We always have a great experience here, the visit takes abt an hr from beginning to finish; including the eye exam and purchasing of glasses. The same people have been helping us for years, its nice to see familiar faces still working there after 5 years. They have a good selection of frames as well, especially if you dont want to break the bank.

Excellent services from doctor and eye staff. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. Answered all my questions and were very helpful. Front attendant could be friendlier, but he wasnt too bad.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone! The doctor and nurse I had were amazing and super nice! Also the 2 women who helped me pick out my glasses were wonderful as well. I believe their names were Isabel and Wanda. They truly care about their customers. If I could rate them all 5 stars I would!

Wow! Top-level care. The doctor takes the time to explain everything to you and talk about your eye health. Even the technician/assistant is knowledgeable rather than just mindlessly executing tasks before you see the doctor. Moreover, the person checking you in behind the counter was extremely patient, kind, and helpful. I cant recommend this place enough. Dont let its location in Walmart make you think twice about it. Youll have a great experience.

The person at the desk should ask if i need a school excuse for my son. I left out of there and i had to go right back 30 min later because I forgot to get a school excuse. All the other doctors for my son have the excuse ready before we leave. I shouldnt have to ask is what makes me irritated. The girl or guy at the desk should offer. Then i can yes or decline.

The place is spotless. The equipment was clean and ready to go. They made me feel like I was the only patient there even though there were 2 other clients being checked. My prescription is spot on!

I trust the Dr. she is very thorough. You can tell when someone is just in routine of their job but you can tell she truly cares. She takes time to explain things an explains them in a way my 4 yr old can understand, meaning she simplifies things so anyone can understand the complexity of what she is explaining. I also noticed the extent of slowly the spread precautions she is taking in her office. Only 2 people in the office at a time. Wiping everything down after each patient. Appointment took a bit longer than usual for this matter but I definitely appreciate it. The front desk is also very nice :)

The ladies were pretty nice the receptionist lady was very helpful and very nice even the eye doctor was very nice. I didnt feel rushed they were at my pace and I am thankful for them they were very patient I had my two-year-old daughter that was a little fussy and they were very nice and polite thank you the only thing I would say is after the eye testing I didnt get to pick out glasses do to covid-19 2 days before I can go back in to get the glasses I need but other than that they were really nice. I will be bringing my daughter as soon as shes old enough to get tested

As we entered the office, we were greeted at the door. We were asked a few COVID questions and our temperature was taken. The staff member then walked us into the waiting room. They had a limit of how many patients could be in the office. Once our room was cleaned and ready, they walked us in. The staff was really nice and friendly. The doctor was friendly and did a great job. She was very attentive to my daughter and explained everything she was doing. The doctor made my daughter and I feel safe and comfortable. She was able to answer all of our questions. We had a great experience and will definitely be back.

Let me just start of by saying that the staff (Daisy) is super friendly and asked all the right questions, not only that but she sympathized with me and seemed like she genuinely cared. Kudos to whoever hired her, her customer service skills are A1. Now moving on to Dr.Maredia, she is extremely knowledgeable and thorough with her exams and evaluations, she takes the time to explain things and uses her words carefully as to not potentially embarrass her patients. Very sweet Doctor who you can tell loves what she does. The place is clean. I want to thank Dr.Maredia & Daisy for their help. I will definitely recommend her to my friends. Best doctor in town for eye check ups and orthokeratology treatment. The doctor is extremely polite and knows what she’s doing, she won’t stick you with extra unnecessary charges unlike the others. My go to place even though I moved I still come back here.

Were in the area and needed to get our eye exam so we came here. Our bad luck we got there around the time they are out to lunch the wait wasnt bad at all. We got there around 1:40. Very on time the sign said from 1pm to 2pm closed. Right at 2pm the employee opened the door that we have to acknowledge most places it says 2pm but open at for example 2:15. The employees are nice also bilingual. The eye doctor was really nice pointed out things that at other places werent pointed out. By that I mean even by a pediatric Dr. My daughter has a problem with styles and pink eye. Never pointed out what she had going on. I have been to different places by far the most best place Ive been too. The Dr does take her time with the patient so if your not the one being seen yet be prepared for a bit of a wait.

I had my first visit here yesterday and was very happy with the customer service from the receptionist and the Dr.. She was very nice and informative and explained all my results and helped me with my contacts to correct my current vision. I highly recommend this office for your vision needs.

Been seeing Dr. Maredia for years now, she is precise, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. I’m a stickler for medical professionalism, she has always exceeded my expectations. I moved out the area and thought about going to another eye doctor closer to me but no other doc compared.

The doctor was able to test and prescribe glasses to my shy four year old. 🤓 My other child didnt need glasses. The doctor is great my shy children were comfortable with him because he has a welcoming no pressure presence.Cant say the same for the lady who did the pretest but they got through it.She was kind just not welcoming or patient..

Was told contact lens exam was $80, which I paid upfront. After the exam, they said it would be an additional $50 for a contact fitting, exam, whatever. I said no thanks, I already have glasses prescription, I want a refund. The doctor refused.Crooked eye doctors do this all the time, and blame it on a misunderstanding or the staff- bullshit the doctor tells them to do this. Why wait until they already scammed the quoted $80, non refundable off me for a prescription I didnt need to tell me it to tell me its another $50 to get what I told everyone I spoke with there was all I wanted, a contact lens prescription? Why not tell me upfront?Be sure and pay with credit card so you can cancel payment.
