Joe has always been super great. I’ve been coming here for about 3-4 years and the past few times have been lucky enough to get him. Phenomenal customer service from him and very knowledgeable. Super sweet and extremely patient. He never rushed me or my little girl. He’s the reason I keep coming back! Thanks Joe!

I called at 10:30AM asking if there was any availability for the day and the lady that answered the phone was rude but she did say if I made it there before 11:30AM I could be seen I arrived at 11:03AM she checked me and my husband in verified insurance and an even more rude man came from the back saying send them home they are not going to be seen today so the lady made us leave no sympathy or anything just asked if I wanted to reschedule HELL NO! 0/10 do not recommend!

I go here with my family for every frame. Have for years. My only complaint is the wait is always long because they dont have enough employees. Been this way for years! BUT great deals on frames and quick turnaround on getting them!

I took my son to get much needed glasses and the staff was so patient with him and didn’t rush him to find to find the right pair of glasses. He loves his new look.

Every time I come to the one one walzem; here they are always patient And you were immediately greeted at the door so you and ask what you need so you don’t walk around aimlessly being ignored! if there is a long wait time they will let you know but they are honest you to let you know maybe to go get an ice cream or get something to eat, when it comes to picking glasses out that you might like, they will give you their honest opinion on how they look - but that’s not to say that they will say anything rude at all to you !!!! Things like, “I think this frame would complement your face much better with your face frame a lot perfectly. They always want you to be happy and when it comes to price range they want you to be happy too. There are ALWAYS some sorts of sales! AND Who doesn’t LOVE a sell! They will do anything to make it work for sales and such so you kkcan be happy with the glasses that you want! I have been coming here now for maybe seven years and they are my go to place for glasses!!!

Came here to get my reading glasses repaired, screw on one of the hinges came off and needed it repaired. They were really busy but super nice and friendly. The lady that helped me fixed my eyeglasses in a few minutes and didnt charged me for her work.

I went in for a simple eye exam and what they found was much more life threatening. i want to thank Dr. Sianghio and her staff for catching something I otherwise would not have known about until it was too late. I truly hope you all give them a visit.

There usually somewhat of a wait but it’s always been that way, and as a general rule I don’t mind because the customer service has always been very good. I only gave it 3 stars because if you are worried about covid related sanitation practices it’s not the best. The sign at the door said not to shop for glasses until helped but several customers were causally walking around trying on frames while waiting for their turn and putting them right back on the racks and no frames were accounted for or sanitized after being on people’s faces. None of the table stations were wiped down after each set of customers and I did not see the staff use hand sanitary between customers either. So if that is a factor for you, at this time I’d suggest another place to go.

This store has the most experienced and helpful associates. We won’t go anywhere else for our glasses.My husband had a horrible experienceGetting an eye exam - they didn’t give him the correct RX. The manager there told us about a Dr right around the corner. He was fabulous and they got his new RX down within hours.Can’t say enough about them. Keep up the great service - we will see you all next time we need help with our glasses!!!

Fast and great service

Cheap eyeglasses. Usually made in under an hour or so. Due to social distancing store only allows 12 people inside including the staff. Youll be asked to wait outside. Usually a staff of three out front. Techs in the back dont count in distancing numbers. If crowded you could be waiting 15 to 30 minutes or so.

I waited almost an hour before I was helped and when they did It took like 7mins just to replace glasses. If they only got one person working, they need to be able to handle at least two ppl at a time. And have other co workers come in on time!

The eye exam was very thorough and professional and the customer servicegreat! The only con to my experience at Eyemart Express was the lack of communication to advise me when my glasses were available to pick up. I gave them my email, home and mobile phone numbers to be contacted and I had to call to be advised that they were ready to be picked up.

I took my Mom to get her prescription (that the VA had given her) filled. My Mom is very petite and she wears hearing aids, because she is a small person she needs childrens glasses but the hearing aids means she needs flexible arms so they fit over her hearing aids the VA was unable to meet her needs Eyemart Express met her needs and went above and beyond in customer service. Mom frequently feels that people do not take her specific needs seriously at Eyemart everyone listened to her and treated her with respect. This meant as much to me as it did to her my Mom served in the WAC and I feel she deserves the best we will be going to Eyemart Express for all of our eyecare needs from now on

This is the fifth time Ive returned. You wonder if the next person who helps you will be as helpful as the last one. Joe was great. He had great focus on my situation and was friendly, professional, and helpful as the past service technicians were.

