mannered. I would suggest placing large planters or decorations outside, seems bare. We will be back.

Had a wonderful experience today at Office Depot off Bandera. I had some prints made of a water color portrait of my son, who passed away. Kenny was absolutely amazing. Very compassionate and I really appreciate the excellent service and experience. Thank you so much!

Very disappointed. I sent a bind job at noon for same day production. I received a call approximately an hour later asking for clarification. The staff memeber said he was about to work on. I arrived at Office Depot at 5pm. I was told the printer was not working and they were unable to fulfill the order. HMMMMM, they could have at least called and informed me their printer was not working so I could transfer the print job elsewehere. I was asked if I wanted it transferred to Alamo Ranch but that it may not be fullfilled same day. I called Alamo Ranch the next day to check on the status....THEY NEVER RECIEVED THE TRANSFER!!! One positive - ALAMO Ranch print service staff was very kind and apologized for the other store.

Went in to scan form to email to myself. Asked for help to do myself as I am a senior with limited computer Davy. Employee took my forms & did it then charged me $2.50 instead of showing me so I could do it for .25Ripping off senior citizens is not customer friendly!!!!!!!

Your employee Steven put me on hold for 20 minutes to find out what other location has the ink Im looking for. He never found out anything and wasted my time. When he picked up again, he stated no one had looked up the information for me. Dont waste peoples time like that. No wonder your overall rating is 3 star.

Wow!! I just left Office Depot! I needed to fax 2 different documents, one was only 2 pages and the other was 20 pages. When it came to pay, it was just over $40..... for a fax!!!! Really?? What exactly am I paying for here?? Prices are not listed any where. When the man told me the price I was shocked. He THEN proceeded to show me the price sheet saying they should have shown me that first. Well they didn’t, and of course I still had to pay for the service. I could have mailed it for $4!

Hovw to lose costumers by hiring incompetent employees, I always order color copies online, and within few hours I pick it up, the problem I have experienced with my order is even though I received an email that your order is ready when I went to the store for pick up my order never been ready and after waiting for a few minutes or so the employee prints my order, this last time the lady employee tells me my 10-page copy takes one hour and you are more than welcome to wait for it while the guy in line in front of me orders 20 copies and get it right there but my copies that I have ordered online 3 hours before is not ready, anywho, when I go to office to pick up my order the incompetent lady employee wants me to wait for an hour for 10 copies, I dont understand the logic of this customer service unless this employee is an expert to lose customer for her company!

This Office Depot is the worse one in San Antonio. Do not even waste your time. I called the day before for an order to pick up next day. I was specifically told it would be ready and it was not. The lady at the counter clearly doesn’t know how to do her job and the manger Brian doesn’t care about the customer and their needs. The Office Depot just a bit further down on 410 will print for you on the spot and not be jerks about it.

Please avoid the computer repair service they are advertising. Rude guy, tried to make me feel like I stupidly broke my laptop, lied about what it would need to be repaired (sticking key; needs a new mother board??), very unpleasant encounter. This is a nice store that just needs a better computer staff if it wants to do this type of business.

Absolutely the best service ever received at any office store. Tom was our sales representative and he loaded the merchandise and made sure we had everything and then went through the checkout process verifying prices are even walked outside and loaded the vehicle. If you dont get this service at other retailers your missing out

AVOID PRINTING HERE.We went in 2 weeks ago to look at paper color options. Waited 10 minutes just to be acknowledged because the person at the counter stood staring at their computer waiting on a customers email order to come through. Apparently multitasking is difficult. Once we got to the counter, they just pointed us to some paper behind us and said we have all of those colors.I decide to place an order online so I didnt have to deal with the incompetent person at the counter. That was a mistake. I ordered 2 copies printed on 11x17 ivory cardstock. I ordered them to be left at the front pick up rack so I didnt have to deal with them. They were supposed to be done by 10am today. I didnt get a text or email that the order was ready, so I called the store. I was on hold for FIFTEEN minutes. The shift manager or whatever the employees title was didnt know how to operate the online order queue. Apparently the print person called in, and this guy has no clue what hes doing. So, I was instructed to email them the file. I had to look on my phone to make sure I had the file (since Im not at home now) and had to wait another 10 minutes before he came back on the line to give me the correct email address.After all of that, he informs me that they dont have the color/size of paper that I want, but that I can call back after 3 and the print person should be able to help me. How can someone help me 3 hours from now if you dont even have the paper I want???? I ask him that question, and his response is Oh, thats right, well we might have it but I havent seen it over here.Office Depot- how can someone call themselves a manager, even just a shift manager and not know how to operate your print center or even know how to look to see if you have a very basic type of paper??

Went to get one email copy they charge 0.15 for copy and charge a full service minimum $2.35 wow go to ups store or kinkos wont return!

If i could give this store 0 stars i would beacuse my experience was horrible 2 days ago i went to place an order of bussiness cards the employee tells me what to do and that i have to text a # and i did,after waiting 10 min they attend me and ask me what they can help me with i explain what i need they tell me they have a special of 500 cards for $ 9.99. he told me that i had to wait for a empolyee to be avaliable to attend me and see what i needed so i wait another 15-20 min and saw no one attended me and before i left i told the employee that i sent the card i needed to their email the employee said ok and i thought my order was placed (in other stores i have visted i only have to attach a picture of what i need which was a card ) so today i called the store to check the sttus of my order,so the employee who answerd the phone put me on hold while he transferd me to print deparartment which took him 5-8 mins so that an empolyee from the print department answerd the phone which tells me that theor is no order or emial with my order after giving him my email adress he found my emial and explains that i have to go by the store bc no body proccesed my order.So i went back to the store to try to place my order.Once again i follow the instructions on the sign after a while a lady came to help i also explain to her what had happens so she told me the offer of the 500 cards for $9.99 only apply on online orders something that the first employee didnt explain.She said if u order online it takes about two weeks to get to ur home.But u can place ur order now for 100 cards and it will cost $10 but it cant be done by today u will need to come back tomorrow tk pick them up.Also she said if u want 500 it will cost you $50 at the store.HONESTLY THE STORE MANAGER OR WHO EVER HIRE THIS PEOPLE NEED TO REVIEW THE PERFORMANCE ASAP. ALSO MAKE SURE THEY ANSWER CUSTOMER QUESTIONS AND NEEDS RIGHT. NEVER WILL GO TO THIS STORE AGAIN.( I HAVE USE OFICE DEPOT AND OFFICE MAX SERVICES BEFORE AND NEVER HAD ANY ISSUE).

The print shop is lazy. I took a simple project to have cut down and the kid at the copy shop made it sound like an 8 hour project. I took it to another printer that is in Stone Oak and they finished in 10 minutes. Dont be a lazy employee and learn to use your equipment.

We waited in line to get something printed for a long time, with only one customer in front of us, without even being acknowledged. The employee said we needed a “copyright release form” to print some characters. Avoid coming here if you want to print something with any copyrighted characters on it; we used a FedEx close by and printed the pictures just fine.

Went to buy an iPhone replacement battery. The first guy who helped me looked up the item on his store device and said “they should be around here”. He was looking in the candy section in the front of the store. He then said “they must have moved them all” I kept looking in the whole store with no help from the associates who stood around and watched me walk around aimlessly. When I then asked someone else, they said they don’t carry them in store. Why would it says it’s in stock in this store online? I was just told “I don’t know”

Found what I needed here. Wal-mart doesnt have everything.

Awful service,was in there for a simple fax,walked out after 20 min and no fax done. Signing in was a pain,what happen to an old fashion line? Felt bad for the older customers who where confused too. I think I will take my business across the street.

Jasmine was awesome very helpful and patient.10/12/2020 I asked for some pictures to be made and apparently we had a miscommunication I wanted to have pictures that would fit my 4x6 collage but I got several pictures printed on the same page that I was supposed to cut out.Fine we had a miscommunication. But I gave the gentleman my order and he said he would get to it later because they were very busy. I think his name was Trey he was very effeminate. I dont how else to describe him definitively.He said we should come back the next day after 12:00 in the order would be ready.We came back the next day at 1:30 The order was not ready and the man that was there new nothing about it.I think my whole bill was between 30 and $50I will not spend any more money there and I would expect that you guys will be going out of business before too long.

It is okay store where I normally go to buy some cheap electronics and varied school supplies. However lately I havent been finding what I am looking for, mainly getting a lot of the same thing just in different color.

Called yesterday to get some information on getting some papers printed and bound for an upcoming test. Both people I talked to on the phone were rude and treated me like I was stupid. Ended up going to FedEx to get my stuff printed and the lady there was very helpful and professional. I will chose FedEx over office depot for my printing needs every time now.

Gabriel was extremely professional and helpful in assisting me with my printing needs. They went above and beyond to get my order they I requested.