We were greeted upon arrival and provided excellent assistance. Although a minor problem with our insurance they kept working until the problem was solved and the glasses I wanted were ordered. Highly recommend them and in fact I already have.

They were clean, their procedures for Covid-19 were outstanding! I have no idea what any names are, but there were three employees staffed on Monday 6th in the afternoon.. that I saw. Shout out to you three! They were fast and thoroughl. Let me tell you I know what its like to work through your break and I just want to say thanks! Its very appreciated. My son was in DESPERATE need of his new prescription paired glasses sense everything shut down due to the pandemic. I got them in two days! Very friendly and helpful staff. Although very busy once it was my turn things went fast. I waited a hour to be seen but then it was awesome. Jose was very helpful and they had both pairs of my glasses cut and finished in just under an hour. If you need em fast this is the place. There is a great optometrist right next door too. Bonus they are both open on Saturday.

They had a great selection with good prices as well. Im very indecisive and they were so patient! Right now because of COVID, they have to clean every pair you even touch. I must have had 50 pairs in my basket. They were so nice about it.

Mary Jane the manager is great. I came in right before closing and she still took care of me. Then when the glasses were ready. I happened to be runny ng late and again got there right before closing. She helped me and I am now the proud owner of two new pair of glasses.

Catalina helped me out and she was soooo great!! She patiently explained my options about what my insurance would cover and was very friendly. My glasses were ready in less than half a hour, too!!

Love my glasses! Got an awesome retro pair and a thick black frame pair to wear at work. Both fit me perfectly in style and personality. Weve been getting our glasses here for years, and we have absolutely no reason to go anywhere else! The lovely ladies are so helpful and friendly, and the selection of glasses is just right. Not too many so as to be overwhelming, just enough to find a nice pair. The warranty is great, too!

Tiffany was awesome!!! It took 15mins for one pair and 13mins for pair number two to be made. My son was so happy to have his glasses 👓 And it only took 32 minutes for both my daughters pair.

I’ll be glad to rate my experience with Eyemart Express. Details: I failed a D.O.T. Physical because of my eyesight. So I got the required eye exam but, of course, glasses can take up to 2 weeks to arrive so I didn’t know what to do. Eyemart Express to the rescue!! I explained my problem (I have another D.O.T. Physical on Monday 4pm) and that it was very time-sensitive that I get my glasses. I was the first customer at 9am, placed my order, went to Bill Millers for a breakfast, and in less than 2 hours I got a text saying my glasses were ready!!! Went back and sure enough both pairs were ready and in excellent shape.I was very pleased with my entire experience. The staff was very polite and responsive to my needs and the price was what I would say not only competitive but VERY FAIR considering that I got them in the time frame noted above.One warning.....get there early. When I went back to get my glasses it was very crowded as I assume I’m not the only person whom needed glasses!

I took my kids to get their new glasses on7-16-18 the young lady that helped us was very attentive and courteous.It took them about 15 minutes to make their glasses i had just left driving across the street when i got text message they were ready. Two years ago My son broke his glasses they had insurance the gentleman that helped us was great courteous, polite, went out of his way to get my sons glasses as soon as possible.Thanks)

I was so happy. I got the glasses I needed and paid a good price. Their so courteous and determined to work with their customers.

This place simply doesnt have enuf employees or maybe its that they dont know how to manage customers. For example, when I was there a family of 3 each and each had a different employee. It would have made more sense to do all three with same employee freeing up others for the many customers waiting. Another less an effective procedure is that customers who are there for pick up must sign up on same sheet and have to wait til employees get to their name. I waited almost an hour to be assisted and then upon my return had to wait again. Not cool.I also found that the special 2 for promotion had less options for women than they did for men. I ended up purchasing mens frames because they had a better selection n sturdier frames. ( which didnt matter to me) I love them.One of the employees had allergies, which is part of living here in Texas, for many, but....girl was all drippy and it totally grossed me out. She should not have been working!!! I get some people cant afford to take time ofd but seriously....As for product and price...i was happy