I took my pc to get fixed because they have a sign outside that says they fix pcs, they said they dont fix hardware and that it was best to buy a new pc, I said no thanks Ill just go somewhere else, I took my pc to Altex and they check my pc for free and said I needed a new power cord 9 dollar fix! So yea dont go here to get your pc fixed.

This location is the worst Office Depot we have ever been in. You have to walk the complete store just to find sticky notes for they have them in 2 different areas of the store and forget buying a AT-A-GLANCE 2019 Daily Desk Calendar that we have bought in other nice Office Depots in the DFW area. The employee we asked for help from was no help at all for to him we was looking for a hanging calendar. We told him thats not the same thing and sat all the other items we was going to buy for our business and walked out. I would rather go anywhere else but this trashed unorganized store. Plus the male employee had body odor so bad you had you hold your breath.

Before entering I told myself, better go somewhere else, this Office store always has terrible service. Then I said, maybe they have improved. Nope, still the same horrible service.

I still prefer the old OfficeMax setup. Office Depot feels like they try to cram a lot of one thing in a tiny space and then spread everything out so it looks organized and full.

Very rude cashier for Printing/Copying. Young girl looked very confused and overwhelmed. She didnt ask if she could help me, but stood for a second staring at me. I asked her, Are you ready to help me? She says, I guess!..

The phrase The customer is always right does not apply here. I receive promotions online for my small business and these guys apparently prefer to keep items on the shelves then to sell to customer. I tried to walk in and purchase paper TWICE and each time I have walked away empty handed. They want you to purchase the product ONLINE then wait to pick it up or deliver it....I WAS STANDING IN THE STORE WITH CASH AND THE MOD WOULDNT SELL IT TO ME AT THE PRICE.

I have been coming to this location since Office Max closed on De Zavala. I mainly come here for laminating and have only had two bad experiences with bubbling. The prices have gone up and that kinda stinks, but I will still continue to do my laminating here because other places I have gone for lamination have ruined so many of my pictures.

Needed to ship concert tickets to Austin, TX. Azahel and Julien had me ship with FedEx. I paid for express shipping as the tickets had to be delivered a day later. Both Azahel and Julien were clueless about the correct FedEx envelope to use. Julien put the tickets in a regular package and put the FedEx label on it.I get home later that day and notice the FedEx tracking number doesnt exist. I call and after Josh (manager) finally figures out what is going on, he says fedex did not pick up your package today as it is fedex ground and fedex picked up for ground this morning. He also said they could not guarantee a delivery date. I drive back to Office Depot to get the package and get a refund. I will be going to the UPS Store first thing in the morning to overnight the tickets.I have never dealt with such gross incompetence from people in a customer service role. These guys should not be working here. I was lied to, ripped off and wasted a good two hours of my day. Take my advice and NEVER COME HERE. I felt like josh, julien and azahel were all on drugs as they could not communicate and had no idea what they were doing.

This is the first time Ive gone here since Office Max and Depot merged. I was surprised at the lack of selection for basic things like binders and printer paper and how expensive things were. But the most annoying thing about my visit was how they handled my tax-exempt sale. After standing in line with a heavy basket of items, I was told I had to go to the print center for our tax-exempt number (even though we dont need one; I had a tax-exempt form like always). So I waited in line over there so the cashier could look up what turned out to be a special Office Depot ID number that weve never needed before. Since I had seen the print center cashier checking people out while waiting myself, I asked if I could check out there too after he found the number. He said no and sent me back to the main line with all my stuff where I had to wait a third time, even though there was no one waiting behind me. I should have just gone to Walmart, where things were cheaper and the selection ended up being the same (now I know). The only reason theyre getting 2 stars and not 1 is because the lady who ended up ringing up my sale was very nice and apologetic.

Helpful staff as soon as I walked in the door. They found exactly what I was looking for.

Easy online ordering& run in to pick up

I ordered about 50 prints last night at 10pm. Came into the store today at 5pm expecting my prints to be ready and they just forgot to call me. The print job had never been started and I wasnt the only person. The man behind me had a large job that wasnt completed. The apologized and refunded his money asking him to come back tomorrow. I stood for 30 mins waiting for my 50 pages to be printed while watching people come in with flash drives getting something printed and leave before my job was even started. Wheny order finished it wasnt stapled. Really sad that I chose this location to print at today.

Came to pick up cards ordered online. Took way too long. One person was serving customers while 4 or 5 employees just hung around doing nothing. Even had to flag someone down to be checked out at the register.

It was amazing because we went there for back to school shopping and they had everything u needed and at very low prices
